The purpose of this study was to find out other benefits of scuba diving for persons with physical disabilities through a systematic literature review. The technique used in this research is a literature study. The literature analysis used the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) method. A review of articles shows that diving can be treated as a multidimensional therapy in water, allowing people with and without disabilities to share activities together. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of a combination of fitness exercise for the elderly and Suryanamaskar yoga on body mass index and physical fitness of youngest and middle old in Mojolaban District. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of weight training using circuit methods on aerobic fitness, body fat percentage, muscle mass percentage, and hand grip strength. This study is a one-group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental study with a sample of the elderly gymnastics group Sehat Bugar Ceria in Karanganyar Regency, Indonesia. Changes in course delivery mechanisms necessitated by the COVID-19 pandemic created an opportunity to develop a Virtual International Collaborative Experiential Program (VICEP) as an alternative to traditional, travel-based study abroad programs. This paper presents the results of an investigation of engineering students’ motivation, perceived challenges, and preferred geographic areas for the VICEP. A sample of 116 first-year engineering students at the University of Cincinnati responded to survey items regarding their perceptions of motivation to participate in the VICEP, including in terms of expectancy, value, and cost, along with open-ended questions. This study examines the implementation of a teleworking policy with a work-from-home (WFH) scheme from a private company perspective and its implications on the Greater Jakarta’s proposed urban rail network’s carrying capacity. Using descriptive and inferential statistical analyses, a representative percentage of employees capable of working from home was determined. This figure, found to be sixty percent, was then employed in a macro transport model simulation to assess its impact on urban rail network demand. This paper examines the moderating effect of financial conditions on the influence of tax knowledge on tax compliance behaviour among SMEs in Tanzania. A cross-section survey of 377 SMEs-Owners was conducted in three regions of Tanzania - Dar es Salaam, Morogoro and Mbeya. Descriptive and partial least square path modelling were used for data analysis, with the aid of SPSS and SmartPLS3.0. The findings of the study supported the hypothesised direct relationship that tax knowledge has a significant positive influence on tax compliance behaviour among SMEs in Tanzania. This study examined the mediating role of career development on the relationship between performance appraisal and procurement professionals ' performance. The study involved 204 procurement professionals from Dodoma city. It used cross-sectional survey design, where data were analysed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The findings indicate that procurement professionals ' performance and career development are positively influenced by performance appraisal practices. The study also found out that career development has positive influence on procurement professionals ' performance. Research Aims: Examine the relationship between shopping values consumers perceive during live streaming and their trust, engagement, and intention to purchase from Indonesian social commerce thrift clothes sellers.

Design/methodology/approach: Data was gathered through an online survey from consumers who have watched a live-streaming session of an online thrift clothes shop on Instagram. Data were analysed using covariance-based Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).

Social-emotional learning (SEL) is an integral part of holistic child development. The early years of life are the best window of opportunity when children acquire self-regulation which stays with them throughout their lives. A qualitative exploratory design with focus group discussions (FGDs) was used for preschool teachers’ perspectives on SEL from urban and rural areas of Pakistan. Five (5) FGDs were organized, each with 8 to 10 teachers. Insights were highlighted by teachers from urban and rural contexts.
