This study aims to develop an instrument to measure Sharia students' perception of the Khilafah. The research applied the ADDIE development research approach. The activity began with reviewing Taqiyuddin An-Nabhani's books and articles about Khilafah to get the instrument construct (analysis). The next stage was to compile the grid and assemble the instrument items (design). The items of the assembled instrument were then assessed by 11 experts (development). The financial management and reporting practices of public schools in KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) are a matter of concern. Section 42 of the South African Schools Act (SASA) requires that the Member of the Executive Council (MECs) for Education in KZN develops financial reporting guidelines for the schools. As a result, each province in South Africa has its l financial reporting guidelines that provide a framework for schools to report their financial information accurately and transparently. Respondents who participated in this study were madrasah students scattered in East Java and Central Java as representatives of MAs in Indonesia. Student readiness for using computer-based assessment was affected by economic level, school grade, and device accessibility. This study analyzed student readiness using a computer-based assessment, the four-tier diagnostic test (CBFTDT). The data in this study were students' responses to a questionnaire consisting of 16 statements about three aspects: mental access, skill access, and usage. Cross-Language Information Retrieval (CLIR) is responsible for retrieving information stored in a language different from the language of the query provided by the user. Some translation methods commonly used in CLIR are Dictionary, Parallel corpora, Comparable corpora, Machine translator, Ontology, and Transitive-based. The query must be translated to the target language, followed by preprocessing and calculating the similarity between the query and all documents in the corpus. Thus, the goal of this project is to develop a podcast recommendation system that would enhance users' capacity to identify pertinent content, particularly in the educational genre. By using content-based filtration techniques, this system analyzes the user's listening preferences and interests before recommending educational podcasts. The podcast data source is Spotify, and the suggestions are produced using the TF-IDF and Cosine Similarity techniques.
