It is felt that arrangements related to settlement of relational disputes can no longer accommodate the various developments that have taken place, because the rights of individual workers/laborers have not been recognized in industrial relations disputes. The relationship between workers/laborers and employers is a relationship based on the agreement of the parties, but industrial relations disputes can be caused by termination of employment. Disputes in industrial relations can occur due to differences of opinion which result in conflicts between employers or groups of employers and workers/laborers or trade unions/labor unions due to disputes regarding rights, disputes over interests, disputes over …

The case of default of insurance companies makes public confidence in insurance decrease. Whereas insurance or coverage itself is born because of human needs in the event of uncertainty about a loss or risk. Risk is a condition where there is the possibility of an outcome that is different from the one expected. Therefore it is necessary to have a mechanism and institution that can provide a sense of security to the community in terms of the insurance. As is the case with banks that have a Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) which can provide a sense of security to the …

Multiple Notch Filter Using On-Die Baw Mim Cap, Qorvo Us, Inc.
Multiple Notch Filter Using On-Die Baw Mim Cap, Qorvo Us, Inc.
Defensive Publications Series
Antennaplexers and other multiplexers often use notch filters to create a wider passband than achievable with a standard bandpass filter. When using a notch filter in this way, it is often required to provide multiple reject bands to provide isolation to other ports. Previously this has been achieved by using multiple acoustic notch filters or by adding an external tank circuit using SMDs. While the tank inductor can be embedded within the module laminate, the capacitor typically cannot and requires an SMD. Implementing this capacitor on the BAW die as a MIM allows increased integration and enables multiple reject bands …
