Applications and Applied Mathematics: An International Journal (AAM)
In this paper, the concept of neutrosophic soft e-compactness is presented on neutrosophic soft topological spaces using the definition of e-open cover and its types. In addition, neutrosophic soft e-compactness and neutrosophic soft e-separation axioms are associated. Also, the concept of neutrosophic soft locally e-compactness is introduced in neutrosophic soft topological spaces and some of its properties are discussed. Added to that, an application in decision making problem is given using entropy.

Enterprise blockchain projects have great promise. They can cut costs and promote efficiency through disintermediation, increase transparency for tracking intercompany transactions, expand knowledge through consortia databases, and improve workflows through shared business processes. Despite its potential, blockchain technology has failed to produce promised benefits for enterprise networks. While the underlying technology has advanced rapidly, managerial capabilities needed to form and manage blockchain consortia have lagged, and as a result, few consortia have succeeded. Distance learning has been adopted as an alternative learning strategy to the dominant face-to-face teaching methodology. It has been largely implemented by many governments worldwide due to the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic and the implication in enforcing lockdown and social distancing. In emergency situations distance learning is referred to as Emergency Remote Teaching (ERT). Due to this dynamic, sudden shift, and scaling demand in distance learning, many challenges have been accentuated. This paper aims to present the neutrosophic technique and fuzzy approach to determine the preferred compromise solution for bi-level multi-objective quadratic programming problem with neutrosophic parameters in both the objective functions and constraints. The introduced technique starts firstly to convert the neutrosophic parameters that exist in the objective functions to crisp numbers then convert the neutrosophic parameters that exist in the constraints to crisp numbers. After that, we applied the fuzzy approach to determine the optimal solution for our bi-level multi-objective quadratic programming problem (BLMOQP). Keywords:
