Implementation of the Presumption of Innocence by journalists has implications for the occurrence of trial by the press and potentially impacts social disharmony. This study aims to explain the interpretation of the presumption of innocence in journalism, and the understanding and application of the presumption of innocence by online media journalists. This research uses qualitative methods by utilizing two data collection techniques. Firstly, documentation that collects some related research about the Journalistic Codes of Ethics of the Press Council, PWI and AJI. Secondly, in-depth interviews with four online media journalists. This study aims to develop an instrument that is valid and reliable to measure the character of junior high school students. The developed instrument is a character assessment based on the school culture, used to facilitate teachers and schools in assessing student characters. This study is development research. This study aims to develop a self-assessment instrument in the affective domain of students' social attitudes, which was modified by the case of the instrument item. The measurement results can be used as a recommendation for the self-assessment of students' social attitudes at school. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling. The instrument was content validated by five experts using Aiken, and construct validation using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), while the reliability estimation used Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. Despite the advances in medical therapy, heart failure remains a disease that requires attention due to the course of the illness; it can lead to unpredictable, progressive, and fatal conditions. Existing therapy aims to improve the condition and prevent disease progression, with a balanced secondary therapy for various conditions that can trigger acute decompensated heart failure. Advances in technology and therapy may increase the prevalence of patients with heart failure, including prolonging the refractory phase of the disease. There are many reports presenting expert policy recommendations, and a substantial volume of research supporting them, that detail what should shape and guide statutes for juvenile competency to stand trial. Ohio has adopted provisions consistent with some of these recommendations, which is better protection than relying on case law and the adult statutes, as some states have done. However, the Ohio statute should be considered a work in progress.

Nowadays, many games are made for educational or learning purposes. However, the unresolved challenge remains, and the perfect balance between the fun and learning aspects remains. This paper represents an effort toward such a challenge by way of game difficulty dynamization implementation in a game to improve preschoolers reading skills using Dynamic Difficulty Adjustment dan Procedural Content Generation. This study aims to explain the development of adaptive MOOCs that support personalized learning. This study was designed with a mixed method design of sequential explanatory type at the association level. Quantitative analysis used confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) (n = 110) and was deepened with qualitative analysis of the Miles and Huberman model. Quantitatively measured domains include accessibility, learning curriculum, competence, motivation, satisfaction, efficacy, and self-study.
