Many countries around the world are beset by the democratic recession, and Southeast Asia is no exception to that. Series of events show that Southeast Asian electoral democracies are receding back to full authoritarianism, and such a phenomenon requires academic attention to investigate its pattern. This paper explores the impact of Chinese patronage on Southeast Asian democracy and argues that its economic and normative support of autocrats enable the continuation of an authoritarian turn in Southeast Asia. Research would suggest that BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) adolescents have the best developmental outcomes when strong, positive ethnic identity is acknowledged and embraced. This study investigated whether discrimination, internalizing symptomology, parent socialization, and/or interactions of these variables influenced adolescent ethnic identity, specifically in exploration, resolution, and affirmation to illuminate nuanced ways BIPOC youth can achieve positive ethnic identity. Recruited from third-party research panels, surveyed participants were adolescents (Mage = 15.28; 51.6% male) of diverse racial/ethnic groups and socioeconomic backgrounds from all regions of the U.S. Overall, the results showed that there were four significant main effects on ethnic …

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the Indonesian government issued tax incentive policies to ease the burden on the community while increasing revenue at the central and local tax levels. Due to the policy regarding the PKB (Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor or Motorized Vehicle Tax) tax incentive that was applied during the Covid-19 pandemic, the researchers aimed to examine the relationship of the PKB tax incentive on tax compliance of motorized vehicle users in East Java during the pandemic period from 2020 to 2021 moderated by tax socialization. سعت الدراسة الحالية الى استشراف الدور الذي يمارسه الاستعداد الريادي بأبعاده (المسح والبحث ، الارتباط والاتصال ,التقييم والحكم) في السلوك الاستباقي بأبعاده (سلوك الصوت، الابتكار الفردي، الوقاية من المشاكل، تولى المسؤولية) في المنظمات المبحوثة (مصارف القطاع الحكومي في محافظات الجنوب والفرات الاوسط) والتي شملت مصرف الرافدين بجميع فروعة ومصرف الرشيد بجميع فروعة ايضا واخيرا المصرف الزراعي التابعة الى وزارة المالية, وكانت عينة البحث قصدية تضمنت (150) عضواً مجلس الادارة ( مدير عام , معاون مدير عام , مدير قسم). استعملت الدراسة الحالية الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات، وباستخدام مجموعة من التحليلات الاحصائية المتمثلة بالتحليل العاملي التوكيدي ومعادلة النمذجة الهيكلية باستخدام …

تسعى هذه الدراسة الى اختبار العلاقة بين التهكم التنظيمي والاداء الاستباقي لمقدمي الخدمة من خلال التأثير التفاعلي لفك الارتباط الأخلاقي, تم تطبيق هذه الدراسة في عينة من موظفي الخدمة الجامعية في كليات جامعة المثنى (الادارة والاقتصاد, التربية للعلوم الصرفة, التربية الاساسية, الاداب, العلوم), إذ بلغ عدد العينة (111) موظفاً, وتم استخدام استمارة استبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات, وقد افترضت الدراسة وجود علاقة سلبية بين التهكم التنظيمي والاداء الاستباقي, كما افترضت الدراسة ان متغير فك الارتباط الأخلاقي يلعب دور تفاعلي في تفسير العلاقة بين التهكم التنظيمي والاداء الاستباقي. ولغرض اختبار هذه الفرضيات استخدمت هذه الدراسة مجموعة من الأدوات الإحصائية المناسبة مثل …
