Design And Development Of Aluminum Frame Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Hexacopter Configuration To Support Heavy Payload, Ulfah Mediaty Arief, Pramudyo Wicaksono, Indah Novi Yarman

Elinvo (Electronics, Informatics, and Vocational Education)

Previous research has proven that the use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) can increase the efficiency of human work. However, the design of the usefulness of UAV is considered to be limited. This limitation, for example, is that the UAV's lifting capacity is only capable of lifting 3-5 kilograms of load on average. In addition, the main material of the UAV frame also uses carbon fiber produced by build-up factories abroad, this makes the UAV design less economical. Furthermore, this study discusses the development of the UAV's lifting capacity of 25 kilograms to be able to lift the pesticide liquid …

Neotropical Biodiversity

We describe for the first time the call of Rhinella festae (Peracca, 1904), recording it in captivity inside a plastic bag. The call is composed of 1 to 2 multi-pulsed notes (2–5 pulses), has an average duration of 0.72 s, and a dominant frequency of 1.40 kHz. This species is characterized by the absence of vocal slits and sacs, so the emission of this call would be considered unusual and uncommon. In addition to the purpose of improving the knowledge of species suggested as mutes, we have also compiled information from other anuran species that emit sounds with the absence …

Due Process Junior: Competent (Enough) For The Court, Tigan Woolson

Journal of Law and Health

There are many reports presenting expert policy recommendations, and a substantial volume of research supporting them, that detail what should shape and guide statutes for juvenile competency to stand trial. Ohio has adopted provisions consistent with some of these recommendations, which is better protection than relying on case law and the adult statutes, as some states have done. However, the Ohio statute should be considered a work in progress.

Since appeals courts are unlikely to provide meaningful review for the substance of a juvenile competency determination, the need for procedures for ensuring that the determination is initially made in a …
