Évolution Du Nombre De Lésions Professionnelles Acceptées Survenues De 2005 À 2017 : Effet De L’Évolution De La Main-D’Œuvre Et Des Taux De Fréquence De Lésions, Alexandre Boucher, Marc-Antoine Busque, Martin Lebeau
Portraits statistiques

Library Philosophy and Practice (e-journal)
This study tries to examine research on Islamic digital libraries in reputable journals. This study uses descriptive statistical analysis based on 47 publications of selected articles or papers related to Islamic digital libraries which are processed with VOSviewer software. This study finds that research that examines the theme of Islamic digital libraries is still very minimal. The library is a milestone in the history of Islamic civilization and progress in ancient times. This study also found that digital libraries that provide facilities regarding Islamic fields and studies must be developed in relation to the increasingly sophisticated era.

Broad-Scale Vertical And Horizontal Behavior Of The White Shark (Carcharodon Carcharias) In The Western North Atlantic, Taryn Szalay
All HCAS Student Capstones, Theses, and Dissertations
The ecology of white sharks Carcharodon carcharias in the western North Atlantic (WNA) is largely unknown. With a lack of essential fish habitat (EFH) identified by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), understanding white shark behaviors is crucial to protect aggregation sites and other essential habitats (e.g., mating, parturition) for white sharks. To better understand the movements of these animals, data from 26 tagged white sharks are examined here. Data from the pop-up satellite archival transmitting (PSAT) tags from these sharks were analyzed using the HMMoce package for R (R Development and Core Team 2015) and tracks were generated …

Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients rarely have long first remissions (LFRs; >5 y) after standard-of-care chemotherapy, unless classified as favorable risk at presentation. Identification of the mechanisms responsible for long vs. more typical, standard remissions may help to define prognostic determinants for chemotherapy responses. Using exome sequencing, RNA-sequencing, and functional immunologic studies, we characterized 28 normal karyotype (NK)-AML patients with >5 y first remissions after chemotherapy (LFRs) and compared them to a well-matched group of 31 NK-AML patients who relapsed within 2 y (standard first remissions [SFRs]). Our combined analyses indicated that genetic-risk profiling at presentation (as defined by European …

Glycosylation is an effective way to improve the water solubility of natural products. In this work, a novel glycosyltransferase gene (BbGT) was discovered from Beauveria bassiana ATCC 7159 and heterologously expressed in Escherichia coli. The purified enzyme was functionally characterized through in vitro enzymatic reactions as a UDP-glucosyltransferase, converting quercetin to five monoglucosylated and one diglucosylated products. The optimal pH and temperature for BbGT are 35 ℃ and 8.0, respectively. The activity of BbGT was stimulated by Ca2+, Mg2+, and Mn2+, but inhibited by Zn2+. BbGT enzyme is flexible and can glycosylate a variety of substrates such as curcumin, …
