Like domestic law, international law has experimented in recent decades with new approaches to changing legal subjects’ behavior. Realist and institutionalist scholarship in international law and relations generally assume that states will cheat on their obligations if doing so is in their interest. Below the radar, however, a variety of international regimes have begun to emerge that seek to coordinate state behavior without relying exclusively upon credible commitments, instead relying on producing information relevant to an underlying cooperative problem. This paper utilizes three marketing tools in order to identify the marketing strategy of the Phuket Sandbox scheme. It aims to discover the target group of consumers, strengths and weaknesses of the scheme, and the type of tourism products that the Phuket Sandbox has to offer to tourists. The main findings are that the destination is strong in its medical and cultural tourism products but may suffer from crime events and degradation of tourism resources. This paper aims at examining the representation of Animal, the protagonist, and “non-human” characters in Indra Sinha’s Animal’s People (2007). It discusses various ways in which the socially constructed concepts of “humanity” and “animality” are called into question and strategically deployed in the portrayal of these characters. It argues that Sinha attempts to dismantle binary thinking which not only constitutes the distinction between the human and the animal but also underpins the West’s domination of the East. Using DCC-GARCH model and hypothesis test, we examine the hedge ratio and the conditional correlation between cryptocurrencies and TIP’s stock exchange market. The sample cover data on the return of the TIP’s index, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether and Litecoin from 1st January 2016 to 31st December 2021. This study examines the role of hedge and safe haven of four disruptive technology ETFs to six Asia emerging markets and assess whether if COVID-19 pandemic has altered the dynamic conditional correlations and hedge effectiveness between these assets. Using daily return data from February 23, 2018 to January 28, 2022, first, the results indicate that despite the outperformance of disruptive technology ETF’s returns during COVID-19 pandemic, these ETFs do not have a hedge or safe haven property against Asia emerging market downturns as their returns were still positively correlated. The purpose of this research is to explore eWOM credibility, consumer’s trust, and intention to visit a café based on the Café Story Facebook page and to explore the relationship between these three variables. This research employs a quantitative approach through an online survey, data are collected from 250 target samples who are Thai millennials, aged between 25-40 years old, and follow the Café Story Facebook page. การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง การประเมินผลโครงการพัฒนาตำบลแบบบูรณาการ (Tambon Smart Team) กรณีศึกษา อำเภอพระนครศรีอยุธยา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา และอำเภอลำทับ จังหวัดกระบี่ ในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาว่าโครงการพัฒนาตำบลแบบบูรณาการสามารถดำเนินการบรรลุตามวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการได้มากน้อยเพียงใด (2) ศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค ในการดำเนินโครงการพัฒนาตำบลแบบบูรณาการ และ (3) เพื่อจัดทำข้อเสนอแนะ ในการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาการจัดทำโครงการจ้างงานหรือโครงการที่มีลักษณะใกล้เคียงกันในอนาคตให้มีประสิทธิภาพ มากยิ่งขึ้น ทั้งนี้ การศึกษาวิจัยดังกล่าวใช้รูปแบบการประเมิน CIPP Model เป็นกรอบแนวคิดหลักในการประเมินผลโครงการซึ่งกำหนดรูปแบบการศึกษาเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ประกอบด้วย ข้าราชการสังกัดกรมการปกครองทั้งในส่วนกลางและภูมิภาค ประกอบด้วย นายอำเภอ ปลัดอำเภอ และเจ้าพนักงานปกครอง จำนวน 5 คน และลูกจ้างเหมาบริการโครงการพัฒนาตำบลแบบบูรณาการ จำนวน 12 คน รวมกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 17 คน ผลการศึกษา สามารถสรุปผลได้ ดังนี้ 1. จากการประเมินผลโครงการตามวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการทั้ง 3 ประการ พบว่า (1) โครงการสามารถกระตุ้นการบริโภคได้น้อย เนื่องจากเป็นโครงการจ้างงานระยะสั้น โดยจ้างงานตำบลละ 2 คน และจ้างงานเพียง 12 เดือนเท่านั้น (2) ฐานข้อมูล Database เป็นฐานข้อมูลที่รวบรวมข้อมูลหลากหลายด้านของแต่ละหมู่บ้าน ตำบล มารวมไว้ในฐานข้อมูลเดียว ซึ่งเป็นประโยชน์สำหรับใช้เป็นข้อมูลตั้งต้นในการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาพื้นที่ได้เป็นอย่างดี โดยปัจจัยด้านบริบทของโครงการ คือ ความพร้อมบุคลากรของกรมการปกครองเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ทำให้การจัดทำฐานข้อมูล Database ประสบความสำเร็จ (3) เรื่องการส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมในการแก้ไขปัญหาความเดือดร้อนของประชาชนและการพัฒนาพื้นที่ พบว่า โครงการสามารถดำเนินการบรรลุตามวัตถุประสงค์ดังกล่าวได้ โดยผ่านปัจจัยนำเข้าของโครงการ คือ ลูกจ้างโครงการ ในฐานะเป็นผู้สนับสนุนอำเภอในการนำนโยบายต่างๆ ของรัฐบาล และกรมการปกครอง ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการช่วยเหลือและพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชน ไปปฏิบัติในพื้นที่ 2. ปัญหาและอุปสรรคจากการดำเนินโครงการ สามารถแบ่งปัญหาที่พบออกเป็น 2 ลักษณะ คือ (1) ปัญหาที่พบในอำเภอขนาดใหญ่ ได้แก่ งบประมาณสำหรับดำเนินโครงการของอำเภอมีไม่เพียงพอ จำนวนบุคลากรของอำเภอมีไม่เหมาะสมกับจำนวนลูกจ้างและปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานของลูกจ้างในเขตชุมชนที่ไม่มีกำนันผู้ใหญ่บ้าน …

This research study outlined a professional-development program for training preschool teachers in Howard Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences. The program then continued training in practical applications of the theory for instructional use in the classroom. The preschool director and teachers’ perceptions and experiences were documented and provided the data to assess the impact of the training on the instructional strategies demonstrated in the classrooms. Attention was paid to any impact on classroom management, teacher morale, and cohesive instructional vision throughout the school.
