การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการศึกษาถึงปัจจัยที่ส่งต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรในภายในองค์การ กรณีศึกษา บริษัท รักษาความปลอดภัย ไทยซีคอม จำกัด โดยเพื่อนำผลที่ได้จากการวิจัยไปเพื่อใช้ในการสร้างแรงจูงใจ ปรับปรุงโครงสร้างสวัสดิการ ตลอดจนปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือพนักงานที่ปฏิบัติงานในสำนักงานใหญ่ บริษัท รักษาความปลอดภัย ไทยซีคอม จำกัด จำนวน 192 คน การวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้ใช้วิธีการระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสม คือการวิจับแบบเชิงปริมาณและการวิจัยแบบเชิงคุณภาพ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล การวิจัยแบบเชิงปริมาณใช้แบบสอบถาม ส่วนการวิจัยแบบเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง การสัมภาษณ์แบบเชิงลึก สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน Independent Sample t-test, One-Way ANOVA ,Chi-Square และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยของตัวแปรแบบพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression) จากการวิจัยพบว่า 1) พนักงานบริษัท รักษาความปลอดภัย ไทยซีคอม จำกัด มีความคิดเห็นด้วยมากด้านประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน 2) ปัจจัยลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ด้านระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงานมีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานในระดับต่ำมาก 3) ปัจจัยด้านแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยปัจจัยด้านความสำเร็จของงานส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานมากที่สุด 4) ปัจจัยด้านการปฏิบัติงานส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยแผนกลยุทธ์ขององค์กร ตรงตามวิสัยทัศน์ เป้าหมายวัตถุประสงค์และบริษัทฯ มีความเป็นมืออาชีพในธุรกิจ พนักงานมีทักษะ ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานมากที่สุด อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

Using data from Chinese General Social Survey (CGSS) 2018 which contain comprehensive information of the highly educated in mainland China, this paper estimates which of the two variables, type of tertiary education and major fields, is of greater importance to private earnings. With adoption of Ordinary Least Square (OLS) and Shapley Variance Decomposition based on R-squared, empirical results reveal considerable heterogeneity in returns to educational type (vocational college and academic university) and to major area. Participants include 71 students studying at Kamnoetvidya Science Academy, the science high school located in Rayong, Thailand. The objective of this paper is to investigate the impact of air pollution on stock returns in Thailand and Indonesia from January 1, 2016, to June 30, 2021. Further effects of air pollution on stock returns during the seasonal pollution period, full moon period, new moon period, and high pollution period are also studied. The result shows that a lagged day of air pollution proxy significantly reduces stock returns in Thailand. Mutations, including L858R/T790M double and L858R/T790M/C797S triple mutations, in the TK domain of EGFR have been linked to the severity of several cancers, especially NSCLC. This research study outlined a professional-development program for training preschool teachers in Howard Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences. The program then continued training in practical applications of the theory for instructional use in the classroom. The preschool director and teachers’ perceptions and experiences were documented and provided the data to assess the impact of the training on the instructional strategies demonstrated in the classrooms. Attention was paid to any impact on classroom management, teacher morale, and cohesive instructional vision throughout the school.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the perceived factors that occupational and physical therapy graduate students believed led to success in a clinical neuroscience course. A cross-sectional survey design was utilized from a convenience sample of Occupational Therapy Doctorate (OTD) and Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) students. There were 76 (42%) responses collected, comprised of 62 (82%) OTD students and 14 (18%) DPT students. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze all survey results. Current cancer prevention recommendations advise limiting red meat intake to <500g/week and avoiding consumption of processed meat, but do not differentiate the source of processed meat. We examined the associations of processed meat derived from red vs. non-red meats with cancer risk in a prospective cohort of 26,218 adults who reported dietary intake using the Canadian Diet History Questionnaire. Incidence of cancer was obtained through data linkage with Alberta Cancer Registry with median (IQR) follow-up of 13.3 (5.1) years. Multivariable Cox proportional hazards regression models were adjusted for covariates and stratified by age and gender. The median (IQR) consumption (g/week) of red meat, processed meat from red meat and processed meat from non-red meat were 267.9 (269.9), 53.6 (83.3), and 11.9 (31.8), respectively. High intakes (4th Quartile) of processed meat from red meat was associated with increased risk of gastro-intestinal cancer Adjusted Hazard Ratio (AHR) (95% CI): 1.68 (1.09-2.57) and colorectal cancers AHR (95% CI): 1.90 (1.12-3.22), respectively in women. No statistically significant associations were observed for intakes of red meat or processed meat from non-red meat. Results suggests that the carcinogenic effect associated with processed meat intake may be limited to processed meat derived from red meats. The findings provide preliminary evidence toward refining cancer prevention recommendations for red and processed meat intake.

We study the non-linear causal relation between uncertainty-due-to-infectious-diseases and stock–bond correlation. To this end, we use high-frequency 1-min data to compute daily realized measures of correlation and jumps, and then, we employ a nonlinear Granger causality test with the use of artificial neural networks so as to investigate the predictability of this type of uncertainty on realized stock–bond correlation and jumps. Our findings reveal that uncertainty-due-to-infectious-diseases has significant predictive value on the changes of the stock–bond relation.

Effect Of Occupational Welding Fume Exposure On Hemostatic & Inflammatory Blood Parameters And Cardiovascular Risks On Welders And Non-Welders In Confined Space: A Longitudinal Study, Ning Li

Occupational welding fumes contains varies of toxic metal particles and may affect cardiovascular system like the Particulate Matters (PM). The hypothetical mechanisms of welding fume toxicity center on oxidative stress and inflammatory, similar as the mechanisms that link PM2.5 and cardiovascular diseases (CVDs). The popular mechanisms on toxicity of welding fumes agreed that PM was associated with increased WBC and neutrophil counts, and increased WBC counts lead to higher Cardiovascular risks and Coronary heart disease risks.Urine Mn and Cr level in the welder group was significantly higher than the non-welder group (Mn: 0.96 VS 0.22 ug/g creatinine, p < 0.001; Cr: 0.63 VS 0.22 ug/g creatinine, p < 0.01). One third of the non-welders were in the high metal-exposed group. When all the participants were divided by occupation type, two times measurements revealed that Hct, WBC and Eosinophil indices of the welder groups were significantly higher (all p < 0.05). Linear regression models showed that, comparing to non-welders, welding could cause alterations to most hemostatic indices majorly by effecting an increase: Hct (β = 0.015, p = 0.007), WBC (β = 0.047, p = 0.033), Eosinophil ratio % (β = 0.345, p = 0.001). When all the participants were divided by metal level groups, there was bidirectional relationship between urine Mn level and WBC count in the linear regression models ((β = - 0.049, p = 0.045 and β = 0.059, p = 0.007, separately for starting and ending point). The study participants (both welders and non-welders) had an average systolic BP in the “high normal” range (Welders: 125.21 ± 11.23 mmHg for systolic BP Non-welders: mean = 126.33 ± 11.41 mmHg for systolic BP). Systolic blood pressure of the welder group increased significantly higher than the non-welder group after one year follow up (welder group VS non-welder: 4.13 ± 11.76 VS - 0.15 ± 6.60 mmHg, p = 0.037).

Asiatic acid (AA), natural triterpene found in Centalla asiatica, possesses polypharmacological properties that can contribute to the treatment and prophylaxis of various diseases. However, its hydrophobic nature and rapid metabolic rate lead to poor bioavailability. The aim of this research is to study nanogel system from hyaluronic acid (HA) for solubilization and stability enhancement of AA. Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (pNIPAM) was conjugated onto HA using carbodiimide reaction followed by 1H NMR characterization. pNIPAM-grafted HA (HA-pNIPAM) nanogels were prepared with three concentrations of polymer, 0.1%, 0.15% and 0.25% w/v in water by sonication method. Root-knot nematodes pose a severe threat to worldwide agricultural development. Due to the high toxicity of chemical nematicides, eco-friendly control strategies against root-knot nematodes need to be established. A pot and in vitro experiment were performed to estimate nematicidal potential of Pochonia chlamydosporia. P. chlamydosporia was used alone or in combination with two botanicals for controlling Meloidogyne incognita in chickpea. The laboratory assessment was performed with four prepared concentrations (S, S/2, S/10, S/25) of fungal inoculum of P. chlamydosporia against egg hatching and second-stage juvenile's mortality of M. incognita. All four concentrations reduced egg hatching and increased mortality of J2s. …

Prey choice is the non-random foraging and consumption of prey species by their predators, and is therefore the basis for studies of topics as diverse as quantifying food webs, predator–prey relationships, and optimal-foraging models. Malaclemys terrapin (Diamond-back Terrapin) is a diet generalist with a large geographic distribution: the US Atlantic and Gulf coasts from Massachusetts to Texas. Individual terrapins have relatively small home ranges and feed primarily on local mollusc species. Ecologically-relevant factors such as exercise and diet quality can directly influence how physiological systems work including those involved in maintaining oxidative balance; however, to our knowledge, no studies to date have focused on how such factors directly affect expression of key components of the endogenous antioxidant system (i.e., transcription factors, select antioxidant genes, and corresponding antioxidant enzymes) in several metabolically active tissues of a migratory songbird.
