The pastoral institutes of Network Pastoral Asia and Inter-Institutional Collaboration illustrate this impetus. They invite sustained reflection on and creative application of the Council's “principle of pastorality,” which carefully attends to context and faithfully expresses the “centrifugal missionary dimension” of evangelization.
