The Tubembankmentlike surfaces with adapted frames had discussed in this study. We get the parametric description of the Isotropic Tubembankmentlike Surfaces and give a computational application to evident these surfaces by introducing them in isotropic 3−space. Weingarten of Isotropic Tubembankmentlike Surfaces is also calculated in terms of Gaussian and mean curvatures. Mathematica 3D visualizations are using to create these curvatures. We also present new applications for Tubembankmentlike surfaces in Isotropic space, as well as surface characterization.

ABO: Interactive Journal for Women in the Arts, 1640–1830

Writers of fiction capitalize upon dress’s potential as an agent of deception, using clothing as a means through which characters control their identity to perpetuate lies. Eliza Haywood’s Fantomina; or, Love in a Maze (1725) contains this type of heroine, and the novella shows dress can provide women with power that they can find in few other arenas. This novella constructs lying and dress as potent related tools that allow the protagonist to achieve her desires by creating untruths that pass for realities. In so doing, Fantomina capitalizes upon two related phenomena: the cultural perception of women’s status as innately …

Investigating The Behavioral And Social Context Of Sound In The Surface Foraging Strategies Of Humpback Whales (Megaptera Novaeangliae), Sarah Weiss

Humpback whales are known for the plastic and variable nature of their acoustic communication, social interactions, and foraging behaviors. Distinct foraging strategies are used to capture different prey types at the surface and on the seafloor. Sounds produced during foraging are thought to facilitate intraspecific social communication. Previous studies have identified specific sound types produced by humpbacks associated exclusively with benthic foraging strategies, suggesting functions related to foraging behavior. In this study, we use suction cup acoustic tags (DTAGs) deployed on humpbacks in the western North Atlantic from 2006-2009 to investigate the social sound production associated with surface foraging ecology, …

People may think that they can better understand the world through convenient technology in this Internet age. The fact is that even though we can search almost everything on Google, we still live and are confined to a small world. What's worse, big smart data will provide you with "privately customized" information services based on your specific situation. People gradually become accustomed to a voice and are more inclined to think that the world is what they see. This has also led to the fact that people of different social classes and cultural environments may be very different, and they …

This comment inspired me to adopt my own approach as to how humans can learn from the animal kingdom. The …
