Many environmental processes can be represented mathematically using spatial-temporal varying partial-differential equations. Timely estimation and prediction of processes such as wildfires is critical for disaster management response, but is difficult to accomplish without the availability of a dense network of stationary sensors. In this work, we propose a deep reinforcement learning-based real-time path-planning algorithm for mobile sensor networks traveling in a formation through a spatial-temporal varying advection-diffusion field for the task of field reconstruction. Inclusive leadership has become an important contextual factor to study in organizations given its impact on positive workplace outcomes. However, little is known about the ability of inclusive leadership to affect a wider range of outcomes and the various mediating mechanisms between inclusive leadership and outcomes. Therefore, the present study explored the mediating role of psychological empowerment on the relationship between inclusive leadership and affective organizational commitment. It was hypothesized that inclusive leadership would be positively related to affective organizational commitment both directly and indirectly through psychological empowerment. Neo-sufism is the recent Sufi movement that actively develops society. Historically, sufism has brought forth arif billâh individuals who have great faith and devotion to Allah, excellent pedagogical competence, as well as social and professional skills. This study aims to construct the meeting point between neo-sufism character and school counselor competence. It was carried out using a qualitative approach with the Hermeneutic analysis from Paul Ricoeur. The data was obtained from documents and interviews. The results reveal the meeting point between neo-sufism character and four counselors competencies. This study examined the differences in the students’ academic resilience based on gender and cohort. Participants were students of Department of Educational Psychology and Guidance, Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Makassar in the academic years of 2013, 2014, and 2015. They were comprised of 103 students, 77 females and 26 males. The instrument in this study was Academic Resilience Scale (ARS) adopted and modified from Martin and Marsh. Malignant eccrine spiradenoma (MES) is an exceedingly rare skin adnexal tumor that arises from pre-existing benign eccrine spiradenoma (BES). MES tumors show a wide spectrum of morphological features, posing a diagnostic challenge to the pathologist. Sarcomatous (heterologous) elements are seen in a few of these tumors, further complicating the morphological picture. We herein describe a case of a 66-year-old male who presented with a recently enlarging, ulcerated, nodular skin lesion over the right leg that had been present for the last 25 years. This research paper exhibits the development and calibration capability of a computer optimization code, called SO-OPTIM. This code copes with several problems concerning water distribution networks which include: new design, rehabilitation, calibration; optimal scheduling of pumps, optimal operation of pump stations in the presence of water elevated tanks, and optimal pressure regulation. These problems are treated using a powerful genetic algorithm optimization technique which consists of a nonlinear objective functions subjected to both linear and non linear constraints. Policymakers are overwhelmingly worried about reinforcing new trends for academics’ knowledge sharing through publishing research work in indexed journals. By being the first, this study investigates the issue from the behavioral perspective along with perceived trust construct while inundating previous studies discovered from different factors, including technological, environmental, and cultural. A total of 315 valid responses were received from Malaysian private universities’ academics through a self-administrated questionnaire survey. Covariance-based structural equation modeling was implemented to test the hypotheses. Term Limits And Political Dynasties In The Philippines: Unpacking The Links, Ronald U. Mendoza, Miann S. Banaag, Joshua D. Hiwatig, Michael Henry Ll. Yusingco, Jurel K. Yap

This paper reviews the empirical evidence linking political dynasties in the Philippines to the imposition of term limits under the 1987 Constitution. It finds evidence that political clans have found a way around this Constitutional constraint by fielding more family members in power—giving rise to more fat political dynasties. Hence, we carefully argue that the introduction of term limits—combined with the failure to introduce other ancillary reforms (notably an anti-dynasty law)—may have brought about instead some unintended consequences. This study aims to examine the attitudes of American and Filipino college students and their intention to join the cause-related marketing (CRM) campaign. There were 200 Filipino and 180 American college students who joined the survey. The respondents were marketing majors. Using the theory of reasoned action (TRA), the results suggest a significant impact of religiosity, social influence, and attitude on the intention to join the CRM campaign. Diarrhea, soil-transmitted helminth infection and malnutrition are leading causes of child mortality in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). To reduce the prevalence of these diseases, effective interventions for adequate water, sanitation, and hygiene (WaSH) should be implemented. This paper describes the design of a cluster-randomized controlled trial that will compare the efficacy of four school-based WaSH interventions for improving children’s health literacy, handwashing, and nutrition. Interventions consisted of (1) WaSH policy reinforcement; (2) low-, medium-, or high-volume health education; (3) hygiene supplies; and (4) WaSH facilities (e.g., toilets, urinals, handwashing basins) improvements.
