The string quartet is central among the chamber instrumental ensembles. Despite the limited number of participants, the quartet ensemble is self-assembling, requiring no addition and harmonic support from a multi-voice instrument like the piano. The leading position of the string quartet in the panorama of other types of ensembles is well known. The highly developed quartet art has been widely spread in all countries of the world, including Uzbekistan. High-artistic quartet literature is an integral part of concert programs and educational repertoire of all levels of musical formation of stringers.

Quantum Simulation Of The Schrodinger Equation Using Ibm's Quantum Computers, Mohamed Abouelela

This thesis explores the capabilities of a quantum computer to simulate quantum systems. We give an introduction to the basics of quantum computing with the Bernstein-Vazirani algorithm as a demonstration. Four quantum systems are then simulated using IBM's QASM simulator using 6 qubits: the free particle, eigenstate of an infinite-well, particle in a step potential, and quantum tunneling. Because of the high number of gates, a 6-qubit simulation will not be feasible on current quantum computers. The number of qubits was, thus, reduced to 4 qubits, and was simulated on IBM's 5 qubit quantum computers (ibmq 5 vigo). We conclude …

Competency-based education programs in the United States have grown over the past decade in response to the need to address adult learners who have earned some college credits but have not earned a degree. Hundreds of colleges have either developed or are developing competency-based education (CBE) programs, which separate learning from credit hours. Students complete assignments/and or projects to achieve mastery of competencies. This paper describes the state of CBE programs, focusing on business programs, which represent about one third of programs reported through a national survey. This post offers suggestions for teaching about mediation practice without focusing primarily on the problematic traditional mediation theories described in Section 3.C. It suggests that faculty (1) help students understand dynamics related to assessments of court outcomes, (2) teach students to strategically combine elements from the traditional models, (3) teach them how to manage the counteroffer process, (4) include lawyer-client relationships in simulations, and (5) use longer simulations including preparation for mediation sessions.

In Mekong riparian countries, hydropower development provides energy, but also threatens biodiversity, ecosystems, food security, and an unparalleled freshwater fishery. The Sekong, Sesan, and Srepok Rivers (3S Basin) are major tributaries to the Lower Mekong River (LMB), making up 10% of the Mekong watershed but supporting nearly 40% of the fish species of the LMB. Forty-five dams have been built, are under construction, or are planned in the 3S Basin. We completed a meta-analysis of aquatic and riparian environmental losses from current, planned, and proposed hydropower dams in the 3S and LMB using 46 papers and reports from the past …

In 2018, roughly 72%of the 69,775 temporary migrant agricultural labourers arriving in Canada participated in the Seasonal Agricultural Workers Program (SAWP). Despite having legal status in Canada, these individuals are often systematically excluded from community life and face barriers when accessing health and social services. As part of the Western Australian Government’s commitment to emissions reduction and the sustainable mitigation of climate change, the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) identified that the Katanning Research Facility (KRF) is a significant greenhouse gas (GHG) emitter and that the site provides an opportunity to improve our understanding of emissions arising from agriculture, particularly livestock production. This report presents a baseline organisational carbon footprint assessment and a sustainable emissions reduction strategy with the goal of achieving carbon neutrality for the research facility by 2030.

Notaris mempunyai tempat kedudukan di daerah kabupaten atau kota dan Notaris mempunyai wilayah jabatan meliputi seluruh wilayah provinsi dari tempat kedudukannya. Pasal 17 ayat (1) huruf a Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2014 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2004 tentang Jabatan Notaris (selanjutnya disebut UUJN), menyebutkan bahwa “Notaris dilarang menjalankan jabatan di luar wilayah jabatanya”.
