When drilling in a complex heterogeneous formation, due to the limitation of bit crown shape, the cutters of each part of the bit are subjected to non-uniform force, and the cutters at the local location are subjected to large impact load, which lead to the occurrence of bit vortex. In order to solve the problem, a “multi-level force balance” cutter circumferential arrangement scheme is proposed. In this study, wireless communication technologies used in road and marine traffic are compared and analyzed to develop a collision warning system for small maritime autonomous surface ships based on sufficient testing and technologically advanced wireless access in vehicular environment (WAVE) communication technology. Outstanding communication technologies, such as WAVE, have been used as the core technology for the infrastructural development of an intelligent transport system (ITS) as well as autonomous vehicles in many countries and industries. Understanding navigator errors can be used as a basis for preventing collisions. Here, Hidden Markov Models (HMMs) are applied to navigator errors of fishing and merchant ships in collisions. Information on navigator errors providedin accident investigation reports issued by the Korean Maritime Safety Tribunal is surveyed. The surveyed information is converted into data using the framework of slips, lapses, and mistakes proposed in this study. The results of framework data states are inferred using the unsupervised learning of HMMs, with sequences of navigator errors contained in the error data. In this study, we monitored temporal and spatial variability in summer cold water events in the East Sea of Korea. We defined cold water as seawater that is ≥ 5°C colder than the surrounding area. When cold water expands or changes in propagation direction, the National Institute of Fisheries Science (NIFS) of Korea issues a cold water upwelling warning to prevent aquafarm damage. The ecological health of port environments, which are dynamic and hotspots of anthropogenic activities, can be analyzed using specific pathogenic bacteria as they provide definite evidence and source of pollution. The influence of seasons and environmental settings on total bacterial count (TBC), distribution of fecal indicators, and Vibrio spp. was explored in Visakhapatnam port, located along the east coast of India. However, without climate change, the sea level itself shows strong regional patterns, both in space and time, that could deviate significantly from global averages. The purpose of this research is to argue that U.S. immigration policy, specifically the 1996 IIRIRA (also known as IIRAIRA), needs to change regarding the legal treatment of immigrant U.S. military veteran deportees due to the following concepts. During the recent vast growth of digitalization, e-learning methods have become the most influential phenomenon at higher educational institutions. E-learning adoption has proved able to shift educational circumstances from the traditional face-to-face teaching environment to a flexible and sharable type of education. An online survey was conducted, consisting of 30 teachers and 342 students in one of the universities in the United Arab Emirates. The results show that teachers’ and students’ perceived technology self-efficacy (TSE), ease of use (PEOU), and usefulness (PU) are the main factors directly affecting the continuous intention to use technology. Objective: Isolation, serological and molecular identification and differentiation between velogenic and lentogenic of Newcastle disease virus (NDV) strains. Design: Descriptive study. Procedures: In this study, A total of 24 Pooled samples were collected from Dakahlia, Egypt, from 2017 to 2018 .The virus was isolated in 10 days old (ECEs) and serologically identified in third egg passage allantoic fluid by Haemagglutination (HA), Haemagglutination inhibition test (HIT) and agar gel precipitation test (AGPT). Molecular confirmation was done by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).
