A 2016 study concluded that the elderly spend 2.5 times the national average on health services (De Nardi 2016). Despite consisting of only 14 percent of the United States population, the elderly accounted for 34 percent of all medical spending, and accounted for 73 percent of all deaths (De Nardi 2016). In addition, current projections estimate that with the aging of the baby boomer generation, the percentage of the population that is older than 65 will swell to approximately 20 percent of the population by 2030 (Ortman 2014). วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการสร้างวาทกรรมความเป็นแม่และการเลี้ยงดูเด็กในชุมชน และผลกระทบของวาทกรรมต่อความเป็นแม่และการเลี้ยงดูเด็กในชุมชน

แบบแผนการวิจัย: การศึกษานี้ดำเนินการวิจัยโดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบวาทกรรมวิเคราะห์เชิงวิพากษ์

วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: ผู้ให้ข้อมูล จำนวน 90 คน ประกอบด้วย 1) ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก เป็นผู้ที่มีความรอบรู้ข้อมูลอย่างลึกซึ้ง จำนวน 84 คน ได้แก่ ปราชญ์ ผู้นำชุมชน บุคลากรสุขภาพ แกนนำกลุ่มองค์กร ครูในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กและในโรงเรียน ผู้นำศาสนา หญิงตั้งครรภ์ แม่หลังคลอด สมาชิกในครอบครัวแม่และเด็ก อาสาสมัคร ผู้บริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่ในองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น แกนนำศูนย์พัฒนาครอบครัว และ 2) ผู้ให้ข้อมูลทั่วไป 6 คน ได้แก่ สมาชิกในชุมชนและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องในการดูแลแม่และเด็ก คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจงและแบบสโนว์บอลล์ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม สนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยวิธีการวิเคราะห์วาทกรรมเชิงวิพากษ์และวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัย: ผลการศึกษาแบ่งเป็น 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) ความหมายของความเป็นแม่และการเลี้ยงดูเด็ก เป็นกระบวนที่สะท้อนถึงการตีความและสะท้อนอัตลักษณ์ความเป็นแม่และการเลี้ยงดูเด็กผ่านมุมมองเชิงวัฒนธรรมของทั้งแม่ ครอบครัว และผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการดูแลแม่และเด็กในชุมชน โดยถูกถ่ายทอดในรูปแบบของภาษาและใช้สื่อสารในชุมชนพบว่ามีความหมายเชื่อมโยงกัน 2) วาทกรรมความเป็นแม่และการเลี้ยงดูเด็กเป็นกระบวนการสะท้อนถึงการแสดงออกทางความคิดความเชื่อผ่านคำพูด ภาษาหรือวาทกรรม มี 2 อัตลักษณ์ คือ วาทกรรมเสริมพลังอำนาจและวาทกรรมพึ่งพา และ 3) ผลกระทบของวาทกรรมความเป็นแม่และการเลี้ยงดูเด็กเป็นภาคปฏิบัติทางสังคมวัฒนธรรมของวาทกรรมที่ทำให้เกิดการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมความเป็นแม่และการเลี้ยงดูเด็กที่เหมาะสม รวมทั้งการเกิดแนวทางใหม่ในการดูแลแม่และเด็กในชุมชน

สรุป: ผลการศึกษาสะท้อนให้เห็นองค์ความรู้ใหม่ที่ว่าความหมายของความเป็นแม่และการเลี้ยงดูเด็กมีความเชื่อมโยงกันเมื่อถูกสะท้อนผ่านมุมมองเชิงวัฒนธรรม และกระบวนการตีความหมายของแม่และการเลี้ยงดูเด็กที่ถูกถ่ายทอดในรูปแบบภาษานั้นสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงการผลิตสร้างวาทกรรมใหม่ที่เป็นวาทกรรมเสริมพลังอำนาจอันนำไปสู่การปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพของแม่ที่ดีและแนวทางในการดูแลแม่และเด็กในชุมชน ซึ่งพยาบาลและผดุงครรภ์ผู้ที่มีบทบาสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาระบบการดูแลแม่และเด็กสามารถนำใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนในการพัฒนาระบบการดูแลแม่และเด็กและส่งเสริมความเป็นแม่และการเลี้ยงดูเด็กอย่างเป็นระบบได้

Controlling for board size and the presence of a female chairperson, this study investigates the association between the gender diversity of corporate boards and the six Hofstede cultural dimensions. Results indicate that the percentage of women on boards is negatively related to Power Distance and positively related to Individualism and Long-term Orientation. The percentage of women on boards tends to be higher in cultures that tolerate inequalities in the distribution of power. Complex problems such as the achievement gap need to be presented to all the stakeholders in the school community to utilize their combined expertise. This requires a specific language to encourage all the stakeholders in the process. Effective leaders achieve this through the principles of transformative leadership by communicating in a way that motivates, challenges, and encourages cooperation. Social entrepreneurship increases women’s social inclusion and empowerment by providing self-employment opportunities (Datta & Gailey, 2012). There is growing attention, locally and globally, to social entrepreneurship from economic, social, environmental, and industrial lenses (Cornforth, 2014.) Grounded by feminist and empowerment theories, this phenomenological case study investigated the perceptions of women social entrepreneurs about leadership. Individuals who identify as multiracial have been on the rise since interracial marriages became legal in 1967. 2000 was the first Census year in which “two or more races” was an option for individuals to identify themselves. Most previous research focuses on individuals whose racial heritage is a mixture of Black and white. While this research is rich and informative, it fails to incorporate individuals that identify as two or more marginalized racial identities such as Black/African American and Hispanic or Asian Pacific and Native American. Colorism is favoring by individuals of lighter skin over darker skin. This differs from racism because racism is discrimination directed towards racial or ethnic minorities, while colorism typically refers to within-group prejudice. The purpose out of this study is to find out whether and how Latinx individuals’ self-perceived skin color, family, and friends influence their dating skin color preference. 145 respondents ages 18 and over completed the In-group Colorism Scale by Harvey, Banks, and Tennial (2017) and answered additional questions on skin tone perceptions on dating, and parent and friend influences. Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) testing is important for prevention and treatment. Ending the HIV epidemic is unattainable if significant proportions of people living with HIV remain undiagnosed, making HIV testing critical for prevention and treatment. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends routine HIV testing for persons aged 13 to 64 years in all health care settings. This study builds on prior research by estimating the extent to which HIV testing occurs during physician office and emergency department (ED) post 2006 CDC recommendations.

Significant contributions to the field include Abraham Maslow’s studies of ecstasy and peak experience, Sigmund Koch’s descriptions of two forms of consciousness, John Neulinger’s classification of immediate conscious experiences based on their motivational contexts, Michael J. Ellis’ application of arousal theory to play, Howard and Diane Tinsley’s theory of the leisure experience, Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi’s career of inquiry into the “flow” phenomenon, and recently, the theory of structured experience (TSE). Prior research demonstrates the negative relationship between self-esteem and alcohol use (Emery, 1993; Page, 1995; Winter, 2017), and prior research demonstrates how self-perceptions of attractiveness are fundamentally important (Barkow 1978; Wade, 2000, 2003). However, there is a paucity of research regarding exactly how self-perceptions of attractiveness, and mate value, which are related to self-esteem (Wade, Thompson, Tashakkori, Thompson, & Valente 1989; Tashakkori, Thompson, Wade, & Valente, 1990; Wade, 2000, 2003), influence alcohol consumption habits in college men and women. เนื่องด้วยโครงสร้างประชากรผู้สูงอายุที่เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง และงานวิจัยในผู้สูงอายุส่วนใหญ่จะเกี่ยวข้องกับผู้สูงอายุในชุมชน หรือผู้สูงอายุที่มีรายได้น้อย งานวิจัยนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพประชากร สังคม เศรษฐกิจและพฤติกรรมการอยู่อาศัยของผู้สูงอายุในโครงการหมู่บ้านจัดสรรราคาสูง โดยเลือกกรณีศึกษาเป็นโครงการหมู่บ้านนันทวันจำนวน 3 โครงการ รวมถึงวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมการใช้งาน ปัญหา และความต้องการด้านที่อยู่อาศัย กิจกรรม และพื้นที่ส่วนกลางภายในโครงการ เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางการออกแบบและแนวทางปรับปรุงพื้นที่ดังกล่าว ให้มีความเหมาะสมสําหรับผู้สูงอายุ โดยวิจัยข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์และการสํารวจพื้นที่ด้านที่อยู่อาศัย อาคารสโมสรและพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง ซึ่งพบว่า ด้านพฤติกรรมคือ ผู้สูงอายุใช้เวลาภายในบ้านกับกิจกรรมดูทีวีมากเกินไป ขาดกิจกรรมที่จะช่วยส่งเสริมสุขภาพกายและสุขภาพใจให้สดใสแข็งแรง ด้านที่อยู่อาศัย มีพื้นที่บางส่วนที่ไม่เหมาะสมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ ได้แก่ ห้องนํ้ามีขนาดเล็กเกินไป ลานซักล้างมีระดับต่างจากพื้นที่ภายในบ้าน ด้านอาคารสโมสรและพื้นที่ส่วนกลางในโครงการมีอุปสรรคต่อการใช้งานของผู้สูงอายุ ได้แก่ ตำแหน่งอาคารสโมสรที่อยู่ไกล ขาดทางลาดเพื่อใช้ในการเข้าถึงพื้นที่กิจกรรม จุดนั่งพักในสวนหรือริมทางเดินมีจำนวนน้อยเกินไป จึงเสนอแนะแนวทางการออกแบบและปรับปรุง ได้แก่ การเพิ่มกิจกรรมตามหลักทฤษฎีกิจกรรม เพื่อให้ผู้สูงอายุได้มีกลุ่มสังคมแลกเปลี่ยนความสนใจกับผู้อื่น กระตุ้นให้ร่างกายสดชื่นด้วยการเคลื่อนไหวจากกิจกรรมต่างๆ และจัดเตรียมที่อยู่อาศัยให้เหมาะสมต่อสภาพการอยู่อาศัยของผู้สูงอายุตามแนวคิดการออกแบบเพื่อทุกคน เช่น ขยายห้องน้ำให้มีขนาดใหญ่ขึ้นและติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็น เช่น ราวจับ ทำทางลาดเข้าสู่ที่พักอาศัยและพื้นที่ส่วนกลางที่ผู้สูงอายุใช้งานเป็นประจำ หรือการวางเเนวทางการจัดวางสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่เหมาะสมแก่ผู้สูงอายุกรณีออกแบบโครงการใหม่ เช่น การกำหนดแนวทางการวางตำแหน่งอาคารสโมสรให้อยู่กลางพื้นที่เพื่อให้ทุกคนสามารถเข้าถึงได้ในระยะที่สะดวก

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคของการสืบสวนสอบสวนคดียาเสพติดและเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนารูปแบบการสืบสวนสอบสวนคดียาเสพติดในลักษณะองค์กรอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติในประเทศไทย โดยการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณโดยการศึกษาเอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การประชุมกลุ่มย่อยและการเก็บแบบสอบถามจากบุคลากรในกระบวนการยุติธรรม เครื่องมือในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบมีโครงสร้าง แบบประชุมกลุ่มย่อยและแบบสอบถามและผู้วิจัยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหารวมถึงสถิติพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคของการสืบสวนสอบสวนคดียาเสพติดในประเทศไทยประกอบด้วย 1.1) ด้านนโยบายและยุทธศาสตร์ที่ยังขาดยุทธศาสตร์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพและขาดนโยบายในการป้องกันและปราบปรามคดียาเสพติดในลักษณะองค์กรอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติอย่างจริงจัง 1.2) ด้านกฎหมายและการลงโทษซึ่งการบังคับใช้กฎหมายและการลงโทษยังขาดประสิทธิภาพและไม่มีการนำมาตรการมาใช้อย่างจริงจัง 1.3) ด้านหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องการปฏิบัติงานในการสืบสวนสอบสวนแต่ละหน่วยงานแตกต่างกัน ตลอดจนไม่ได้รับความร่วมมือจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการให้ข้อมูลที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อรูปคดีและ 1.4) ด้านบุคลากร เจ้าหน้าที่รัฐขาดประสบการณ์ในคดียาเสพติดในลักษณะองค์กรอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติและ 2) แนวทางการพัฒนารูปแบบการสืบสวนสอบสวนคดียาเสพติดในลักษณะองค์กรอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติในประเทศไทยภาครัฐต้องมีแนวทางการพัฒนาในด้าน 2.1) นโยบายและยุทธศาสตร์โดยการพัฒนานโยบายและยุทธศาสตร์ให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ยาเสพติด 2.2) ด้านกฎหมายและการลงโทษ เช่น การแก้ไขกลไกทางกฎหมาย/แนวทางการปฏิบัติระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องให้เหมาะสมให้เจ้าหน้าที่เข้าถึงข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว 2.3) ด้านหน่วยงาน สร้างความร่วมมือกับภาคเอกชนในการเข้าถึงข้อมูล ตลอดจนหน่วยงานภาคีทั้งในและต่างประเทศและ 2.4) ด้านบุคลากร เช่น ความรู้ความเข้าใจ ความเชี่ยวชาญ ตลอดจนการจัดสรรทรัพยากรบุคคลให้เหมาะสมทั้งนี้การพัฒนาดังกล่าวเพื่อให้การดำเนินการสืบสวนสอบสวนคดียาเสพติดในลักษณะองค์กรอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติในประเทศไทยมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้นและนำผู้กระทำผิดมาลงโทษตามกฎหมาย

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากลไกการหลอกลวงเครื่องสําอางปลอมในกลุ่มพริตตี้ โดยศึกษา พฤติกรรมการเลือกเครื่องสําอางของพริตตี้ที่แตกต่างในแต่ละกลุ่ม เพื่อให้ เกิดความรู้ ความเข้าใจว่าเหตุใด เครื่องสําอางปลอมยังคงเป็นที่นิยมอยู่ในสังคมไทย และเหตุใดในกลุ่มพริตตี้ มีการใช้เครื่องสําอางปลอมเหล่านี้ และให้แนวทางป้องกันการตกเป็นเหยื่อของพริตตี้จากกลไกการ หลอกลวงเครื่องสําอางปลอม งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยใช้เทคนิคการเก็บข้อมูล สัมภาษณ์ แบบเจาะลึกในพริตตี้ทั้งหมด 15 คน โดยแบ่งประเภทผู้ให้สัมภาษณ์ออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม กลุ่มละ 7 คน และอีก 1 คน โดยกลุ่มแรก เรียกว่า กลุ่มพริตตี้ที่ใช้เครื่องสําอางปลอมเป็น ประจำ กลุ่มที่สองเรียกว่า กลุ่มพริตตี้ที่ไม่ใช้เครื่องสําอางปลอมเป็นประจำ และอีก 1 คน คือ พริตตี้ที่ไม่เคยใช้เครื่องสําอางปลอม จากการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มพริตตี้ที่ใช้เครื่องสําอางปลอมเป็น ประจำมีความเสี่ยง และมีผลกระทบมากที่สุดเมื่อเทียบกับกลุ่มอื่น โดยจาก กลุ่มตัวอย่างกลุ่มนี้ 7 รายมีผลกระทบเกิดขึ้น 4 ราย ในขณะเดียวกันกลุ่มที่ไม่ใช้เครื่องสําอางปลอม เป็นประจำ มี ทั้งหมด 7 คน แต่ได้รับผลกระทบ 1 ราย ดังนั้นหากพริตตี้มีการใช้เครื่องสําอางปลอมเป็นประจำ ความเสี่ยงก็จะมีมากขึ้นในส่วนของผลกระทบที่จะเกิด นอกจากนี้ จากการศึกษาพบว่า กลไกการหลอกลวง ในเครื่องสําอางปลอมเกิดจากปัจจัยเหล่านี้ 1. การใช้ค่านิยมของสังคม 2. การใช้สื่อโฆษณาชวนเชื่อ 3. การพิจารณาจากบุคคลต่างๆ เช่น ผู้มีชื่อเสียงในสังคม หรือการให้ความเห็นจากบุคคลอื่น 4.การเชื่อถือบุคคลรอบข้างเพื่อน บุคคลใกล้ชิดโดยเป็นส่วนสำคัญอย่างมาก ที่ส่งผลต่อกลุ่มพริตตี้ยังคงเป็นเหยื่อในเครื่องสําอางปลอม

การวิเคราะห์ประเมินผลความสำเร็จของโครงการคนไทยไร้พุงในผู้สูงอายุกรณีศึกษา โรงพยาบาลตำรวจ สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ, พิมพิกา มุขเพ็ชร

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสถานการณ์ปัญหาด้านสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนวัดบรมนิวาส 2) วิเคราะห์ปัญหา และอุปสรรคในการดำเนินโครงการคนไทยไร้พุงในผู้สูงอายุ และ 3) เสนอแนะแนวทาง ปรับปรุง แก้ไขในการพัฒนาโครงการคนไทยไร้พุงในผู้สูงอายุ การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative research) การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลใช้การเก็บข้อมูลจากเอกสารและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ คือ บุคลากรทางการแพทย์ของโรงพยาบาลตำรวจ กลุ่มภาคีเครือข่าย และผู้สูงอายุที่เข้าร่วมโครงการคนไทยไร้พุง จำนวน 12 ท่าน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) สถานการณ์การเข้าถึงสิทธิการรักษาของผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนวัดบรมนิวาส มีความทั่วถึงคนในชุมชน 2) สถานการณ์ด้านสุขภาพ การเจ็บป่วยด้วยโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง มีความสอดคล้องกับการดำเนินโครงการคนไทยไร้พุงในผู้สูงอายุ และ 3) การนำรูปแบบ CIPP Model มาประเมินผลสำเร็จของโครงการ พบว่า ด้านบริบท การดำเนินโครงการคนไทยไร้พุงในผู้สูงอายุมีความสอดคล้องกับปัญหาสุขภาพของคนในชุมชน ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า พบว่า บุคลากรทางการแพทย์สามารถถ่ายทอดความรู้ได้อย่างเข้าใจ มีรูปแบบกิจกรรมที่เอื้อต่อการจัดกิจกรรม งบประมาณที่ใช้ในโครงการไม่ได้รับจัดสรรมาจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ แต่มีความพร้อมในการดำเนินกิจกรรม เนื่องจากได้รับการสนับสนุนเงินจากแพทย์ผู้จัดทำโครงการ ด้านกระบวนการ รูปแบบการดำเนินกิจกรรมมีความเหมาะสม แต่มีความคิดเห็นต่างกันในเรื่องระยะเวลาการดำเนินกิจกรรม เนื่องจากการออกกำลังกายต้องใช้เวลาในการเรียนรู้ จึงควรจัดกิจกรรมบ่อยขึ้น แต่การจัดกิจกรรมบ่อยขึ้นจะได้ผลลัพธ์ที่ไม่ชัดเจน ด้านผลผลิต พบว่า โครงการคนไทยไร้พุงในผู้สูงอายุมีความสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของคนในชุมชนและบรรลุตามวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ ทั้งนี้ในการดำเนินโครงการพบปัญหาและอุปสรรค คือ ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการมีจำนวนน้อยและสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดโควิด-19 จากการศึกษามีข้อเสนอแนะ คือ การสร้างความร่วมมือกันระหว่างบุคลากรทางการแพทย์และอาสาสมัครชุมชนลงพื้นที่ประชาสัมพันธ์ เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการมากขึ้น แต่เนื่องจากการดำเนินโครงการอยู่ในช่วงการแพร่ระบาดโควิด-19 จึงควรปฏิบัติตามมาตรการป้องกันโรคโควิด-19

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะศึกษาถึงการกำหนดโทษทางอาญาในกฎหมายควบคุมมลพิษของประเทศไทย โดยโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมก่อให้เกิดทั้งมลพิษทางอากาศ มลพิษทางน้ำและมลพิษที่เกี่ยวกับของเสียอันตราย อันก่อให้เกิดผลกระทบและความเสียหายต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมและมนุษย์ในวงกว้าง ซึ่งถือได้ว่าการที่โรงงานอุตสาหกรรมก่อให้เกิดมลพิษดังกล่าวเป็นการก่ออาชญากรรมสิ่งแวดล้อมขึ้นแล้ว จึงสมควรแก่การนำโทษทางอาญามาบังคับใช้ในการป้องกันและปราบปรามกรณีที่โรงงานอุตสาหกรรมได้ก่อให้เกิดมลพิษขึ้น จากการศึกษาเป็นที่ประจักษ์ว่า ลักษณะการกระทำความผิดทางอาญาที่ปรากฏในกฎหมายควบคุมมลพิษของทั้งประเทศไทย ประเทศสาธารณรัฐฝรั่งเศส ประเทศสหพันธ์สาธารณรัฐเยอรมนีและประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกาประกอบด้วย 3 ประการ โดยการกำหนดโทษทางอาญาสำหรับความผิดเนื่องจากการก่อให้เกิดมลพิษและความผิดฐานละเว้นไม่ปฏิบัติตามมาตรการเกี่ยวกับสิ่งแวดล้อมมีบทบาทสำคัญในการป้องกันและปราบปรามการก่อมลพิษของโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ แต่ในขณะเดียวกันการกำหนดโทษทางอาญาสำหรับความผิดฐานไม่ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขหรือคำสั่งที่เจ้าหน้าที่รัฐกำหนดนั้นไม่เหมาะสมต่อความรุนแรงของการกระทำความผิดและไม่เป็นไปตามแนวคิดอาชญากรรมสิ่งแวดล้อมแต่อย่างใด ด้วยเหตุตามที่กล่าวข้างต้น ผู้เขียนจึงขอเสนอแนะให้ประเทศไทยสมควรกำหนดโทษทางปกครองหรือกำหนดค่าปรับเป็นพินัยสำหรับความผิดฐานไม่ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขหรือคำสั่งที่เจ้าหน้าที่รัฐกำหนดแทนโทษทางอาญาที่ปรากฏอยู่ในกฎหมายควบคุมมลพิษในปัจจุบัน เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับความร้ายแรงของการกระทำและตามแนวทางของกฎหมายควบคุมมลพิษของต่างประเทศ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษากรอบแนวคิดการบริหารวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาและแนวคิดความเป็นพลเมืองโลก 2) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดความเป็นพลเมืองโลก 3) เพื่อพัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดความเป็นพลเมืองโลก ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบพหุระยะแบบผสานวิธี (Multiphase Mixed Methods Research) ประชากรได้แก่ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 2,358 โรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 339 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนหรือรองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายวิชาการ โรงเรียนละ 1 คน หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรมและหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระอื่นๆ โรงเรียนละ 2 คน และครูผู้สอนกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรมและครูผู้สอนกลุ่มสาระอื่นๆ โรงเรียนละ 2 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามและแบบประเมิน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นด้วยเทคนิค PNIModified และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) กรอบแนวคิดการบริหารวิชาการ ประกอบด้วย 1) การพัฒนาหลักสูตร 2) การจัดการเรียนการสอน 3) การวัดผลและประเมินผล 4) การพัฒนาและใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา กรอบแนวคิดความเป็นพลเมืองโลก ประกอบด้วย 1) ด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจ 2) ด้านอารมณ์ – สังคม 3) ด้านพฤติกรรม (2) สภาพปัจจุบันพบว่าอยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์พบว่าอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล (3) กลยุทธ์การบริหารวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดความเป็นพลเมืองโลก ประกอบด้วย 4 กลยุทธ์หลัก คือ 1) เร่งรัดพัฒนาหลักสูตรตามแนวคิดความเป็นพลเมืองโลก มี 2 กลยุทธ์รอง ได้แก่ 1.1) เพิ่มการกำหนดจุดมุ่งหมายและพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาความเป็นพลเมืองโลกด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจและด้านพฤติกรรมให้สอดคล้องกับสภาพเศรษฐกิจและประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ 1.2) ส่งเสริมการนำผลการพัฒนาหลักสูตรไปใช้ในเพื่อพัฒนาความเป็นพลเมืองโลกด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจและด้านพฤติกรรมตามสภาพเศรษฐกิจและเทคโนโลยีที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป 2) ยกระดับการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามแนวคิดความเป็นพลเมืองโลก มี …

A significant number of individuals who experience a form of sexual violence that could be classifiable as rape or sexual assault do not label their experience as such. Studies found that rape acknowledgement status can impact a survivor’s postassault experiences and recovery process. This study examined how a sample of 236 college students who experienced some form of sexual violence labeled their experience.
