Instances of information communication technology project failure are being recorded in Nigeria. This paper focuses on a design-reality gap to assess the selected information communication technology (ICT) projects in federal universities, South West of Nigeria. We determine the success and failure rates of the selected ICT projects based on the design-reality gap model dimensions: information, technology, processes, objectives and values, staffing and skills, management systems and structures. Purpose: This study aims to examine the access and purpose of internet use by the teaching staff of Peshawar Medical College, Peshawar.

Method(s)/Materials: Data were collected through a tested questionnaire from 115 teaching staff members of two major groups’ basic sciences and clinical sciences with a response rate (57.39%) of 66 members positively. Teaching faculty comprising 71.40% Male faulty members and 28.60% female took part in the study. Data were analyzed and tabulated using the SPSS tool.

Purpose: This study investigates the Information-Seeking Behavior (ISB) of mass media professionals in E-environment working in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the most important strategic area of Pakistan. To explore the perceptions of mass media professionals towards information seeking in e-environment is significant, because traditional print newspapers, radio and electronic media (TV) face a steady decline in their information sharing due to the growth of free online contents available through internet.

Purpose

This work aimed at demonstrating India’s scientific contribution on Covid-19 research and analyzes the emerging research pattern using various bibliometric parameters.

Design/methodology/approach

Indian publications data on Covid-19 research were retrieved from SCOPUS database using structured query. VOSviewer & CiteSpace data visualization tools are used to generate citation, co-citation map and keyword clusters for better understanding of the research pattern. The leading institutions, most productive journal, prominent researchers are identified and analyzed further to reflect the collaborative nature.

This paper attempts to examine the impact of Human Resource Management (HRM) practices on the Job Satisfaction of Librarians in Jammu & Kashmir (J&K). On basis of the literature review, it is hypothesized that a positive perception among librarians regarding the HRM practices helps in developing a sense of satisfaction among them regarding their jobs. The hypothesised relationship is tested though regression analysis by using data from libraries of seven universities of J&K. The purpose of this study is to investigate the development of Electronic Theses and Dissertations (ETDs) repositories in university libraries located in Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) and Rawalpindi (twin cities), Pakistan. A semi-structured web-based questionnaire was developed and distributed among all 35 university libraries located in the twin cities of Pakistan. SPSS version 21 was used for analysis of data. It was found that out of 35, 13 (37.14%) university libraries had developed their ETDs repositories. This study examines the role of the Children’s Centre, University of Nigeria, Nsukka in enhancing literacy learning among primary school age pupils of Nsukka Local Government Area. The study is a case study that employed qualitative method. Four specific objectives guided the study. Five members of the Children’s Centre were purposively selected to participate in the study. An unstructured questionnaire and oral face to face interview were used for data collation. The data collated were coded, sorted, interpreted and presented in narratives.
