The aims of the study were to: (1) develop a set of instruments to measure the level of early childhood development (kindergarten group B), and (2) assess the quality of the developed instruments. This study is developmental research. The samples of the study were the students of kindergarten group B. The developed instrument was a set of questionnaires. Type 2 diabetes mellitus (DMT2) patients are associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular events. Prior to the era of cardio-vascular trial outcome (CVOT) evidence on the efficacy of old oral diabetes (OAD) drugs such as metformin, sulfonylurea, thiazolidindion, glinid, and alpha glucosidase inhibitors in reducing the risk of cardiovascular events was very limited. Since 2008, all OADs must have CVOT data. DPP-4 inhibitors are neutral against the risk of cardiovascular events while SGLT-2 inhibitors are reported to significantly reduce the risk of cardiovascular events. Terdapat keterbatasan sistem pemeriksaan dan pelaporan kerusakaan lampu PJU. Artikel ini membahas penerapan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) untuk memantau gangguan kerusakan pada lampu PJU. This study aims to determine whether the competences of Physical Education (PE) teachers make contributions to the quality of learning achievements of elementary school students. It was qualitative descriptive research using a reflective explorative approach. The subject of this study was the result of competence test of PE teachers in Yogyakarta Special Region in 2016. Upaya pencegahan masalah berat badan berlebih menjadi fokus utama saat ini berdasarkan peningkatan resiko kesehatan akibat overweight dan obesitas, teruatama pada anak-anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi penyebab kenaikan berat badan pada anak usia dini dengan metode penelitian cross sectional. Jumlah subjek penelitian terdiri dari enam puluh enam anak. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah analisis multivariat. Hasil penelitian menujukkan terdapat hubungan bermakna (p < 0.05) antara variabel varian terhadap kenaikan berat pada anak usia dini. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa faktor rendahnya aktivitas fisik, genetik dari orang tua dan pola makan berhubungan terhadap kenaikan berat badan pada anak usia dini.

Purpose – This study investigates the relationships between innovation, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction in pure service companies. Previous studies have shown a negative relationship between quality and productivity in services. However, we argue the two can be positively related when innovation is present.

Design/methodology/approach – We develop and test our hypotheses using secondary data from COMPUSTAT, KLD STAT, and the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). We test our hypotheses using ordinary least squares regression and conduct additional testing using path analysis.
