In such applications as identifying differentially expressed genes in micro-array experiments or assessing safety and efficacy of drugs in clinical trials, researchers often report confidence intervals (CIs) and p-values only for the selected parameters, which is called selective inference. While constructing multiple CIs for the selected parameters, it is common practice to ignore issue of selection and multiplicity. Although protection against the effect of selection is sufficient in some cases, simultaneous coverage should be also needed in real applications. This paper presents results of an experiment testing how the personality dimension agreeableness interacts with different organizational factors to affect the strategy chosen when entering a budget negotiation. Prior budget research suggests firms invite subordinates into budget negotiations primarily to elicit private information from subordinate managers. However, criticism of traditional budgeting processes suggests subordinates will act strategically in such negotiations, limiting the effectiveness of inviting managers into budget negotiations. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan dan mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan dan kualitas perangkat pembelajaran geometri berbasis konsep kecerdasan majemuk dari Howard Gardner. Penelitian pengembangan ini mengadopsi model pengembangan Plomp terdiri dari tahapan penelitian awal, pengembangan, dan evaluasi. Perangkat pembelajaran geometri yang dikembangkan meliputi rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, buku, dan lembar kerja siswa untuk materi Geometri Kelas VIII Semester 2 berbasis kecerdasan majemuk. Kualitas hasil pengembangan ditinjau dari tiga aspek yaitu kevalidan, keefektifan, dan kepraktisan. Berdasar­kan penilaian kualitas kevalidan, diperoleh bahwa perangkat mendapatkan kriteria sangat baik.
