Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan eksplorasi pada klub sepakbola yang menjalani Liga 2 Indonesioa 2018 dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Lima peserta penelitian dari stakeholder klub dipilih secara sengaja sebagai partisipan wawancara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan sebagai berikut: melakukan observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Validasi instrumen menggunakan 'expert judgment' dan analisis data kualitatif menggunakan bantuan Scientific Software ATLAS Ti. Versi 7.5.16. Hasilnya, kendala finansial (soft budget constraint) menjadi permasalahan utama klub dalam menjalani kompetisi. This project used a driving simulator to investigate patterns of drivers’ behavior during rainfall events using different geometries. We conducted a literature review of previous transportation studies using driving simulators and selected and analyzed extensive field data on major highway sections throughout Florida. The driving simulator at the University of Central Florida simulated the parameters such as speed and rainfall intensity observed in the field.Based on our analysis, we found that drivers are not affected by light rainfall events. However, heavy rainfall has a significant impact on their speed; on average they reduced their speed by 6 to 12 mph. …

Introduction. Infection is the main complication of prolonged–term catheter uses as hemodialysis access. The KDOQI recommends the insertion of tunnel venous hemodialysis catheter in the right internal jugular vein (IJV) where the tip placed in the right atrium and the arterial opening enfacing the mediastinum. The previous study showed that the incidence of catheter–related bacteremia (CRB) is 35% at three months' use and 54% at six months' use. The TCC tip position as hemodialysis access in left IJV is correlated more to dysfunction and infection compared to the right IJV.

Therefore, we compared the result of videofluoroscopic swallowing study (VFSS) and bedside thyroid cartilage palpation to determine the penetration/ aspiration risks in stroke patients. Objective: We investigated the effectiveness of functional recovery after 2-week post-acute rehabilitation in elderly people with hip fractures. Design: We divided the patients (N = 129) into 2 groups: the post-acute care (PAC) group (N = 90) that received 2-week in-hospital rehabilitation and the control group (N =39) that were discharged immediately. Outcomes were measured according to the Barthel Index (BI) score. Methods: This research is a retrospective observational study. We sampled data from a nationally representative sample of 1,000,000 enrollees of the single-payer government-based National Health Insurance (NHI) program in Taiwan from 1996 to 2013. Claims data for rehabilitation during index admission after amputation were analyzed, and factors associated with IR use were identified.
