This research is aimed to develop healthy processed cheese for Thai consumers by studying consumer needs, the physicochemical and sensory properties of the developed processed cheese. Thai consumers who concerned about their health in Bangkok (n=422) participated in a survey and 72.7% of the consumers had positive intention to the healthy cheesed product in sliced type. Eighty percent of the consumers expected their cheese product to be fortified with healthy ingredients such as antioxidants and omega fatty acids. งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาผลของตัวรองรับต่อกัมมันตภาพและเสถียรภาพของตัวเร่งปฏิกิริยาแพลทินัมอิริเดียมออกไซด์ในเซลล์เชื้อเพลิงพีอีเอ็มแบบผันกลับได้ ตัวรองรับที่ใช้ในการทดสอบ ได้แก่ คาร์บอนวัลแคน (C) ท่อนาโนคาร์บอน (CNTs) และท่อนาโนคาร์บอนที่หุ้มพอลิแอนิลีน (CNTs-PANI) พบว่าตัวเร่งปฏิกิริยา PtIrO2/CNTs-PANI มีกัมมันตภาพในการเร่งปฏิกิริยามากที่สุดทั้งในปฏิกิริยารีดักชันของออกซิเจนและปฏิกิริยาการเกิดออกซิเจน โดยความหนาแน่นเชิงจลนพลศาสตร์สำหรับปฏิกิริยารีดักชันของออกซิเจน ที่ 0.6 โวลต์เทียบกับศักย์ไฟฟ้ามาตรฐานคาโลเมล เท่ากับ 1.24 มิลลิแอมแปร์ต่อตารางเซนติเมตร และปฏิกิริยาการเกิดออกซิเจน ที่ 1.55 โวลต์เทียบกับศักย์ไฟฟ้ามาตรฐานคาโลเมล เท่ากับ 41.36 มิลลิแอมแปร์ต่อตารางเซนติเมตร หลังผ่านการทดสอบเสถียรภาพในสารละลายกรดซัลฟิวริก จำนวน 1000 รอบ พบว่าตัวเร่งปฏิกิริยา PtIrO2/CNTs-PANI มีการลดลงของความหนาแน่นกระแสไฟฟ้าและอัตราการลดลงของพื้นที่ผิวในการเกิดปฏิกิริยาน้อยที่สุด ทั้งในปฏิกิริยารีดักชันของออกซิเจนและปฏิกิริยาการเกิดออกซิเจน เนื่องจากพอลิแอนิลีนที่เติมลงไปช่วยในการยึดเกาะระหว่างตัวเร่งปฏิกิริยาและตัวรองรับ ทำให้ตัวเร่งปฏิกิริยากระจายตัวได้ดีและมีเสถียรภาพ จากผลการทดลองข้างต้น พบว่าตัวเร่งปฏิกิริยา PtIrO2/CNTs-PANI เหมาะสมสำหรับการเร่งปฏิกิริยาทั้งในปฏิกิริยารีดักชันของออกซิเจนและปฏิกิริยาการเกิดออกซิเจน เพื่อใช้เป็นตัวเร่งปฏิกิริยาแบบสองหน้าที่สำหรับเซล์เชื้อเพลิงพีอีเอ็มแบบผันกลับได้

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาวิวัฒนาการละครในตั้งแต่อดีตจนถึงปัจจุบัน 2) ศึกษารูปแบบการแสดงละครใน เรื่อง อิเหนา ยุคกรุงรัตนโกสินทร์ โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ซึ่งผู้วิจัยศึกษาข้อมูลจากเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง สื่อวีดิทัศน์ การสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ การสังเกตวิธีการแสดงละครใน โดยมีขอบเขตของการศึกษา คือ 1) ศึกษาประวัติความเป็นมาและวิวัฒนาการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการแสดงละครในตั้งแต่สมัยกรุงศรีอยุธยาจนถึงกรุงรัตนโกสินทร์ 2) ศึกษาลักษณะการแสดงละครในแบบหลวงเรื่องอิเหนา ซึ่งถ่ายทอดจากอดีตจนถึงปี พ.ศ. 2559 ที่ปรากฏในการแสดงของสถาบันบัณฑิตพัฒนศิลป์และกรมศิลปากร กระทรวงวัฒนธรรม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คำเรียก“ละครใน"ปรากฏหลักฐานในสมัยกรุงรัตนโกสินทร์ แต่เดิมจะเรียกชื่อต่างกันไป ทั้งคำว่า ละครในบริรักษ์จักรี, ละครหลวง, ละครผู้หญิง, ละครข้างใน แต่มีความหมายเดียวกัน คือ หมายถึงละครผู้หญิงที่ใช้นางในราชสำนักมาฝึกหัดเป็นผู้แสดงและอยู่ในความอุปถัมภ์ของพระมหากษัตริย์ หลักฐานที่เกี่ยวกับละครในพบครั้งแรกในสมัยกรุงศรีอยุธยาจากบุณโณวาทคำฉันท์ โดยกล่าวถึงการแสดงละครในเรื่องอนิรุทธและอิเหนาซึ่งเป็นละครในบริรักษจักรี แปลว่าละครของพระมหากษัตริย์ เมื่อกรุงศรีอยุธยาต้องเสียแก่พม่าในปี พ.ศ.2310 ส่งผลให้ละครของหลวงต้องแพร่กระจายไปที่ต่างๆ บางส่วนได้ถูกกวาดต้อนไปยังประเทศพม่าจนเกิดรูปแบบละครโยเดีย ครั้นสมัยกรุงธนบุรีละครในจะเรียกว่าละครผู้หญิงซึ่งมีทั้งของหลวงและของเจ้านครฯ โดยได้รับพระบรมราชานุญาตจากสมเด็จพระเจ้าตากสิน สมัยกรุงรัตนโกสินทร์รูปแบบละครในมีรูปแบบเปลี่ยนแปลงไปหลายสิ่งที่เห็นได้ชัดคือในสมัยรัชกาลที่ 1 อันเป็นยุคฟื้นฟูบ้านเมืองรวมไปถึงงานศิลปะอย่างละครใน ได้มีการรวบรวมจัดทำ“ตำรารำ"ที่มีมาแต่ครั้งกรุงศรีอยุธยาเพื่อให้เป็นสมบัติชาติ ครั้นถึงรัชกาลที่ 2 ได้มีการพระราชนิพนธ์บทละครขึ้นใหม่เพื่อใช้สำหรับเล่นละครใน โดยทำการซ้อมและปรับปรุงกระบวนท่ารำให้สอดคล้องกลมกลืน ตัวละครหลวงในยุคนี้ได้เป็นครูละครให้คณะต่างๆในชั้นหลัง ส่งผลให้รูปแบบละครในยุคนี้ได้เป็นแบบอย่างละครรำในระยะต่อมา ต่อมาใน สมัยรัชกาลที่ 4 ได้มีการยกเลิกข้อห้ามเกี่ยวกับละครใน ทำให้ผู้มีบรรดาศักดิ์พากันมีละครตามแบบอย่างของหลวง จะเห็นได้ว่า สิ่งสำคัญที่ส่งผลต่อวิวัฒนาการละครใน คือ นโยบายและรสนิยมของพระมหากษัตริย์หรือผู้นำในแต่ละยุค รวมทั้งป๎จจัยภายนอกทั้งอิทธิพลต่างชาติ สภาพเศรษฐกิจและสังคมในแต่ละยุคสมัย รูปแบบของละครในแบบดั้งเดิมนับเป็นรากฐานที่พัฒนาและก่อให้เกิดปริวรรตไปสู่รูปแบบการแสดงละครในยุคต่อมาอย่างละครดึกดำบรรพ์ อีกทั้งยังต่อยอดไปถึงการสร้างสรรค์งานนาฏยจารีตต่างๆดังเช่นในป๎จจุบันอีกด้วย

พระอัจฉริยภาพด้านการวิจารณ์นาฏกรรมของพระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว, อภิรักษ์ ชัยปัญหา

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการศึกษาดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาพัฒนาการการวิจารณ์นาฏกรรมในประเทศไทย 2) เพื่อศึกษาพระอัจฉริยภาพด้านการวิจารณ์นาฏกรรมของพระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว โดยพิจารณาการวิจารณ์นาฏกรรมทั้งที่เป็นบทวิจารณ์และการสร้างสรรค์นาฏกรรมในฐานะการวิจารณ์ ภายใต้กรอบแนวคิดประวัติศาสตร์นิยมใหม่ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า พัฒนาการการวิจารณ์นาฏกรรมในประเทศไทยในสมัยรัตนโกสินทร์พบว่า เดิมการวิจารณ์ของไทยปรากฏในการสร้างสรรค์นาฏกรรมเพื่อวิพากษ์วิจารณ์บุคคลและปรากฏการณ์ทางสังคมหรือผลงานสร้างสรรค์ของผู้อื่น มักใช้ลีลายั่วล้อ ต่อมาการปฏิรูปการศึกษาของไทยทำให้คนไทยรู้จักการวิจารณ์ในวัฒนธรรมลายลักษณ์โดยได้รับอิทธิพลจากตะวันตกทำให้เกิดการเขียนบทวิจารณ์นาฏกรรมขึ้น เริ่มจากการสื่อระหว่างบุคคลจนพัฒนาไปสู่การเขียนบทวิจารณ์ในสื่อสาธารณะ ในระยะต้นปรากฏในสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์เป็นหลักและค่อยๆ เสื่อมความนิยมลง ปัจจุบันการเขียนบทวิจารณ์ปรากฏในสื่อใหม่มากขึ้น นอกจากนั้นลักษณะการวิจารณ์ยังปรากฏในการมอบรางวัล การประกวดแข่งขัน การกำหนดกฎเกณฑ์ในหลักสูตรและการประเมินคุณวุฒิของบุคลาการในวงการศึกษา ในด้านพระอัจริยภาพด้านการวิจารณ์นาฏกรรมของพระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว ปรากฏ 2 สถานะ ได้แก่ 1) บทบาทผู้เขียนบทวิจารณ์ 2) บทบาทผู้สร้างสรรค์ผลงานในฐานะการวิจารณ์ พระราชวิจารณ์ของพระองค์อาจเป็นต้นเค้าของการเขียนบทวิจารณ์ในสื่อสาธารณะ มีส่วนช่วยให้เกิดความรู้ความเข้าใจนาฏกรรมทั้งของไทยและของเทศแก่พสกนิกร พระองค์ทรงเป็นผู้หนึ่งที่ริเริ่มการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานแนวใหม่ในลักษณะผสมผสานระหว่างนาฏกรรมแนวเดิมและนาฏกรรมแบบตะวันตก ทรงใช้ผลงานของพระองค์ในการวิพากษ์บุคคล เหตุการณ์สำคัญ มักใช้ลีลายั่วล้อเสียดสีเพื่อสร้างความขบขันและลดความรุนแรงในการวิจารณ์ นับเป็นความพยายามของชนชั้นนำสยามในยุคนั้นที่ประสงค์จะสร้างมาตรฐานใหม่แก่วงการนาฏกรรมไทยที่เน้นการนำเสนอสาระควบคู่กับความบันเทิง บทบาทการวิจารณ์นาฏกรรมของพระองค์นับเป็นช่วงหัวเลี้ยวหัวต่อที่มีความสำคัญยิ่งต่อทิศทางการสร้างและการเสพนาฏกรรมไทยในระยะต่อมา

การสังเคราะห์งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวิธีการวัดความสว่างของป้ายไฟ, ประดิษฐ์ สาระอ่อน

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาตัวแปรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวิธีการวัดความสว่างของป้ายไฟ ใช้วิธีการสังเคราะห์ เอกสาร โดยใช้คำสำคัญที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวิธีการวัดความสว่างป้ายไฟ การสืบค้นเอกสารในฐานข้อมูลออนไลน์ ในช่วงระหว่าง ปี พ.ศ. 2540 – 2562 กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยที่นำมาสังเคราะห์ คือ บทความวิจัย วิทยานิพนธ์ และรายงานเชิงเทคนิค จำนวน 39 เรื่อง แล้วนำมาจำแนกข้อมูลด้วยแบบบันทึกคุณลักษณะเอกสาร จากนั้นทำการคัดเลือกเอกสารที่ตรงตาม เกณฑ์การคัดเลือก ได้จำนวน 15 เรื่อง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิเคราะห์เชิงคุณลักษณะ โดยแบ่ง ออกเป็นสามกลุ่ม กลุ่มแรกเป็นข้อมูลทั่วไปของเอกสารกลุ่มตัวอย่าง กลุ่มที่สอง เป็นตัวแปรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการวัดความ สว่าง และกลุ่มที่สาม เป็นวัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการเลือกเครื่องมือวัดและวิธีการวัดความสว่างป้ายไฟ ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างสามารถสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1.) ลักษณะของป้ายไฟ ได้แก่ ป้ายไฟแบบภาพนิ่ง และป้ายไฟแบบภาพเคลื่อนไหว 2.) เครื่องมือวัดความสว่างป้ายไฟ ได้แก่ Luminance meter, HDR Camera และ Imaging Photometer 3.) ตัวแปรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการวัดความสว่างป้ายไฟ ได้แก่ ลักษณะของป้ายไฟ ความสูงของการ ติดตั้งป้ายไฟ ระยะห่างของการวัด ขนาดของป้ายไฟ และสภาพพื้นที่หรือบริบทที่ทำการวัดป้ายไฟ 4.) วิธีการวัดความ สว่างของเครื่องมือ Luminance meter ได้แก่ การวัดแบบหลายจุดแล้วหาค่าเฉลี่ย การวัดแบบจุดซ้ าที่จุดเดิมแล้วหา ค่าเฉลี่ย การวัดแบบสัดส่วนสี และการวัดแบบต่อเนื่องโดยต่อสายสัญญาณ 5.) เครื่องมือวัดทุกชนิดสามารถใช้วัดความ สว่างป้ายไฟแบบภาพนิ่งได้ ส่วนป้ายไฟแบบภาพเคลื่อนไหวจำเป็นต้องใช้เครื่องมือ luminance meter ด้วยวิธีการวัดซ้ำและการวัดต่อเนื่องด้วยการต่อสายสัญญาณ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของกระบวนการไนตริฟิเคชันในระบบอควาโปรนิกส์ โดยแบ่งการทดลองออกเป็น 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) ศึกษาอัตราการใช้แอมโมเนียและไนเตรทของผักสลัดกรีนโอ๊ค 2) ศึกษาการออกแบบและการทางานของส่วนบำบัดไนตริฟิเคชันสาหรับระบบเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำแบบปิด และ 3) ศึกษาการประเมินประสิทธิภาพการบำบัดสารประกอบอนินทรีย์ไนโตรเจนและฟอสฟอรัสในระบบเลี้ยงสัตว์น้าแบบปิดที่ทางานร่วมกับระบบอควาโปนิกส์ที่มีและไม่มีการติดตั้งส่วนบำบัดไนตริฟิเคชัน จากการทดลองพบว่า ผักสลัดกรีนโอ๊คสามารถดูดซึมได้ทั้งแอมโมเนียและไนเตรทไปใช้ในการเจริญเติบโต อย่างไรก็ตามพืชจะเลือกใช้แอมโมเนียก่อนไนเตรท ทาให้การดูดซึมไนเตรทสามารถพบได้หลังจากที่แอมโมเนียในระบบหมดลง สำหรับการเพิ่มการสะสมตัวของไนเตรทในระบบเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำแบบปิดที่ทำงานร่วมกับระบบอควาโปนิกส์สามารถทำได้โดยการติดตั้งส่วนแยกตะกอนและส่วนบำบัดไนตริฟิเคชันด้วยตัวกรองชีวภาพแบบเคลื่อนที่ลงในชุดทดลอง จากการทดลองพบว่าระบบมีอัตราการบำบัดแอมโมเนียเท่ากับ 1.09 มก./ล. และเกิดการเติมอากาศอย่างสมบูรณ์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบำบัดไนตริฟิเคชัน โดยเป็นไปตามความคาดหมายว่าในระบบที่มีการติดตั้งส่วนบำบัดไนตริฟิเคชันพบความเข้มข้นของไนเตรทสูงกว่า อย่างไรก็ตามในการเดินระบบเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำแบบปิดร่วมกับระบบอควาโปนิกส์ในระยะยาว พบว่าการบำบัดไนตริฟิเคชันที่เกิดขึ้นตามธรรมชาติในบ่อเลี้ยงปลาและรางปลูกผักเพียงพอที่จะทำให้เกิดกระบวนการบำบัดอย่างสมบูรณ์เมื่อทำการเดินระบบประมาณ 20 วัน

"This work integrates petrographic and fieldwork studies and documents the spatial and temporal distributions of compositions and textures of the upper Permian-lowermost Triassic fluvial-lacustrine sandstones, Wutonggou low-order cycle (WTG LC), Bogda Mountains, NW China. In the first part, three petrofacies are identified on the basis of the relative abundances of quartz, feldspar, and lithics and conglomerate compositions and paleocurrent directions are documented. These data indicate that rocks of the eastern North Tianshan Suture (ENTS) and rift shoulders were the provenance lithology. "Diffusion is a powerful and versatile description of a typical wave propagation in a random scattering medium that disregards phase and, thus, a possibility of interference. Speckle, transmission fluctuations, wave localization, non-local correlations, and transmission eigenchannels are examples of persistent interference effects, which arise in the course of deterministic propagation. Such wave phenomena contain a wealth of information about the medium and the source of waves, enabling sensing and coherent control of the propagation. Development Of A Descriptive Model Of Flow Disruption Effect On Bypass Time In A Cardiovascular Operating Room, Timothy J. Disher

The current paper proposes utilizing extant flow disruption data, collected from two cardiovascular operating rooms, and utilizing that to develop a mathematical model. Of particular interest is bypass time which is a critical surgical phase, the length of which has been linked to post-operation complications such as hospital-borne infections and readmission. By developing a model that predicts bypass time, the present research can determine the impact by types of flow disruptions – coded based on the RIPCHORD-TWA taxonomy, team member disrupted, and where in the surgery the FD occurs.

Communities And Libraries In Times Of Crisis: A Journey Of Knowledge Inquiries In South Carolina, Feili Tu-Keefner

In October 2015, several counties in South Carolina experienced catastrophic flooding that caused severe damage. Using a framework for risk communication preparedness and implementation recommended by public health experts, this study investigated public libraries and their legitimacy as partners of public health agencies during and after a disaster. The results show that the libraries in the areas affected created disaster-recovery centers, illustrating their value in facilitating emergency response and recovery. However, the findings also show librarians were not fully prepared to provide disaster and health information, especially through online venues. Individuals with invisible chronic illnesses are often at a disadvantage in the workplace in terms of job security, promotion, and occupational success. Because little is known about the use of public online support forums to help patients with mental health disorders cope with the impact their illness has on their work and career, this research identifies and examines online forum posts related to employment by contributors with bipolar disorder. This poster presents initial findings from an exploratory, qualitative study investigating the health information practices of LGBTQ+ communities in South Carolina (SC). Significant health disparities exist between LGBTQ+ people and their cisgender, heterosexual counterparts. An important but under-researched barrier producing disparities is informational, as LGBTQ+ people face challenges in learning about their healthcare needs, navigating the healthcare system, and overcoming barriers to care. Google Scholar and academic library discovery systems are both popular resources among academic users for finding scholarly information. By conducting an online survey with 975 users from more than 20 public research universities across the United States, this study comparatively investigates how and why academic users use these two resources. Results show that the ways participants used both resources were similar, and both were perceived as highly accessibleand useful. Academic library discovery systems’ perceived comprehensiveness, subjective norm, loyalty, and intended use were higher than Google Scholar, while Google Scholar’s perceived ease of use, system quality, and satisfaction were higher than …

Examining international teacher librarianship enables school library researchers and practitioners to continue uncovering the institutional factors that impact school librarianship; further strengthening the case for cross-cultural partnerships. In 2015, researchers conducted an institutional ethnography confirmatory study of school librarianship in Moscow, Russia. Emergent themes culled from previous research and confirmed in this new study were: collaboration, literacy, instruction, technology integration, and the learning environment. Confirmation of these themes in Russian school librarianship indicates teacher librarians around the world struggle with strikingly similar challenges despite varied contexts and socioeconomic situations.

“Passive safety is the most important feature of NuScale’s reactor designs. Twist tape is one passive heat enhance heat technique. The present research investigated thermo-hydraulic characteristics of natural and forced convection of water under different configurations of twisted tape inserted in tube as well as NuScale rod bundles for uniform wall heat flux using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) using ANSYS Fluent 18.1. Results for twist tape inserted in tube under natural circulation showed that heat transfer enhanced and pressure drop increased to 28% and 102.8% over the plain tube respectively. Based on ethnographic observations in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas, this article examines the multiple, overlapping, criss-crossing axes of inequality that both shape and fracture the experiences of individual borderland residents. Instead of focusing on the national border, this article analyzes intersecting axes of social inequality and uses ethnographic data to describe social borders that divide and separate those living in the borderlands.
