การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจการเลือกเปิดรับ ความผูกพันและการใช้ประโยชน์รายการ R U OK บนยูทูบของคนวัยทำงาน และเพื่ออธิบายความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง การเลือกเปิดรับ ความผูกพัน และการใช้ประโยชน์รายการ R U OK บนยูทูบของคนวัยทำงาน งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลกับกลุ่มผู้ฟังรายการ R U OK บนยูทูบ วัยทำงาน อายุ 23 – 45 ปี ฟังรายการ จำนวน 200 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีการเลือกเปิดรับอยู่ในระดับต่ำ มีความถี่ในการรับฟังรายการ 1 วัน/สัปดาห์ ระยะเวลาการรับฟังรายการแต่ละครั้ง 21 – 30 นาที โดยมีลักษณะในการรับฟังรายการแบบรับฟังตั้งแต่ต้นตอน จนจบเป็นบางครั้ง ด้านความผูกพันพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความผูกพันต่อรายการ R U OK บนยูทูบโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับต่ำ กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีการใช้ประโยชน์รายการ R U OK บนยูทูบโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง โดยเป็นการใช้ประโยชน์ด้านข่าวสาร ด้านการกำหนดเอกลักษณ์ของปัจเจกบุคคล ด้านการรวมกลุ่มและการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม ด้านความบันเทิง และด้านการตัดสินใจ ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ความถี่ในการรับชมรายการ R U OK บนยูทูบ ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความผูกพันโดยรวมต่อรายการของผู้ฟังวัยทำงาน ในขณะที่ ความผูกพันต่อรายการ R U OK บนยูทูบโดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้ประโยชน์จากการรับชมรายการ R U OK บนยูทูบ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ทั้งนี้เป็นความสัมพันธ์ระดับต่ำมากและมีทิศทางแบบแปรตามกัน เมื่อพิจารณาอย่างละเอียดพบว่า ความผูกพันโดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้ประโยชน์ ด้านการตัดสินใจ ด้านการรวมกลุ่มและการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม และด้านการกำหนดเอกลักษณ์ของปัจเจกบุคคล ขณะที่ด้านข่าวสารและด้านความบันเทิงพบว่าไม่มีความสัมพันธ์

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative research) ด้วยการใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey research) โดยใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์ (Online questionnaire) เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และทำการศึกษากับกลุ่มตัวอย่างเฉพาะผู้ติดตามเฟซบุ๊กแฟนเพจกองประชาสัมพันธ์ สำนักงานเลขานุการกองทัพเรือ จำนวน 200 คน ช่วงเวลาที่เก็บแบบสอบถามคือเดือนมิถุนายน 2563 และประมวลผลข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรม SPSS ผลการวิจัย มีดังนี้ 1) ผู้ติดตามเฟซบุ๊กแฟนเพจกองประชาสัมพันธ์ สำนักงานเลขานุการกองทัพเรือ รู้จักเฟซบุ๊กแฟนเพจจากที่เพื่อนแบ่งปัน (Share) ข้อมูลในช่องทางออนไลน์ อาทิ เว็บไซต์ เฟซบุ๊ก ไลน์ เป็นต้น 2) ค่าเฉลี่ยการเปิดรับข่าวสารโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย 3) ความถี่ในการเห็นโพสต์จากหน้า New Feed 1 - 2 ครั้งต่อสัปดาห์ 4) ความถี่ในการเข้าชมแฟนเพจ 1 - 2 ครั้ง ต่อสัปดาห์ 5) ค่าเฉลี่ยระยะเวลาในการเข้าชมแฟนเพจแต่ละครั้งน้อยกว่า 15 นาที 6) มีความสนใจในเนื้อหาของเพจเรื่องการชี้แจงเหตุการณ์ที่สังคมกำลังให้ความสนใจเกี่ยวกับกองทัพเรือมากที่สุด 7) มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกองทัพเรืออยู่ในระดับสูง 8) มีความคิดเห็นต่อภาพลักษณ์กองทัพเรือในเชิงบวกอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 9) มีความคิดเห็นต่อภาพลักษณ์กองทัพเรือในเชิงบวกด้านการดำเนินงานของกองทัพเรือมากที่สุด 10) การเปิดรับข่าวสาร ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับ ความรู้เกี่ยวกับกองทัพเรือ 11) การเปิดรับข่าวสาร มีความสัมพันธ์กับ ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับภาพลักษณ์กองทัพเรือ 12) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับกองทัพเรือ มีความสัมพันธ์กับ ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับภาพลักษณ์กองทัพเรือ

พฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคต่อผู้นำเสนอสินค้าในโฆษณาเครื่องสำอางเมย์เบลลีน นิวยอร์ก, ศรีสุภา ศรีเปารยะ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคต่อผู้นำเสนอสินค้าในโฆษณาเครื่องสำอาง Maybelline New York โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ และใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นเพศหญิงอายุระหว่าง 18-25 ปี อาศัยในเขตกรุงเทพฯ และบริโภคสินค้าเครื่องสำอาง Maybelline New York ในช่วง 3 เดือนที่ผ่านมา จำนวน 210 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การรับรู้ ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมของผู้บริโภค มีความสัมพันธ์กันในเชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ กล่าวคือ การรับรู้ของผู้บริโภคที่มีต่อผู้นำเสนอสินค้าในโฆษณาเครื่องสำอาง Maybelline New York ทั้ง 2 คน คือ ญาญ่า-อุรัสยา เสปอร์บันด์ และ ปู-ไปรยา ลุนด์เบิร์ก สัมพันธ์ในเชิงบวกกับทัศนคติต่อโฆษณาที่ผู้นำเสนอคนนั้นๆ ปรากฏอยู่ และทัศนคติต่อตราสินค้า ตลอดจนความตั้งใจซื้อของผู้บริโภค

การศึกษาทฤษฎีผลักดันเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิผลในการจัดเก็บรายได้ กรณีการตรวจสอบหลังการตรวจปล่อย ณ สถานประกอบการ ของกองตรวจสอบอากร กรมศุลกากร, ฐาปนี ธุระพ่อค้า

งานวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางในการนำทฤษฎีผลักดันมาประยุกต์ใช้กับหนังสือแจ้งผลการตรวจสอบหลังการตรวจปล่อย ณ สถานประกอบการ ของกองตรวจสอบอากร กรมศุลกากร โดยใช้ข้อความเชิงโน้มน้าวใจเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิผลในการจัดเก็บรายได้ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญเป็นตัวแทนพนักงานศุลกากรจากกองตรวจสอบอากรและตัวแทนผู้นำเข้า/ส่งออกที่มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตรวจสอบหลังการตรวจปล่อย ณ สถานประกอบการ วิธีการวิจัยเป็นกระบวนการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยนำทฤษฎีดังกล่าวมาประยุกต์ใช้กับการปรับพฤติกรรมของผู้ประกอบการที่อยู่ในระหว่างการตรวจสอบหลังการตรวจปล่อยและตรวจพบว่ามีภาระค่าภาษีอากรที่ชำระไม่ครบถ้วน โดยใช้ข้อความโน้มน้าวตามหลักทฤษฎีผลักดันในรูปแบบต่าง ๆ ในหนังสือแจ้งผลการตรวจสอบเพื่อปรับอคติที่เกิดจากกระบวนความคิดและจูงใจให้ผู้ประกอบการที่กำลังตัดสินใจในการเลือกทางเลือกที่มีมากกว่าหนึ่งทางเลือกให้เลือกที่จะะงับคดีในชั้นศุลกากร ซึ่งข้อความที่ใช้ในการวิจัยนี้มี 5 รูปแบบ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ทฤษฎีผลักดันมีส่วนที่สามารถเพิ่มประสิทธิผลให้เครื่องมือของกองตรวจสอบอากรในการจัดเก็บรายได้ของกองตรวจสอบอากร กรมศุลกากร โดยใช้การสื่อสารเชิงโน้มน้าวเพื่อปรับอคติที่เกิดจากกระบวนการคิดและศึกษาสำนึก อีกทั้งส่งเสริมให้เกิดการตัดสินใจอย่างมีเหตุผลของผู้ประกอบการที่ขาดชำระภาษี โดยผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญได้เลือกรูปแบบข้อความที่ผสมระหว่างรูปแบบ "การข่มขู่ให้คล้อยตาม" และรูปแบบ "ผลประโยชน์" มากที่สุด (รูปแบบแทงกั๊ก)

การศึกษาการวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงตามยุทธศาสตร์: กรณีศึกษาคณะแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย, ดุษฎี คนแรงดี

การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษายุทธศาสตร์ที่มีความเสี่ยงในการดําเนินการ หรืออาจดําเนินการได้ยากที่สุด และ เพื่อค้นหาแนวทางในการป้องกันหรือแก้ไขความเสี่ยงของผู้บริหารคณะแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย โดยอาศัยกรอบบริหารความเสี่ยงขององค์กร COSO Enterprise Risk Management 2017 ตามยุทธศาสตร์คณะแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย 4 ด้าน โดยการศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้อาศัยวิธีการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน คือการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผลการศึกษาการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ 6 คน (จำนวนทั้งหมด 14 คน) เลือก ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 3 คือ พัฒนาเพื่อประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงานขององค์กร เพื่อความยั่งยืนขององค์กร มีความเสี่ยงในการดําเนินการ หรืออาจดําเนินการได้ยากที่สุด เนื่องจากการดำเนินงานขององค์กรประกอบด้วยระบบงานหลายส่วน และมีหลายพันธกิจ ซึ่งการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในทุกด้าน อาจต้องอาศัยการดำเนินการเชิงระบบในภาพรวมสูง อีกทั้งการเปลี่ยนแปลงในสังคมปัจจุบันเป็นไปอย่างอย่างรวดเร็ว ทำให้อาจส่งผลต่อความยั่งยืนขององค์กรได้ สำหรับแนวทางในการดำเนินการ เพื่อพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงาน และความยั่งยืนขององค์กร คณะฯได้ นำเกณฑ์ EdPEx เข้ามาร่วมในการพัฒนาองค์กร โดยในขณะนี้คณะได้เริ่มมี strategic theme 5 เรื่อง ประกอบด้วย 1) การพัฒนา Excellence Centers และส่งเสริมการสร้างนวัตกรรม2) Financial Sustainability 3) การพัฒนาเป็น Lifelong Learning Organization 4) Internationalization และ 5) Corporate Governance and CSR ซึ่งสิ่งเหล่านี้ถือเป็นความท้าทายในการดำเนินการของคณะฯ ต่อไป สำหรับผลการศึกษาเชิงปริมาณตามกรอบบริหารความเสี่ยงขององค์กร COSO ERM 2017 พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างได้ให้คะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงสุดในเรื่องของ การจัดการความเสี่ยงขององค์กร และการทบทวนและปรับปรุงองค์กรอยู่ในระดับ มาก คือ 4.00 หมายถึง คณะฯ ดำเนินการในด้านนี้ระดับดีมาก และคะแนนเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือเรื่อง ข้อมูล การสื่อสาร และการรายงานผล อยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง คือ 3.16 หมายถึงคณะฯ ดำเนินการด้านนี้ในระดับปานกลาง

พฤติกรรมและทัศนคติต่อการชำระเงินแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Payment) และต่อระบบภาษี ของผู้ประกอบอาชีพในเศรษฐกิจนอกระบบ กรณีศึกษา ผู้ประกอบการออนไลน์, ชญานิน แก้วหาญ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมและทัศนคติต่อ (1) การใช้งานระบบชำระเงินอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-Payment) (2) การชำระภาษี ของผู้ประกอบการออนไลน์ที่อยู่ในเศรษฐกิจนอกภาคทางการ และ (3) เพื่อศึกษาความเชื่อมโยงระหว่างทั้งสองส่วนข้างต้น โดยมีผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ ได้แก่ ผู้ประกอบการออนไลน์ที่อยู่ในเศรษฐกิจนอกระบบ จำนวน 10 ราย เก็บข้อมูลผ่านการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง โดยจำแนกเนื้อหาในการเก็บข้อมูลตามคำถามในการวิจัยและทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้แนวคิดทฤษฎีตามกรอบแนวคิดมาเชื่อมโยงความสัมพันธ์เพื่อตอบคำถามของงานวิจัยดังกล่าว ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ผู้ประกอบการส่วนใหญ่มีพฤติกรรมและทัศนคติต่อการใช้งาน e-Payment ที่เป็นไปตามความยอมรับและตั้งใจใช้งานเทคโนโลยี จากการเห็นประโยชน์ คุณค่า มีความคุ้นชินในการใช้งาน รวมถึงความมีอิทธิพลของสังคมที่ส่งผลให้ผู้ประกอบการใช้งาน ในส่วนของผู้ที่ไม่มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้งาน พบว่าเกิดจากความไม่รู้เทคโนโลยีและวิธีการใช้งาน (2) ผู้ประกอบการส่วนใหญ่ไม่มีประสบการณ์ในการยื่นแสดงรายได้จากกิจการออนไลน์ เนื่องด้วยรายได้ยังไม่เข้าข่ายที่จะต้องชำระภาษี และความไม่เชื่อมั่นถึงประโยชน์จากการนำเงินภาษีไปใช้ ส่วนรายที่มีประสบการณ์ในการแจ้งยื่นรายได้เนื่องด้วยเหตุผลที่ต้องการทำตามกฎหมายให้ถูกต้องและเกรงกลัวต่อโทษปรับ (3) ผู้ประกอบการที่มีแนวโน้มจะเข้าสู่ระบบภาษี เป็นผู้ประกอบการที่กิจการเติบโตในระดับหนึ่ง มีรายได้ที่เข้าข่ายจะต้องชำระภาษี และต้องการสร้างความน่าเชื่อถือให้กับกิจการ กลุ่มนี้มีพฤติกรรมและทัศนติต่อการใช้งาน e-Payment ที่ดีและพร้อมเรียนรู้การใช้เทคโนโลยีหรือใช้ e-Payment ที่อาจเชื่อมโยงไปสู่การชำระภาษี (4) ผู้ประกอบการที่ยังไม่มีแนวโน้มจะเข้าสู่ระบบ แม้ว่าจะมีพฤติกรรมเชิงบวกต่อการใช้ e-Payment แต่ด้วยเหตุผลที่รายได้ยังไม่เข้าข่ายต้องเสียภาษี จึงไม่มีความพร้อมใช้เทคโนโลยีหรือใช้ระบบ e-Payment ที่อาจเชื่อมโยงไปสู่การชำระภาษี เนื่องจากมองว่าเป็นภาระต้นทุนเพิ่มในการศึกษาและการใช้งาน

ระดับความพึงพอใจต่อการรายงานข่าวสารแบบ Real Time โรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 และแนวทางบริหารจัดการภาครัฐด้านการรายงานข่าวสารแบบ Real Time โรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 : กรณีศึกษา ศูนย์สารสนเทศ กรมควบคุมโรค, สุทธิภา เฉลิมพักตร์

การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง ระดับความพึงพอใจต่อการรายงานข่าวสารแบบเรียลไทม์โรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 และแนวทางบริหารจัดการภาครัฐด้านการรายงานข่าวสารโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 กรณีศึกษา ศูนย์สารสนเทศ กรมควบคุมโรค เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน (Mixed Method) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวิจัยเชิงปริมาณโดยศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจด้านรูปแบบเนื้อหาการรายงานข่าวสาร ด้านการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลข่าวสาร และด้านนำมาใช้ประโยชน์ของประชาชน การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยศึกษาหลักการแนวทางบริหารจัดการภาครัฐและปัญหาและอุปสรรคเกี่ยวกับแนวทางบริหารจัดการข่าวสารแบบเรียลไทม์โรคไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ผลการศึกษาเชิงปริมาณพบว่า ประชาชนมีความพึงพอใจด้านรูปแบบเนื้อหาการรายงานข่าวสาร ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ด้านการใช้ประโยชน์จากการรายงานข่าวสารแบบเรียลไทม์ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยประชาชนพึงพอใจในการนำเสนอข้อมูลแบบเรียลไทม์ทำให้สังคมไทยมีความตื่นตัวและตระหนักในการป้องกันโรคอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนแนวทางการบริหารจัดการภาครัฐด้านการรายงานข่าวสารแบบเรียลไทม์โรคไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 มีแนวทางการบริหารงานที่เป็นไปตามพระราชบัญญัติข้อมูลข่าวสารของราชการ พ.ศ.2540 และพระราชบัญญัติการบริหารงานและการให้บริการภาครัฐผ่านระบบดิจิทัล 2562 เน้นความถูกต้อง โปร่งใส โดยมีหลักในการดำเนินงานในด้านข้อมูลข่าวสารคือกระบวนการจัดระบบข้อมูลข่าวสาร และการบริการข้อมูลข่าวสารในรูปแบบทันสมัย หลากหลายช่องทาง ทันสถานการณ์ในปัจจุบัน และสามารถรองรับการพัฒนาในยุคโลกาภิวัตน์

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการเปิดรับ ความเชื่อมั่น และการใช้ประโยชน์ข้อมูลข่าวสารผ่านสื่อดิจิทัลของการท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย (ททท.) เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยการเก็บข้อมูลจากชาวไทยที่เป็นผู้ใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ จำนวน 400 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์โดยใช้สถิติการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน (Pearson’s correlation coefficient) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ที่เคยใช้บริการข้อมูลข่าวสารผ่านสื่อดิจิทัลของ ททท. ส่วนใหญ่ติดตามข้อมูลข่าวสารจาก Facebook Page Amazing Thailand โดยใน 1 สัปดาห์ มีความถี่การใช้บริการ 1-3 ครั้งต่อสัปดาห์ ส่วนผู้ที่ไม่เคยใช้บริการมีสาเหตุเนื่องจากไม่ทราบมาก่อนว่า ททท. มีช่องทางการสื่อสารผ่านสื่อดิจิทัล ผลการศึกษาเรื่องความเชื่อมั่นต่อข้อมูลข่าวสารผ่านสื่อดิจิทัลของ ททท. โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนการใช้ประโยชน์ข้อมูลข่าวสารผ่านสื่อดิจิทัลของ ททท. โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากเช่นกัน สำหรับการวิเคราะห์อิทธิพลด้านประชากรศาสตร์ต่อปัจจัยต่างๆ พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านเพศ ระดับการศึกษา และรายได้ต่อเดือน มีผลต่อการเปิดรับข้อมูลข่าวสารผ่านสื่อดิจิทัลของ ททท. ส่วนปัจจัยด้านระดับการศึกษา มีผลต่อความเชื่อมั่นต่อข้อมูลข่าวสารผ่านสื่อดิจิทัลของ ททท. และปัจจัยด้านเพศ ส่งผลต่อการใช้ประโยชน์ข้อมูลข่าวสารผ่านสื่อดิจิทัลของ ททท. ส่วนผลการศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการเปิดรับ ความเชื่อมั่น และการใช้ประโยชน์ข้อมูลข่าวสารผ่านสื่อดิจิทัลของ ททท. พบว่าทั้ง 3 ปัจจัยมีความสัมพันธ์กัน โดยเป็นความสัมพันธ์ในทิศทางเดียวกัน

การวิจัยเรื่อง “การสื่อสารยุคดิจิทัลกับพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพของพนักงานการท่าเรือแห่ง ประเทศไทย เขตคลองเตย จังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพกับการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ด้านสุขภาพของพนักงานการท่าเรือแห่งประเทศไทย และศึกษาปัจจัยการใช้สื่อสังคมด้านสุขภาพที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพของพนักงานการท่าเรือแห่งประเทศไทย เขตคลองเตย จังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ที่ใช้การวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน(Mixed Method) คือ วิจัยเชิงปริมาณและวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการสำรวจด้วยแบบสอบถามออนไลน์ จำนวน 100 ชุด สถิติที่ใช้ประกอบด้วยสถิติเชิงบรรยาย (Descriptive statistics) ได้แก่ สถิติค่าความถี่(Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ(Percent) ค่าเฉลี่ย(Mean) และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน(Standard deviation) สถิติเชิงอนุมาน (Inferential statistics) ได้แก่ การทดสอบค่าเฉลี่ยของกลุ่มตัวอย่างสองกลุ่มที่มีความเป็นอิสระต่อกัน(Independent Sample T-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว(One way ANOVA) การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียรสัน(Pearson’s Correlation) และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบสเปียแมน(Spearman’s Correlation) ผลการเก็บข้อมูลจากการสำรวจจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 100 คน พบว่า พนักงานการท่าเรือแห่ง ประเทศไทยส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ช่วงอายุ 30-39 ปี มีการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี ส่วนใหญ่มีรายได้ต่อเดือนตั้งแต่ 20,001-30,000 บาท และผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่ไม่มีโรคประจำตัว คิดเป็นร้อยละ 78 ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่ใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อรับข้อมูลข่าวสารด้านสุขภาพผ่านสื่อเฟซบุ๊ก(Facebook) คิดเป็นร้อยละ 86 ส่วนการรับข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ของหน่วยงานการท่าเรือฯ ส่วนใหญ่รับสื่อผ่านช่องทางไลน์(Line) จากหน่วยงานสำนักแพทย์และอนามัยการท่าเรือแห่งประเทศไทย ได้รับประโยชน์ด้านความรู้เบื้องต้นในการดูแลสุขภาพและสังเกตความผิดปกติของตนเอง ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่มีระดับพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพด้านการป้องกันโรคอยู่ในระดับสูง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านเพศ อายุและรายได้มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพด้านการป้องกันโรคอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ทัศนคติการรับข่าวสารด้านสุขภาพผ่านสื่อออนไลน์มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพด้าน การจัดการความเครียดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และความถี่ของสื่อสุขภาพออนไลน์ของหน่วยงาน การท่าเรือฯที่กระตุ้นให้มีการดูแลสุขภาพมากขึ้นมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพด้านการจัดการความเครียดและการป้องกันโรคอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนประสมทางการตลาดที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเลือกใช้บริการการบินไทย กลยุทธ์ที่การบินไทยใช้ในการปรับตัวในด้านต่าง ๆ เพื่อรองรับการแข่งขันในสภาวการณ์การแข่งขันอย่างรุนแรงที่เกิดขึ้น สำหรับเส้นทางบินประเทศญี่ปุ่น เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้มาจากการเลือกกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลที่ใช้เป็นแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 9 คน ใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูล ผสมกับการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ที่กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้มาจากการวิธีการสุ่มแบบเจาะจงและแบบบังเอิญ จำนวน 150 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูล โดยนำผลลัพธ์ที่ได้จากการแปรผลจากแบบสอบถามมาหาค่า ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ใช้ประกอบกับผลลัพธ์ที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์ เพื่อช่วยยืนยันให้ผลการสัมภาษณ์มีความน่าเชื่อถือมากยิ่งขึ้น ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. ปัจจัยส่วนประสมทางการตลาดที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเลือกใช้บริการการบินไทย สำหรับเส้นทางบินประเทศญี่ปุ่นอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ได้แก่ 1) ปัจจัยด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ เช่น ชนิดของเครื่องบิน ขนาดที่นั่ง กำหนดเวลาขึ้นเครื่อง ตารางบิน ฯลฯ 2) ปัจจัยด้านลักษณะทางกายภาพ เช่น ของที่ระลึก นิตยสารบนเครื่องบิน สื่อสาระบันเทิงบนเครื่องบิน อาหารหลัก อาหารว่าง ห้องน้ำ ฯลฯ 3) ปัจจัยด้านบุคลากร เช่น การบริการของพนักงานภาคพื้น และ พนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบิน 2. กลยุทธ์การให้บริการบนเที่ยวบิน ของบริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) สำหรับเส้นทางบินประเทศญี่ปุ่น สิ่งที่เป็นจุดแข็งสำหรับการบินไทยในเส้นทางบินประเทศญี่ปุ่น คือ การเพิ่มพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบิน ที่เป็นชาวญี่ปุ่น 1-2 คนต่อเที่ยวบิน การเพิ่มตัวเลือกอาหารญี่ปุ่น การประกาศประชาสัมพันธ์บนเครื่องบินที่เป็นภาษาญี่ปุ่นเพิ่มอีก 1 ภาษา รวมทั้งการเพิ่มเที่ยวบินและการบริการบนเครื่องบิน

The world’s biggest consumer markets – the European Union and the United States – have adopted different approaches to regulating competition. This has not only put the EU and US at odds in high-profile investigations of anticompetitive conduct, but also made them race to spread their regulatory models. Using a novel dataset of competition statutes, we investigate this race to influence the world’s regulatory landscape and find that the EU’s competition laws have been more widely emulated than the US’s competition laws. This Article examines the growing opposition to the use of eminent domain for energy transport projects such as oil pipelines, gas pipelines, and electric transmission lines. Such projects were protected from the state legislative reforms that restricted eminent domain following the Supreme Court’s controversial decision in Kelo v. City of New London in 2005 but are now under increased scrutiny. In April 2019, the Wisconsin Journal of Gender, Law and Society hosted a symposium entitled “Race-Ing Justice, En-Gendering Power: Black Lives Matter and the Role of Intersectional Legal Analysis in the Twenty-First Century.” That program facilitated examination of the historical antecedents, cultural contexts, methods, and goals of these linked equality movements. he Ethereum Decentralized Autonomous Organization (“The DAO”), a decentralized, smart contract-based, investment fund with assets of $168 million, spectacularly crashed when one of its members exploited a flaw in the computer code and stole $55 million. In the wake of the exploit, many argued that participants in the DAO could be jointly and severally liable for the loss as partners in a general partnership. Technology now makes it possible to record surgical procedures with striking granularity. And new methods of artificial intelligence (A.I.) and machine learning allow data from surgeries to be used to identify and predict errors. These technologies are now being deployed, on a research basis, in hospitals around the world, including in U.S. hospitals. This Article evaluates whether such recordings – and whether subsequent software analyses of such recordings – are discoverable and admissible in U.S. courts in medical malpractice actions. This has led to growing concerns about the future of jobs, wages, economic equality and government revenues. To address these issues, there have been multiple calls around the world to tax the robots. Although the concerns that have led to the recent robot tax proposals may be valid, this Article cautions against the use of a robot tax. The burdens and challenges of discovery—especially electronic discovery—are usually associated with civil, not criminal cases. This is beginning to change. Already common in white-collar crime cases, voluminous digital discovery is increasingly a feature of ordinary criminal prosecutions.

This Article examines the explosive growth of digital evidence in criminal cases and the efforts to manage its challenges. It then advances three claims about criminal case discovery in the digital age. During the first 18 months after October 1, 2017 that student loan borrowers were able to apply for tax-free debt forgiveness under the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program a striking 99% of the 76,002 applications that have been fully processed have been denied. The more recently adopted Temporary Expanded Public Service Loan Forgiveness program also has a 97% to 99% application denial rate, depending on how it is calculated. The overarching argument in this Article is that inadequate comprehension of extremist doctrines undermines efforts in law and policy. Selecting the Islamic State (ISIS) as a case study, this Article attempts to resolve three legal and policy dilemmas by exposing internal ISIS doctrine (i.e. by considering the perspectives of the movement itself).
