This study aims to analyze the learning outcome of mathematics and sciences in the Indonesian National Examination from 2015 to 2018 of MTs (Islamic secondary school). The results of the analysis are used as the basis for making alternative policy as a possible way to improve the quality of mathematics and science learning. With the sample size of 360, 371 MTs students in East Java, the achievement was measured by using 40 multiple choice questions with each having four answer options. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian jus mentimun dan minuman isotonik terhadap tingkat dehidrasi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan eksperimen dengan desain penelitian cross over design. 8 orang mahasiswa keperawatan UPI 2018 berpartisipasi sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Dehydrating exercise test yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Zumba fitness selama 60 menit. Instrumen pengambilan data menggunakan Urine Refractometer Spesific Gravity dan 5 visual analog scale. This Note argues that an employer’s use of social media sites to "micro-target" potential job applicants is not per se unlawful under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA). Rather, recruitment practices that target a specific age group are permissible under the ADEA when those recruitment practices are part of a broader recruitment strategy. When analyzing job advertisements on social media platforms, courts should not only consider the context of the advertisement, but also whether the advertisements are available through other resources. Kelas khusus olahraga adalah kelas yang dikuhuskan untuk mengembangkan prestasi olahraga tanpa mengesampingkan prestasi belajar. Prestasi belajar merupakan pencapaian hasil dari pembelajaran yang telah dilalui. Namun sampai saat ini belum adanya hasil penelitian yang mengungkapkan mengenai faktor yang mendorong prestasi belajar siswa khususnya kelas olahraga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghasilkan sebuah model latihan imagery untuk peningkatan ketepatan floating service pada atlet voli pantai NTB, dan (2) mengetahui keefektifan model latihan imagery untuk peningkatan ketepatan floating service atlet voli pantai NTB. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan atau yang sering disebut research and development yang mana digunakan untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk yang diinginkan.
