Through the momentum of the third amendment of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia which was passed in 2001, Indonesia has officially adopted a dualistic judicial review system. Under such system, the authority to conduct judicial review is divided/spread to the two judicial organs, each with its own scope of review; namely, the Supreme Court/Mahkamah Agung reviews regulations below the level of Law (Undangundang), while the Constitutional Court/Mahkamah Konstitusi reviews the same against the Constitution (constitutional review). Considerable research has shown the value of Inquiry-Based Learning (IBL) regarding student engagement and motivation, depth of learning, and cognitive flexibility. Student collaboration is one component of this approach, since students must communicate and work together inside and outside of class time when engaging with an IBL project. Choosing a mobile learning tool can benefit student collaboration in so far as the tool enables anytime/anywhere collaborative learning. This study looked at how 118 Emirati undergraduate students in a government-sponsored university in the United Arab Emirates chose to collaborate in an IBL semester-long assignment. This Article discusses how Wisconsin fell from grace. Once a model good government state that pioneered many democracy-enhancing laws, in a very short time, Wisconsin became a state where special interest money, most of which is undisclosed, dominates politics. This Article identifies several factors as being critical to Wisconsin’s descent. These include the state’s failure to nurture and build on the campaign finance reforms enacted in the 1970s and both the state’s and the United States Supreme Court’s failure to adequately regulate sham issue ads. This research is aimed to investigate the students’ improvement through POGIL (Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning) learning model. It is a classroom action reesarch. The research was taken under two cycles of four steps (planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting). The data was collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The result of the research shows that there is a significant improvement upon the students’ science processing skill through POGIL learning model.

Misconception Identification With Two-Tier Test And Poe Strategy To Improve Mass Balance Conceptual Comprehension In Industrial Chemical Major Of Vocational High School, Ragil Sugeng Dewantoro, Subandi Subandi, Fauziatul Fajaroh

This study used descriptive research and pre-experimental design. The first one was used to identify student misconception in the mass balance topic at macroscopic, sub-microscopic and symbolic levels. The second design aims to correct the misconceptions discovered by using the POE strategy. After three weeks the delayed test was done to find out the concept improvement using POE strategy. This design was also used to determine the effectiveness of POE strategies to achieve the aims. The results showed misconception on mass balance material with an average of 32.97%.
