Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi menggunakan model CIPPO (context, input, process, product, and outcomes) yang bertujuan mengungkapkan tingkat employability lulusan SMK 4 tahun dengan menggunakan SMK 3 tahun sebagai base line. Sampel penelitian adalah delapan SMK 4 tahun dan delapan SMK 3 tahun dengan melibatkan 544 orang sebagai subyek penelitian. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara kuantitatif menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika, self-efficacy siswa dan hubungan antara kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan self-efficacy siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Ciamis. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 389 siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Ciamis yang berasal dari 13 sekolah dengan kategori strata tinggi, sedang dan rendah. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan stratified proporsional random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 389 siswa yang dijadikan subjek penelitian memiliki kemampuan pemecahan masalah dalam kriteria rendah. Acquisition of lanes and sidewalks for construction activities increases congestion and delays and compromises safety. Further, work zones impair access to local businesses, bus stops, nearby facilities, etc., while hindering mobility of pedestrians, cyclists, and emergency responders. The emphasis on non-motorized mobility varies significantly when temporary traffic control management plans are developed for small cities. Due to lack of specific instructions given to contractors and the potential liability issues, contractors tend to completely close access to non-motorized traffic without providing alternate routes or detours. Crystalline Silicon (c-Si) is one of the most abundant and widely used semiconductors. Si is a semiconductor with indirect bandgap. The average reflectance of Si is about 30% in the visible range of wavelengths. Standard Si solar cells are not entirely useful in the infrared spectrum region. In order to make Si useful in a wide spectral range, the surface of Si is modified to reduce the reflectance of Si. The silicon thus modified is called Black Silicon (BSi).

The aim of this study was to develop a construct of the instrument for junior high school mathematics teacher self-efficacy and its mapping in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The population was 816 junior high mathematics teacher and a sample of 274 teachers was selected through proportionate random sampling technique. The data were analyzed using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), using software Lisrel 8.80 through the first order and the second order stages. In 2014, volunteers in Santa Barbara County, California, collected over 20,000 signatures in three weeks to qualify an anti-fracking initiative for the November election. The initiative, Measure P, met over six million dollars in opposition from oil corporations. Despite mobilizing 1,000 volunteers, the proponents of the measure failed to garner enough votes for success. Drawing on 43 in-depth interviews and participant observation with environmental groups before, during, and after the campaign, this article examines the strengths and weaknesses of grassroots organizing behind Measure P. From 2011 to 2014 fossil fuel corporations trucked tar sands processing machinery along rural Idaho highways. The machinery was bound for the world's largest deposits of tar or oil sands, a heavy crude oil substance called bitumen, located in the western Canadian province of Alberta. These loads of machinery, what became known as megaloads, encountered much resistance. Throughout Idaho and the surrounding region, a network organized opposition. Neighbors, grassroots organizations, nonprofits, and the Nez Perce and other tribes all collaborated. The purpose of this paper is to explore the puzzle of why so many Chinese firms eschew listings in China. Hundreds of firms founded in China have reorganized themselves as overseas corporations and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. These firms are called Red-chips if they are state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and Pchips if they are not state-owned (non-SOEs). To examine the rationale behind the listing decisions of P-chips and Red-chips, we compare the characteristics of Red-chips (P-chips) with SOEs (non-SOEs) listed on China stock exchanges. column, "Si Palui," whose stories are either about daily lives or domestic issues. On the
latter topic, the theme which regularly appears is marital problems such as poligamy,
