Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengevaluasi SMA INS Kayutanam dan (2) menyusuan strategi pengembangan SMA INS Kayutanam berdasarkan hasil evaluasi tersebut. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 siswa kelas X dan XI, satu kepala sekolah, empat wakil kepala sekolah, 30 guru, dua pembina asrama dan dua orang dari pemerintahan. Hasil penelitian dibagi dalam dua kelompok yaitu hasil evaluasi dan strategi pengembangan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi ditemukan bahwa ada beberapa komponen yang perlu perbaikan yaitu kurikulum, kompetensi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, fasilitas, peran serta masyarakat, dana dan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengidentifikasi komponen-komponen penyelenggaraan Ujian Nasional Kompetensi Keahlian (UNKK) Teknik Pemesinan SMK, (2) mengembangkan instrumen penyelenggaraan UNKK Teknik Pemesinan SMK, (3) menyusun panduan evaluasi penyelenggaraan UNKK Teknik Pemesinan SMK, dan (4) mengembangkan model evaluasi UNKK Teknik Pemesinan SMK. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) menghasilkan model evaluasi pembelajaran Akidah dan Akhlak di MTs, (2) menghasilkan instrumen evaluasi yang memiliki reliabilitas dan validitas, (3) mengetahui kelayakan Model Logik Evaluasi Pembelajaran Akidah dan Akhlak (MLEPAA). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan instrumen bakat keguruan yang valid dan reliabel. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tiga tahap yaitu: pra-pengembangan, pengembangan konseptual, dan uji coba instrumen. Data dianalisis dengan item response theory partial credit model, analisis faktor konfirmatori, validitas konkuren, validitas konvergen, dan koefisien reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen bakat keguruan terdiri atas tiga dimensi yaitu kreativitas pedagogi, komitmen pedagogi, dan kecerdasan emosi. Ketiga dimensi instrumen bakat keguruan memenuhi syarat IRT PCM. Hasil confirmatory factor analysis menunjukkan bahwa instrumen bakat keguruan fit. Koefisien reliabilitas gabungan tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kondisi guru yang melaksanakan penilaian dan mendeskripsikan kualitas pelaksanaan asesmen autentik di SMP yang berada di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). Penelitian tahun pertama ini termasuk penelitian survei dengan rancangan crossectional survey. Penelitian dilaksanakan di 15 SMP yang ada di DIY. Semua instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data, yakni: daftar dokumen, panduan wawancara, lembar observasi, lembar telaah, dan kuesioner termasuk katagori valid dan reliabel. This study addresses a gap in the literature regarding reference services at liberal arts institutions. The author conducted a literature review to examine the existing body of research on reference services and distributed a survey to the 80 member libraries of the Oberlin Group in February 2015. The study found that a wide range of reference practices are in place at liberal arts libraries and focused especially on the use of a designated reference desk, which is widespread. However, there is a correlation between higher librarian satisfaction with reference services and the absence of a desk. Comments from respondents are …

This study aims to empirically assess the relationship between accounting students' academic performances and moral competencies by focusing on final-year accounting students enrolled at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). The students' moral competencies were measured using a scenario-based instrument developed through a collaboration with Islamic accounting scholars, called the Muslim Accountant Moral Competency Test (MAMOC), whilst students' academic performances were measured using their Cumulative Grade Point Averages (CGPAs). Contrary to the expected positive relationship between these two variables, the study found a negative, and insignificant, relationship. This article reviews recent trends in modes of conducting surveys and presents results from a series of experiments comparing different approaches for collecting survey data and improving response rates in general population studies. The modes examined include the telephone, mail, and a mixed-mode method which combines mail with Web data collection. A series of studies were conducted by the Oregon State University Survey Research Center from 2006-2014 using probability samples of Oregon residents. Public intercept interviews provide a useful data gathering method for assessing locally salient topics. We describe a recent project to highlight public water perspectives in parks in two Utah cities, and we focus on the methodological considerations to expand applications of the public intercept survey method. Combining demographic survey information with open-ended interview data allows for validating samples against census information. An expanded informed consent process allows participants to make selections regarding data use and identification. Perhaps the most widely used means for assessing survey respondents’ personal attitudes consists of a series of stem-statements followed by an odd or even number of ordered, bipolar-named categories. Such statements, known as Likert items, are named for Rensis Likert whose classic studies of attitude measurement were first published in 1932. (2) Menurut siswa, modul yang dikembangkan berkualitas sangat baik, serta jika dilihat dari nilai skewnes distribusi data adalah normal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) kondisi sarana dan prasarana bengkel praktik SMK teknik pemesinan di Kota Semarang berdasarkan persepsi guru pengampu dan tool men, (2) tingkat kesesuaiannya terhadap standar minimal Permendiknas Nomor 40 Tahun 2008, dan (3) tingkat kecukupannya terhadap kebutuhan kurikulum. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan model evaluasi diskrepansi. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis persentase. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan analisis dokumen, wawancara, dan observasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan: (1) profil ideal guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Pemesinan (KKTP), (2) relevansi profil ideal guru SMK-KKTP dengan kurikulum Prodi Pendidikan Teknik Mesin Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (PTM FT UNY), (3) proses pembelajaran di Prodi PTM FT UNY, dan (4) profil calon guru SMKKKTP. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkapkan keefektifan pengelolaan lab komputer di sekolah menengah kejuruan negeri se Kota Banjarbaru, menggunakan pendekatan deskritif kualitatif, bertempat di SMK negeri se Kota Banjarbaru. Populasi sekaligus menjadi sampel penelitian adalah tiga orang kepala sekolah, 15 orang guru, tiga orang laboran, 30 orang siswa kelas XII. Objek penelitian adalah lab komputer. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara terstruktur dan observasi di lapangan. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket dan lembar observasi. Data dianalisis dengan cara membandingkan antara rerata skor observasi dan norma yang telah ditentukan.
