The model used in this study is the modified IS Success Model of DeLone and McLean. Malnutrition is associated with negative health consequences in the vulnerable cancer population, making it imperative for an efficient interdisciplinary approach to conduct nutritional screening using an appropriate scale. For the present study, a comparison between an existing malnutrition risk-screening questionnaire (EMR-SQ) and a comprehensive screening questionnaire (CMR-SQ) was performed on 37 cancer patients. The first stage of data collection required the nurses to electronically complete the EMR-SQ. Meningkatnya prevalensi kekurangan gizi dan kelebihan berat badan di Indonesia Timur menimbulkan dugaan bahwa keterbatasan akses pangan, baik dari sisi akses ke pasar maupun akses secara ekonomi berpengaruh terhadap beban ganda malnutrisi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh akses pangan terhadap kekurangan gizi pada balita dan kelebihan berat badan individu dewasa serta kemungkinan terjadinya beban ganda malnutrisi dalam satu rumah tangga di Indonesia Timur. In this work, the existence of a global minimizer for the previous Lagrangian formulation of nonpolar solvation model proposed in [1] has been proved. One of the proofs involves a construction of a phase field model that converges to the Lagrangian formulation. Moreover, an Eulerian formulation of nonpolar solvation model is proposed and implemented under a similar parameterization scheme to that in [1]. By doing so, the connection, similarity and difference between the Eulerian formulation and its Lagrangian counterpart can be analyzed. Purpose: Chronic low back pain is highly prevalent and often treatment recalcitrant condition, particularly among workers’ compensation patients. There is a need to identify psychological factors that may predispose such patients to pain chronicity. The primary aim of this study was to examine whether pain acceptance potentially mediated the relationship between pain catastrophizing and post-surgical outcomes in a sample of compensated lumbar fusion patients.

The aim of this study was to learn about rates of witnessing violence among high school students in Thailand, with special emphasis on the country’s Southern Muslim provinces where ongoing terror reflects their struggle for independence. Seventh to 10th grade students were randomly sampled from three areas of Thailand, representing inner cities, rural areas, and the Muslim-dominated South. The sample consisted of 1,305 youths: 763 (58.5%) females. Rates of witnessing violence are high among Thai youths, and are similar to those reported in the USA. This study aimed to describe the perception of teachers towards the integration of ICT in learning; experience and ability to use computers in learning; availability of ICT facilities; and ICT training of teachers who have been followed. This research uses descriptive research design. Samples were taken for 166 vocational high school teachers, 53 adaptiveteachers, 38 normative teachers, and 75 productive teachers with proportionate stratified random sampling. Misconceptions identified from recurring student answers incorrectly. The study population was the students of class XI IPA at SMAN 1 Malang academic year 2015/2016 with a research subject in class XI MIA 7 number of 32 students. The results obtained by analysis of four kinds of misconceptions. Academic achievement is starting point for the students to succeed in learning.
