Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengevaluasi SMA INS Kayutanam dan (2) menyusuan strategi pengembangan SMA INS Kayutanam berdasarkan hasil evaluasi tersebut. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 siswa kelas X dan XI, satu kepala sekolah, empat wakil kepala sekolah, 30 guru, dua pembina asrama dan dua orang dari pemerintahan. Hasil penelitian dibagi dalam dua kelompok yaitu hasil evaluasi dan strategi pengembangan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi ditemukan bahwa ada beberapa komponen yang perlu perbaikan yaitu kurikulum, kompetensi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, fasilitas, peran serta masyarakat, dana dan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) menghasilkan model evaluasi pembelajaran Akidah dan Akhlak di MTs, (2) menghasilkan instrumen evaluasi yang memiliki reliabilitas dan validitas, (3) mengetahui kelayakan Model Logik Evaluasi Pembelajaran Akidah dan Akhlak (MLEPAA). Penelitian ini menggunakan model Borg dan Gall. Teknik penentuan subjek penelitian untuk unit analisis siswa dengan simple random sampling sejumlah 330 siswa dari tiga MTsN di Kabupaten Banyumas, 3 orang Guru Akidah dan Akhlak, dan 3 orang Kepala MTsN. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan instrumen bakat keguruan yang valid dan reliabel. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tiga tahap yaitu: pra-pengembangan, pengembangan konseptual, dan uji coba instrumen. Data dianalisis dengan item response theory partial credit model, analisis faktor konfirmatori, validitas konkuren, validitas konvergen, dan koefisien reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen bakat keguruan terdiri atas tiga dimensi yaitu kreativitas pedagogi, komitmen pedagogi, dan kecerdasan emosi. Ketiga dimensi instrumen bakat keguruan memenuhi syarat IRT PCM. Hasil confirmatory factor analysis menunjukkan bahwa instrumen bakat keguruan fit. Koefisien reliabilitas gabungan tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kondisi guru yang melaksanakan penilaian dan mendeskripsikan kualitas pelaksanaan asesmen autentik di SMP yang berada di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). Penelitian tahun pertama ini termasuk penelitian survei dengan rancangan crossectional survey. Penelitian dilaksanakan di 15 SMP yang ada di DIY. Semua instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data, yakni: daftar dokumen, panduan wawancara, lembar observasi, lembar telaah, dan kuesioner termasuk katagori valid dan reliabel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti validitas konstrak dari instrumen yang digunakan untuk kegiatan evaluasi outcome dari lembaga pendidikan guru vokasional. Instrumen ini terdiri atas 3 jenis instrumen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Kriteria yang digunakan untuk melihat kecocokan model adalah: p-value, normed Chi-square (X2/df), RMSEA (Root Mean Square Error of Approximation), RMR (Root Mean-square Residual), GFI (Goodness-of-Fit Index), NFI (Normed Fit Index), Non-Normed Fit Index (NNFI), dan CFI (Comparative Fit Index). Title IX Coordinators are tasked with effectuating Title IX compliance to ensure a safe campus while protecting the rights of survivors and alleged perpetrators. An epidemic of university sexual misconduct and widespread non-reporting provided the context for a 2011 Department of Education Office of Civil Rights Dear Colleague Letter redefining compliance. This article utilizes interviews conducted between 2011 and 2014 with 13 Title IX Coordinators from large institutions of higher education to provide a ground-level view of compliance in action. This study addresses a gap in the literature regarding reference services at liberal arts institutions. The author conducted a literature review to examine the existing body of research on reference services and distributed a survey to the 80 member libraries of the Oberlin Group in February 2015. The study found that a wide range of reference practices are in place at liberal arts libraries and focused especially on the use of a designated reference desk, which is widespread. This study aims to empirically assess the relationship between accounting students' academic performances and moral competencies by focusing on final-year accounting students enrolled at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). The students' moral competencies were measured using a scenario-based instrument developed through a collaboration with Islamic accounting scholars, called the Muslim Accountant Moral Competency Test (MAMOC), whilst students' academic performances were measured using their Cumulative Grade Point Averages (CGPAs). Contrary to the expected positive relationship between these two variables, the study found a negative, and insignificant, relationship. This article reviews recent trends in modes of conducting surveys and presents results from a series of experiments comparing different approaches for collecting survey data and improving response rates in general population studies. The modes examined include the telephone, mail, and a mixed-mode method which combines mail with Web data collection. A series of studies were conducted by the Oregon State University Survey Research Center from 2006-2014 using probability samples of Oregon residents. Public intercept interviews provide a useful data gathering method for assessing locally salient topics. We describe a recent project to highlight public water perspectives in parks in two Utah cities, and we focus on the methodological considerations to expand applications of the public intercept survey method. Combining demographic survey information with open-ended interview data allows for validating samples against census information. An expanded informed consent process allows participants to make selections regarding data use and identification. Perhaps the most widely used means for assessing survey respondents’ personal attitudes consists of a series of stem-statements followed by an odd or even number of ordered, bipolar-named categories. Such statements, known as Likert items, are named for Rensis Likert whose classic studies of attitude measurement were first published in 1932. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap akuisisi kompetensi keahlian teknik instalasi tenaga listrik pada siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan untuk memperoleh kompetensi melalui kegiatan praktik kerja industri. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus. Informan pada penelitian ini adalah pembimbing industri, pembimbing siswa dari sekolah, dan siswa peserta praktik kerja industri. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisis data dilaksanakan dengan model interaktif Miles & Huberman, meliputi pengumpulan data, data condensation, penyajian data, verifikasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) mengungkapkan pengembangan profesionalitas pendidik yang selama ini diterapkan; (2) menemukan model pengembangan teacherpreneur; dan (3) menentukan keefektifan internal model teacherpreneur di SMK Bidang Keahlian Teknologi dan Rekayasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development yang terdiri dari tiga langkah: studi pendahuluan, pengembangan model, dan uji coba internal. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK negeri dan swasta di kota Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Fokus penelitian pada bagaimana siswa menginternalisasi nilai-nilai karakter, aspek soft skills dan transferable skills dalam pembelajaran Kewirausahaan sehingga siswa berminat untuk berwirausaha, Pendekatan penelitian adalah kualitatif fenomenologis. This study aims to produce a valid and reliable instrument in preparing students prior to class at university level of introductory Waves and Optics course. The instrument so called Pre-class Reading Task for Waves and Optics (PRT-WO) was used to probe students' knowledge acquired through targeted reading activities. In practice, PRT-WO was given in a series before actual face-to-face class as a reading assignment. PRT-WO was content validated through expert review which was analyzed using the interrater reliability Cohen's kappa.
