This article re-examines the Indonesian land distribution policy in light of Pancasila , the five core values of the Indonesian constitution. Furthermore, the article also analyzes social problems in Indonesia from the legal and cultural point of view. Inspired by Javanese shadow puppet plays and Pancasila values, analysis shows that that land distribution policy in Indonesia does not support the goal of the country. The policy does not adhere to Pancasila values and the cultural values adopted by the Indonesian people. Hence I will try to give a recommendation for better regulation in land distribution. The discharge of Harmful Aquatic Organisms and Pathogens (HAOP) found in ships ballast water from one port environment to another can have severe ecological, environmental and economic consequences, especially when they transform into marine pests. This informs the necessity to investigate treatment options that could curtail the transfer of these organisms from a source harbour. The resurgence of piracy in the Gulf of Guinea in 2007 greatly affected the economy of some West African states especially Nigeria and Benin. This dissertation is a study of dry bulk freight index forecasting and port planning, both based on Artificial Neural network application. First the dry bulk market is reviewed, and the reason for the high fluctuation of freight rates through the demand-supply mechanism is examined. Due to the volatile BDI, the traditional linear regression forecasting method cannot guarantee the performance of forecasting, but ANN overcomes this difficulty and gives better performance especially in a short time. These weeds then become troublesome giving rise to socioeconomic and environmental impacts. While gender-based violence is not a new phenomenon in Haiti, the aftermath of the January 12, 2010 earthquake further exposed the vulnerability of Haitian women and girls to gender-based violence and the limited possibilities for women to evince a judicial response to gender-specific violations of the law. The Federal Prison Litigation Reform Act precludes prisoners from filing lawsuits in forma pauperis and imposes significant limitations on the recovery of attorney’s fees. Many states have followed the lead of Congress by prohibiting their courts from waiving filing fees in prisoner cases. The federal fee provisions have withstood a barrage of constitutional challenges, with courts uniformly holding that the provisions are rationally related to a legitimate government interest in deterring frivolous inmate litigation. In his article "The Spatial Turn in Literary Historiography," Fernando Cabo Aseguinolaza examines the spatialization of literary history in recent years. He evaluates the resurgence of interest in literary geography and argues that the geographic dimension is not the only aspect of the predominant spatiality in new literary histories.
