An Impressionistic View is recommended reading for university students and professional researchers who want to understand the issues of international trade in Malaysia. As medicinal and technological advances lengthen the average human life span, diseases affecting the elderly such as Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease are seeing increasingly growing numbers, especially in developed countries. As a result, the necessity for an accurate, inexpensive, noninvasive means of diagnosis becomes particularly important, since such a method is not readily available to the general population. One biomarker that has recently showed promise is the analysis of the electroencephalogram (EEG).

Over the course of two studies, more than 130 subjects have been recruited providing information from 16-19 EEG electrodes for each subject. These signals have been decomposed …

The New Hampshire Estuaries Project (NHEP) provided a $9,075 grant to Bear-Paw Regional Greenways to support the Isinglass River Conservation Corridor Project. The grant helped fund some of the transaction costs associated with the project that protected high-value conservation land along the Isinglass River and in other areas of the watershed in Strafford, New Hampshire. Since 1970, the District of Columbia court system has been comprised of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals and the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.' From the time of the establishment of the District, judges of its courts have been appointed by the President of the United States, acting on the advice of the Attorney General. Pengaruh Struktur Audit, Konflik Peran, Dan Ketidakjelasan Peran Terhadap Kinerja Auditor, Zaenal Fanani, Rheni Afriana Hanif, Bambang Subroto

This research was aimed to examine and to obtain empirical evidence on audit structure, role conflict, and unclarity role toward auditor performance. This research was done in East Java. Retrieval o f sample was done by using proportionate stratified random sampling based on two strata (partner and audit staff). Data collecting was carried out with questionnaire submitted directly and by airmail. Number o f questionnaires distributed was 120 copies, but only 49 questionnaires returned (40,83%). Results show that audit structure and role conflict have significant effect on auditor performance, but unclarity role does not have significant effect on auditor performance.

Determinan Tingkat Hutang Serta Hubungan Tingkat Hutang Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan: Perspektif Pecking Order Theory, Mirna Amirya, Sari Atmini

Based on Pecking Order Theory, the objective of this study is to examine the effect of dividend policy, profitability, sales growth, and total assets growth towards financial leverage and the effect of financial leverage as an intervening variable towards firm value. The sampling method is purposive sampling method and there are 33 firms that fulfil the criteria. Data are analyzed using path analysis method. The results show that dividend policy and profitability have negative influence on financial leverage, while total assets growth has positive influence on financial leverage. Financial leverage has negative relation on firm value.
