High Temperature Euv Source Nozzle, Roy Mcgregor, Rocco Orsini, Michael Petach
High Temperature Euv Source Nozzle, Roy Mcgregor, Rocco Orsini, Michael Petach
UCF Patents
A nozzle for a laser-plasma EUV radiation source that provides thermal isolation between the nozzle body and the target material flowing therethrough. A target delivery tube is provided that extends through the nozzle body. The delivery tube has an expansion aperture positioned behind an exit collimator of the nozzle body. The delivery tube is made of a low thermal conductivity material, such as stainless steel, and is in limited contact with the nozzle body so that heating of the nozzle body from the plasma does not heat the liquid target material being delivered through the delivery tube. The expansion aperture …

Optical System With 1xn Interleaver And Methods Of Making And Using Same, Michael A. Scobey, Lucien P. Ghislain, Dennis J. Derickson, Loren F. Stokes
Electrical Engineering
An optical system and method are disclosed for multiplexing or de-multiplexing channels within a wavelength band. The optical signals carried on the system comprise separate channels 1 through n, each having a unique passband and a center wavelength spaced from the center wavelength of adjacent channels by d nm. The signals are semi-multiplexed, demultiplexed, or semi-demultiplexed by an interleaver comprising optically matched and directly optically coupled etalons. Periodic spectral passbands of width less than d nm, spaced from each other a distance of zd, where z is an integer greater than or equal to 3, are substantially transmitted through the …

2001-2006
The Frat was the official member publication of the National Fraternal Society of the Deaf (NFSD). First established in 1902, the publication ran for just over a century, until its closure in 2006.---NFSD was an insurance business established in 1901. Its purposes were to provide insurance to mainly Deaf members, to serve as an advocate for the Deaf, and to provide community service and recreational opportunities through divisional activities. The existing insurance coverage was transferred to the Catholic Order of Foresters in 2005. The NFSD disbanded in 2007.---The Frat's main purpose was to keep members apprised of the activities of …

Health Policy and Management Faculty Publications
This study examines the structure and operation of Medicaid and State Children's Health Insurance Program (SCHIP) health care access and quality monitoring systems for children enrolled in comprehensive managed care arrangements. As the single largest purchasers of pediatric health care in the U.S., Medicaid and SCHIP agencies play a potentially powerful role in pediatric health policy. How these agencies approach, design, and carry out health quality monitoring activities has the potential to have a major impact not only for poor and low-income children, but for the entire pediatric health system. Even when these systems are developed exclusively for publicly insured …
