Initiatives
CAL-VET LOAN PROGRAM AUDIT. INITIATIVE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT AND STATUTE. Amends statutes and Constitution to require certified audit of Cal-Vet Loan Program by February 1, 2001, and every three years thereafter. Subjects state employees and others to criminal prosecution and, upon conviction, to forfeiture of employment, public office, and retirement benefits if, since 1982 or 1975, they knew or should have known of asserted wrongful use of Cal-Vet Program money. Requires commencement of criminal prosecutions and of civil actions to correct errors discovered in an audit and to recover money that is found to have been wrongly diverted. Summary of estimate …

Full Length Transcript Promotor From Figwort Mosaic Caulimovirus (Fmv) And Use To Express Chimeric Genes In Plant Cells, Indu B. Maiti, Robert J. Shepherd
Kentucky Tobacco Research and Development Center Faculty Patents
Use of wild type and modified viral FLt promoters of FMV in the expression of chimeric genes in plant cells. The FLt promoter from FMV is modified with duplicated enhancer domains. The FLt promoter with its single or double enhancer domains is linked to heterologous coding sequences to form chimeric gene constructs. These genes have been shown to be expressed well in plant cells.

As the Team Leader was looking for any signs of the benchmark or any other marking from the site, he used a track well used by the locals. This track had hazard warning tape leading down (red and white chevron tape), either side of it forming a corridor. There were no mine signs or any other signs of restricting access and the track was marked in a way that it should be safe to use.
