In sweetpotato, successful storage root (SR) initiation requires the establishment of sink strength in competent ARs capable of attracting and utilizing photoassimilates. Sucrose synthase (SuSy), a key enzyme involved in sucrose cleavage and carbon partitioning, is recognized as a marker of sink strength in competent ARs; however, the signals regulating its induction during SR initiation remain unclear. This scarcity produces severe class imbalance that limits predictive models of flight delay. To address it, this dissertation leverages a physics- and domain- knowledge informed Variational Autoencoder (VAE), conditioned on airport identity, that generates physically plausible synthetic weather events for underrepresented TMI categories. The purpose of this quantitative survey study was to investigate the relationship between voucher dependency and tuition-setting practices among leaders of private K-12 schools in Florida with fewer than 500 students. The central challenge is the stable reproduction of a recognizable service template across dispersed branches under customer heterogeneity, frontline discretion, relationship continuity, and local capacity pressure. Replication quality is defined as the branch-level stability of the service promise, execution rhythm, and exception-handling logic.
