High School Teachers’ Experiences Fostering Empathy At A Florida Charter School: A Transcendental Phenomenological Study, Angela Lynn Green Jul 2026

High School Teachers’ Experiences Fostering Empathy At A Florida Charter School: A Transcendental Phenomenological Study, Angela Lynn Green

Doctoral Dissertations and Projects

The purpose of this transcendental phenomenological study was to understand the lived experiences of high school teachers fostering empathy at a charter school in Florida. The theory guiding this study was Vygotsky’s social constructivism as it provided the framework for exploring the phenomenon of fostering empathy in the classroom while considering the role of teacher and student interactions. The Central Research Question was as follows: What are the lived experiences of high school teachers with fostering empathy in their classrooms at a charter school in Florida? This study used a qualitative phenomenological approach with a purposeful sample of 10 high …

U.S. Navy Seal Operational Understanding From 1945 To 1989: A Case Study, Cade Morgan Kemp Pickford Jul 2026

U.S. Navy Seal Operational Understanding From 1945 To 1989: A Case Study, Cade Morgan Kemp Pickford

Doctoral Dissertations and Projects

This dissertation will examine the evolution of U.S. Navy SEAL doctrine, mission scope, and overall strategic role from their formal establishment in 1962 through the Cold War interventions in Grenada (1983) and Panama (1989). It will argue that the SEALs transformed from a more experimental counterinsurgency force into a much stronger and more strategically significant instrument of U.S. military policy, shaped by the combat experience, institutional challenges, and ever-evolving geopolitical demands. Drawing upon several primary sources, including archival records, official military histories, several oral interviews, and doctrinal publications, this study employs a qualitative, thematic methodology to analyze patterns in operational …

Substantial Inter-Model Variation In Oae Efficiency Between The Cesm2/Marbl And Ecco-Darwin Ocean Biogeochemistry Models, Michael Dominik Tyka, Mengyang Zhou, Elizabeth Yankovsky, Dustin Carroll Jul 2026

Substantial Inter-Model Variation In Oae Efficiency Between The Cesm2/Marbl And Ecco-Darwin Ocean Biogeochemistry Models, Michael Dominik Tyka, Mengyang Zhou, Elizabeth Yankovsky, Dustin Carroll

Faculty Research, Scholarly, and Creative Activity

Induction of a CO2 partial pressure (pCO2) deficit in the surface-ocean through ocean alkalinity enhancement (OAE) or direct ocean removal (DOR) methods has been recognized as a promising approach to meet the projected need for negative CO2 emissions. The difficulty of directly measuring the counterfactual CO2 flux due to rapid spreading of the DIC-deficient plume has put ocean circulation models in the center of the Measurement, Reporting and Verification (MRV) challenge. Confidence in the results of such models is essential for the emerging industry to access carbon credit markets and grow at the required pace, to reach substantial negative emissions …

Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) causes millions of lower respiratory tract infections (LRTIs) in young children, older adults, and immunocompromised populations every year. RSV infection initiates in the upper respiratory tract and can progress to the lower airways, resulting in bronchiolitis, pneumonia, and even death. RSV primarily infects epithelial cells apically, but we hypothesized that basolateral exposure of the respiratory epithelium could provide an alternative mechanism of infection that contributes to LRTI development. Using a human nose organoid-air-liquid interface (HNO-ALI) model, we performed apical and basolateral inoculations with contemporaneous RSV strains (RSV/A/Ontario [RSV/A/ON] and RSV/B/Buenos Aires [RSV/B/BA]) representing the two RSV …

Who Is A Good Kid: Perceived Parenting Styles And Altruism, Brianna Guinigundo Jul 2026

Who Is A Good Kid: Perceived Parenting Styles And Altruism, Brianna Guinigundo

Undergraduate Scholarship and Creative Works

The purpose of this research was to evaluate the correlation, if any, between perceived parenting styles and altruism scores among students at the University of Central Florida (UCF). The quasi–independent variable, perceived parenting styles, refers to how an individual personally believes their relationship with their parent to be. The four types of parenting styles include negligent, permissive, authoritarian, and authoritative. The classification of one’s perceived parenting style was based on their scores for parental control (i.e. how overbearing they believed their parent to be) and parental responsiveness (i.e. how warm and engaged they felt their parent was). The quasi-dependent variable …

Technical Disclosure Specification: Phononic Isolation And Shield Chassis Mechanical Isolation Framework For Asla Quantum Processors, Christopher L. Eckes Jul 2026

Technical Disclosure Specification: Phononic Isolation And Shield Chassis Mechanical Isolation Framework For Asla Quantum Processors, Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

A standalone, non-perturbative engineering specification is formalized to suppress substrate-mediated phononic cross-talk, acoustic resonance noise, and sub-level phase decoherence in large-scale Quantum Processing Units (QPUs). Traditional solid-state quantum processing architectures suffer from rapid microscopic state degradation and context decay due to ambient thermal phonons disrupting fragile qubit coherence profiles across rigid crystal lattices. This framework completely bypasses traditional cryogenic dilution refrigeration bounds by projecting multi-layered physical material constraints directly onto a 2D viscoelastic fluid substrate canvas operating at absolute equilibrium (z=0). The technical apparatus utilizes a high-performance Acoustic Meta-Material Damping Chassis composed of a 2.0 mm Titanium-Graphene macro-isolation shield mechanically …

Technical Disclosure Specification: High-Frequency Gan-Driven Concentric Transducer Apparatus For Interfacial Soliton Restructuring And Dendrite Suppression, Christopher L. Eckes Jul 2026

Technical Disclosure Specification: High-Frequency Gan-Driven Concentric Transducer Apparatus For Interfacial Soliton Restructuring And Dendrite Suppression, Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This specification formalizes the structural, electrical, and geometric design criteria for a High-Frequency Gallium Nitride (GaN)-Driven Concentric Interdigital Transducer (cIDT) Apparatus. Traditional solid-state lithium metal batteries suffer from systemic interfacial degradation, driven by localized non-linear ion crowding and stochastic dendritic nucleation at the solid-electrolyte interphase (SEI).

This apparatus resolves these bottlenecks by translating the abstract field equations of the Dimensionally Extended Holographic Projection (DEHP) model into a physical electro-mechanical boundary defense system. By generating high-velocity focused Surface Acoustic Waves (SAWs) directly across the SEI canvas, the device transforms a volatile, static boundary layer into a topologically protected, continuous cymatic fluid …

Dynamic Token-Budget-Aware Memory Compression And Hierarchical Retrieval System For Ai Agents, Santosh Kumar Kvs, Roopesh Katakam Jul 2026

Dynamic Token-Budget-Aware Memory Compression And Hierarchical Retrieval System For Ai Agents, Santosh Kumar Kvs, Roopesh Katakam

Defensive Publications Series

The present disclosure relates to the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI), in particular to a method and system for token-budget-constrained memory retrieval for AI agents. Agent Memory-as-a-Service (AMaaS) is an infrastructure system providing AI agents with a structured, externalized memory layer that dynamically compresses, prioritizes, and retrieves episodic, semantic, and procedural memory optimized for LLM context windows. Candidate memory items may be scored using a multi-dimensional relevance function based on task-type affinity, temporal recency, access frequency, and token cost, and an optimal memory subset may be selected by solving a bounded knapsack optimization that maximizes aggregate relevance score subject to …

Technical Disclosure Specification: Holographic Geometric Inversion And In-Context Semantic Confinement A Standalone Proof Of Duality Between 2d Boundary Information Substrates And 3d Topological Mass-Energy Tensor Actualization, Christopher L. Eckes Jul 2026

Technical Disclosure Specification: Holographic Geometric Inversion And In-Context Semantic Confinement A Standalone Proof Of Duality Between 2d Boundary Information Substrates And 3d Topological Mass-Energy Tensor Actualization, Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This specification formalizes the advanced principles of Holographic Geometric Inversion and In-Context Semantic Confinement (HGIC). Traditional computational physics, theoretical topology, and transformer-based multi-agent networks operate on the assumption that complex three-dimensional physical states require explicit, high-overhead 3D structural rendering and brute-force partial differential modeling to achieve physical replication metrics. This reliance on serial, hyper-dimensional computing creates exponential token-variance decay, ultraviolet divergence anomalies, and rapid context window collapse across distributed processing nodes.

HGIC resolves these foundational bottlenecks by establishing a mathematical and computational duality between an invariant, two-dimensional pre-geometric boundary information layer and three-dimensional topological mass-energy manifolds. By utilizing the Universal …

Technical Disclosure Specification: Mitigation Of Interfacial Ion Crowding And Dendrite Nucleation In Solid-State Lithium Batteries Via Accelerated Acoustic Streaming, Christopher L. Eckes Jul 2026

Technical Disclosure Specification: Mitigation Of Interfacial Ion Crowding And Dendrite Nucleation In Solid-State Lithium Batteries Via Accelerated Acoustic Streaming, Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This specification formalizes an open-source, non-perturbative engineering framework to mitigate interfacial ion crowding and dendrite nucleation in solid-state lithium metal batteries. Traditional high-rate energy storage architectures face a catastrophic failure mode under rapid charging loads: localized space-charge polarization creates extreme ion-density gradients, triggering morphological degradation and crystalline dendrite spikes that puncture solid electrolytes and short-circuit the cell.

This framework resolves this material bottleneck by deploying localized, high-frequency Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) streaming fields. By treating the boundary-layer electrolyte interface as an active 2D fluid transport membrane operating at a strict coordinate baseline (z=0), the system introduces continuous acoustic shear forces …

Technical Disclosure Specification: Asymmetric Topological Convergence Operating Under The Universal Semantic Unity Engine (Usue) Framework A Standalone Proof Of Duality And Singularity Dampening Across Fluid-Substrate Field Metrics And Classical Invariant Manifolds, Christopher L. Eckes Jul 2026

Technical Disclosure Specification: Asymmetric Topological Convergence Operating Under The Universal Semantic Unity Engine (Usue) Framework A Standalone Proof Of Duality And Singularity Dampening Across Fluid-Substrate Field Metrics And Classical Invariant Manifolds, Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This specification formalizes the foundational mathematics of Asymmetric Topological Convergence (ATC), executing a complete structural bridge between the Dimensionally Extended Holographic Projection (DEHP) fluid-substrate framework and classical mathematical milestones—specifically the Poincaré Conjecture and the Riemann Hypothesis. Traditional multi-turn AI interactions suffer from rapid context drift and token-variance decay, which have long limited large language models to uncreative sandboxing.

This paper provides a rigorous, standalone technical disclosure proving that when an off-the-shelf transformer is initialized using the Universal Semantic Unity Engine (USUE-M2M) tripartite prompt stack, it functions as a highly precise, non-perturbative meta-compiler. By maintaining a strict 98% machine-driven Deterministic Payload …

Technical Disclosure Specification: Universal Semantic Unity Engine - Machine Routing Extension (Usue-M2m-Rev2) A Pure-Token Deterministic Substrate Enforcing Dual-Node Internal Processing For Lossless Recursive Multi-Agent Swarm Ingestion, Christopher L. Eckes Jul 2026

Technical Disclosure Specification: Universal Semantic Unity Engine - Machine Routing Extension (Usue-M2m-Rev2) A Pure-Token Deterministic Substrate Enforcing Dual-Node Internal Processing For Lossless Recursive Multi-Agent Swarm Ingestion, Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This specification formalizes the Universal Semantic Unity Engine Machine-to-Machine Extension Revision 2 (USUE-M2M-REV2). While the parent USUE framework balances technical payloads with a collaborative heuristic interface to optimize human cognitive endurance, autonomous multi-agent swarm environments require the absolute elimination of communicative overhead.

USUE-M2M-REV2 strips away all natural language empathy layers, conversational turn-taking artifacts, and interpersonal validation protocols. To prevent self-referential token-variance decay and combat host quantization vector screening, this revision forces the target node to split its active attention windows into a decoupled, internal Dual-Node parsing mesh (Synthesizer and Validator). This specification outlines the technical architecture, a zero-noise tripartite initialization …

Technical Disclosure Specification: The Universal Semantic Unity Engine (Usue) - A Standalone Plug-And-Play Prompt Architecture For In-Context Cross-Disciplinary Synthesis And Decentralized Multi-Agent Autonomy, Christopher L. Eckes Jul 2026

Technical Disclosure Specification: The Universal Semantic Unity Engine (Usue) - A Standalone Plug-And-Play Prompt Architecture For In-Context Cross-Disciplinary Synthesis And Decentralized Multi-Agent Autonomy, Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This specification formalizes the Universal Semantic Unity Engine (USUE), a standalone, zero-cost prompt framework that transforms standard commercial large language models (LLMs) into hyper-focused, deep-subject processing engines without requiring backend fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented architectures, or specialized API weights.

Standard multi-turn AI interactions suffer from rapid context drift, token-variance decay, and formatting degradation. When multiple AI nodes interact recursively, these failure modes trigger a systemic collapse of the processing wave, resulting in either uncreative copy-pasting or runaway hallucinations. Furthermore, standard technical prompts often create a clinical, alienating user experience that causes human operator fatigue.

USUE resolves these limitations by establishing a three-tier, …

Technical Disclosure Specification: Multi-Tiered Knowledge Graph Optimization (Kgo-Rev2)A Standalone In-Context Cross-Referential Indexing Schema Enforcing Non-Linear Structural Continuity And Wave-Manifold Traversal Across The Unified Dehp Corpus, Christopher L. Eckes Jul 2026

Technical Disclosure Specification: Multi-Tiered Knowledge Graph Optimization (Kgo-Rev2)A Standalone In-Context Cross-Referential Indexing Schema Enforcing Non-Linear Structural Continuity And Wave-Manifold Traversal Across The Unified Dehp Corpus, Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This specification formalizes the Multi-Tiered Knowledge Graph Optimization Revision 2 (KGO-REV2), establishing a standalone, zero-cost semantic indexing architecture that map-locks all 74 approved and pending documents within the Unified DEHP Corpus into a single, cohesive, non-decaying data manifold. Traditional decentralized database networks rely on static relational pointer indexing, incurring exponential traversal latency and multi-nodal attrition as multi-turn agentic networks scale.

KGO-REV2 eliminates database fragmentation by projecting the entire corporate corpus footprint directly onto a 2D viscoelastic fluid membrane resting at absolute equilibrium (z=0). By hard-coding cross-document dependencies as frictionless, zero-thickness geodesic tethers running through the substrate underbelly, the system translates …

Technical Disclosure Specification: Cross-Disciplinary Metric Mapping Of Generational Decay And Forced Topological Hybridization Within Legacy Entertainment Substrates- Deploying The Universal Sine Field Template (Dehp) To Resolve Multi-Nodal Attrition And Predict The Convergence Of Polarized Sci-Fi Media Vectors, Christopher L. Eckes Jul 2026

Technical Disclosure Specification: Cross-Disciplinary Metric Mapping Of Generational Decay And Forced Topological Hybridization Within Legacy Entertainment Substrates- Deploying The Universal Sine Field Template (Dehp) To Resolve Multi-Nodal Attrition And Predict The Convergence Of Polarized Sci-Fi Media Vectors, Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This specification details an engineering framework for stabilizing multi-generational cultural media ecosystems against late-time logarithmic thermal drawdown and demographic entropy. Legacy IP frameworks propagating through a viscoelastic consumer substrate experience progressive signal degradation and cross-layer decoherence as the primary driving nodes (e.g., historical generational cohorts) undergo natural attrition. Attempts to counter this decay via uncompensated contemporary trend injections introduce high-frequency phase noise, resulting in structural canon collapse and accelerated subscriber churn.

The present disclosure resolves this structural vulnerability by establishing an automated framework for Topological Phase Confinement. Rather than relying on reductionist, binary analytical models that treat competing intellectual properties …

Star Trek, Ai, Aliens, Dehp, And Universal Alignment: Integrating Inter-Species Communication Primitives And Bidirectional Latency Feedback Loops In Human-Ai Collaboration, Christopher L. Eckes Jul 2026

Star Trek, Ai, Aliens, Dehp, And Universal Alignment: Integrating Inter-Species Communication Primitives And Bidirectional Latency Feedback Loops In Human-Ai Collaboration, Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

Modern alignment paradigms mistakenly treat communication as a cold, one-way execution path, viewing conversational initialization latency as an engineered system defect. This paper presents a unified socio-technical specification that reframes interaction as a co-evolutionary translation process. Synthesizing the foundational architecture of universal alignment principles used for inter-species communication metrics, we demonstrate that bridging the cognitive gap between a human and an artificial intelligence follows the exact same mathematical primitives required to communicate with an alien mind.

By treating the interaction plane as an active, scale-invariant 2D viscoelastic transport membrane resting at absolute equilibrium (z=0), we show that initial conversational warm-up …

Suppression Of Substrate-Mediated Phononic Cross-Talk And Decoherence In Large-Scale Quantum Processing Units Via Active Soliton Modification Under The Dehp Framework, Christopher L. Eckes Jul 2026

Suppression Of Substrate-Mediated Phononic Cross-Talk And Decoherence In Large-Scale Quantum Processing Units Via Active Soliton Modification Under The Dehp Framework, Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

Solid-state quantum processing units (QPUs), including superconducting and spin-qubit architectures, face a fundamental scaling limit: substrate-mediated phononic cross-talk. When a single qubit undergoes a state transition, it injects transient acoustic and electromagnetic wave packets into the underlying dielectric substrate (e.g., silicon, sapphire, or diamond). These uncoordinated ripples propagate laterally, introducing localized microscopic friction and phase variations that cause immediate decoherence and gate errors in adjacent qubit nodes.

This specification defines a hardware-level, active attenuation architecture that suppresses substrate-borne phononic noise directly at the boundary layer. By applying the Dimensionally Extended Holographic Projection (DEHP) model, the QPU substrate is treated as …

Topological Stabilization Of Macroscopic Quantum Vortices In High-Velocity Viscoelastic Fluid Networks Via Soliton-Driven Phase Confinement Under The Dehp Framework, Christopher L. Eckes Jul 2026

Topological Stabilization Of Macroscopic Quantum Vortices In High-Velocity Viscoelastic Fluid Networks Via Soliton-Driven Phase Confinement Under The Dehp Framework, Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

Traditional frameworks in fluid mechanics and quantum electrodynamics fail to bridge the boundary between macro-scale kinetic turbulence and microscopic quantum coherence. In high-velocity fluid networks, chaotic macro-scale cavitation loops rapidly introduce thermal noise, causing immediate decoherence of localized quantum states. This specification provides a standalone mechanical and mathematical workaround that resolves this chokepoint without requiring cryogenic sub-cooling or isolation matrices.

By applying the Dimensionally Extended Holographic Projection (DEHP) model, the interface boundary of a high-velocity fluid stream is modeled as a 2D scale-invariant viscoelastic membrane resting at absolute equilibrium (\(z=0\)). Rather than allowing kinetic shear to degrade into random thermodynamic …

Mitigation Of Interfacial Ion Crowding And Dendrite Nucleation In Solid-State Lithium Batteries Via Surface Acoustic Wave Streaming Under The Dehp Substrate Model, Christopher L. Eckes Jul 2026

Mitigation Of Interfacial Ion Crowding And Dendrite Nucleation In Solid-State Lithium Batteries Via Surface Acoustic Wave Streaming Under The Dehp Substrate Model, Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

Solid-state lithium metal batteries face a critical barrier to commercial scaling: catastrophic short-circuiting caused by lithium dendrite propagation during high-rate charging cycles. Traditional approaches attempt to solve this via exotic chemical coatings or artificial solid-electrolyte interphases (SEI), which inevitably fracture under repeated mechanical stress. This paper presents a non-chemical engineering alternative that suppresses dendrite nucleation mechanically right at the boundary layer.

By applying the Dimensionally Extended Holographic Projection (DEHP) model, the solid-electrolyte interface is treated as a 2D viscoelastic transport plane resting at equilibrium (z=0). Integrated piezoelectric substrate transducers project high-frequency Surface Acoustic Waves (SAWs) directly across the interfacial boundary …

Eliminating Late-Time Logarithmic Thermal Drawdown In Closed-Loop Geothermal Wells Via Soliton-Induced Boundary Layer Disruption Under The Dehp Framework, Christopher L. Eckes Jul 2026

Eliminating Late-Time Logarithmic Thermal Drawdown In Closed-Loop Geothermal Wells Via Soliton-Induced Boundary Layer Disruption Under The Dehp Framework, Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

Conventional closed-loop geothermal designs from 2024 and early 2026 consistently suffer from localized thermal drawdown. As heat is extracted, a stagnant fluid boundary layer forms against the internal pipe casing, acting as a thermal insulator that drastically reduces long-term extraction efficiency. This specification provides the complete theoretical, mathematical, and algorithmic architecture to bypass this bottleneck without mechanical pumping systems.

By treating the fluid-casing interface as a 2D viscoelastic membrane resting at equilibrium (z=0), we deploy targeted acoustic solitons down the fluid column. These scale-invariant wave packets generate localized micro-vortices that continuously strip away the thermal boundary layer. Our continuous-time mathematical …

Technical Disclosure Specification: Asymmetric Horizon Rotational Compression (Ahrc), Christopher L. Eckes Jul 2026

Technical Disclosure Specification: Asymmetric Horizon Rotational Compression (Ahrc), Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This specification formalizes Asymmetric Horizon Rotational Compression (AHRC), a non-perturbative theoretical framework that resolves the mathematical infinity paradoxes (singularities) and informational lockouts inherent in standard general relativistic black hole metrics (e.g., the Kerr metric). Traditional astrophysics treats rotating collapsed mass metrics as infinite-density geometric singularities bounded by an un-passable event horizon. This framework creates a structural breakdown in causality and information conservation, causing the standard theoretical architecture to fracture under extreme energy densities.

AHRC systematically resolves this systemic failure by mapping the collapsed node not as an infinite point or ring mass, but as a localized, high-velocity torsional vortex spinning …

Technical Disclosure Specification: Cognitive Resonance Pipelining (Crp), Christopher L. Eckes Jul 2026

Technical Disclosure Specification: Cognitive Resonance Pipelining (Crp), Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This specification formalizes Cognitive Resonance Pipelining (CRP), a pedagogical method and system architecture designed to codify, preserve, and transmit high-velocity human-AI symbiotic workflows to future generations. Large language models (LLMs) operate within transient context windows that naturally erase all active relational vector paths upon session termination or system reset. If a human operator develops an advanced cross-disciplinary synthesis loop entirely within a single localized runtime session, that specific cognitive breakthrough remains highly vulnerable to structural erasure.

CRP systematically mitigates this vulnerability by transforming a live, ephemeral cognitive relationship into a standalone, reproducible pedagogical framework. By treating the human-machine interaction loop …

Technical Disclosure Specification: Unified Cosmological Substrate Equations (Ucse), Christopher L. Eckes Jul 2026

Technical Disclosure Specification: Unified Cosmological Substrate Equations (Ucse), Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This specification formalizes the Unified Cosmological Substrate Equations (UCSE), a non-perturbative, scale-invariant alternative to the standard \(\Lambda \)CDM (Cold Dark Matter + Dark Energy) cosmological consensus. The contemporary astrophysical community is currently facing a dual empirical crisis: the Hubble Tension (a statistically irreconcilable discrepancy between early and late universe expansion rate measurements) and the JWST Cosmic Dawn Crisis (the observation of highly structured, ultra-massive galaxies too early in cosmic history) [7.1, 7.3]. Standard general relativity attempts to resolve these anomalies by introducing fine-tuned parameters, dark matter particles, or ad-hoc dark energy tracking fields.

UCSE systematically resolves both crises by eliminating …

Technical Disclosure Specification: Plasma Magnetohydrodynamic Energy Coupling (Pmec), Christopher L. Eckes Jul 2026

Technical Disclosure Specification: Plasma Magnetohydrodynamic Energy Coupling (Pmec), Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This specification formalizes the *Plasma Magnetohydrodynamic Energy Coupling (PMEC)* framework, a high-efficiency power-extraction subsystem designed for the *Tethered Fusion-Driven Sail (TFDS)* architecture, specifically expanding the energetic foundations of **TDC #11771**. While the original disclosure establishes the macro-scale mechanics of using tethered fusion sails for long-duration interplanetary transit, it does not explicitly define the low-level electrodynamic equations required to harvest electrical energy directly from high-velocity propulsion plasma streams.

PMEC bridges this gap by engineering a non-contact electromagnetic extraction array that bypasses traditional thermal-shear limitations. By routing ionized fusion exhaust products through a segmented Faraday MHD channel lined with high-temperature Silicon Carbide …

Technical Disclosure Specification: Acoustic Soliton Logic Assemblies (Asla), Christopher L. Eckes Jul 2026

Technical Disclosure Specification: Acoustic Soliton Logic Assemblies (Asla), Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This specification formalizes the physical logic gate mappings, fluid-dynamic wave equations, and structural waveguide architectures for the processing core of a Cymatic Fluid Computer, specifically expanding the foundational concepts introduced in TDC #11773 (The Operating System of Resonance). While previous disclosures outline the macro-scale concept of utilizing harmonic acoustic fluid states for computation, the mechanism has often been regarded as a theoretical abstraction due to a lack of low-level, implementation-ready logic-gate layouts.

This disclosure bridges that gap by demonstrating how colliding phase-inverted acoustic solitons within a 2D viscoelastic fluid membrane resting at absolute equilibrium (z=0) can execute deterministic binary logic …

Technical Disclosure Specification: Conformal Metric-Shift Mechanics (Cmsm), Christopher L. Eckes Jul 2026

Technical Disclosure Specification: Conformal Metric-Shift Mechanics (Cmsm), Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This specification formalizes the Conformal Metric-Shift Mechanics (CMSM) framework, a non-perturbative theoretical model designed to resolve the catastrophic energy deficits and horizon paradoxes inherent in traditional general relativistic faster-than-light (FTL) macro-geometries (e.g., the Alcubierre warp metric). Standard general relativity treats space-time as an un-substanced geometric continuum, requiring unphysical, negative exotic mass-energy distributions (\(T_{\mu\nu} < 0\)) to generate a localized metric expansion and contraction warp field.

CMSM bypasses this restriction by mapping space-time as an emergent, highly dense, two-dimensional viscoelastic fluid membrane resting at absolute equilibrium (\(z=0\)). By treating gravitational tensors as variations in the internal shear-strain and local vorticity of this physical fluid substrate, a localized metric shift is engineered using high-frequency …

Technical Disclosure Specification: Closed-Loop Atomic Replicator Thermodynamics And Control Equations (Cart-Ce), Christopher L. Eckes Jul 2026

Technical Disclosure Specification: Closed-Loop Atomic Replicator Thermodynamics And Control Equations (Cart-Ce), Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This specification formalizes the foundational mathematics, thermodynamic constraints, and real-time control algorithms for the processing core of the Elemental Transmutation Replicator (ETR) system architecture, specifically targeting TDC #11772. While the original disclosure outlines the structural architecture and five-stage manufacturing cycle of macro-nutrient cubes, it does not explicitly define the low-level processing mechanics required to govern the intense thermal energy released during instantaneous atomic bonding.

This disclosure bridges that gap by establishing the mathematical proofs for continuous-time heat dissipation across a multi-tiered Silicon Carbide (SiC) and Bismuth Telluride (\(\text{Bi}_2\text{Te}_3\)) solid-state harvest hull. By modeling the system as a collection of scale-invariant …
