In terms of anatomy, the human body is very complicated. Moreover it represents an entire structure of a human being. What makes it very unique is the way of its composition; different and diverse types of cells and everything is connected to everything else. A combination of cells create tissues which then those tissues create the organ systems. Therefore, in this study presentation I will present the importance of brain as an organ, with a focus on the cranial Injury with a screwdriver. One of the most important and complicated parts of the body is the human head.

Scholars Portal has been aggregating locally loaded e-books for Ontario universities on an ebrary-backed platform since 2009—eons ago in the world of library technology! Over the last year, Scholars Portal Books has received a rewrite from the ground up, and this time the focus is on building a platform that anticipates the future of e-book access and usage. No surprise that there have been many challenges along the way, and most of them are unique to consortia: How do we handle corrections to old PDFs? What do we do with six ISBNs? More broadly, how do we support local scholarship …

Investigating Sports Drinks. Are they worth the money?
The sports drinks industry is a huge global business which shows no signs of slowing down. The inspiration to conduct this investigation came from an observation that there is an increasing consumption of sports and energy drinks within our community, particularly amongst children. The message from the advertisers is clear- athletes should replace lost body fluid with drinks that contain electrolytes, such as sports drinks. However, there are conflicting suggestions from conducting literature reviews; that, not only are these drinks unhealthy in terms of the high sugar content, but instead water …

This research analyzes factors that affect the number of terrorist incidents in Europe with large numbers of refugees. My research intends to explore the correlation between refugees and terrorist incidents and to identify if social integration and immigration policies can have an effect on the volume of attacks. My independent variables of social policies in addition to immigration policies confirm my hypothesis that certain factors within these policies affect terrorism in Spain, the United Kingdom, Sweden, and Germany. The answer to this question will aid in the creation of stability, prosperity, and justice within Europe and provide a model for …

Variation In And Assessment Of Inferior Alveolar Nerve Block Landmarks In Children And Adolescents, Soi Park, Younjin Lee, Younyoung Lee, Tiffany Tran, Gary D. Richards
Excellence Day
OBJECTIVES: In earlier work (Lambert et al., 2017) we demonstrated the efficacy of new landmarks for inferior alveolar nerve (IAN) block injections. While the latter study focused on adult morphology, the landmarks were shown to be effective in cases where the M3/3 were present but unerupted. Based on these result a question arose as to their applicability of the landmarks to children and adolescents, given the known changes in mandibular foramen position during growth. Here we quantify the position of the mandibular foramen relative to standard landmarks during growth and assess the new landmarks applicability for IAN …
