Summary Of: Association Between Primary Care Provider Status And Preventive Health Care Among People Who Inject Drugs, E Katherine Nenninger, Katherine Sharp, Bianca Bstamente, Kim Murray, Kinna Thakarar Mar 2026

Summary Of: Association Between Primary Care Provider Status And Preventive Health Care Among People Who Inject Drugs, E Katherine Nenninger, Katherine Sharp, Bianca Bstamente, Kim Murray, Kinna Thakarar

Northern New England Clinical & Translational Research

People who inject drugs (PWID) are at high risk for preventable infections, yet preventive care delivery remains inconsistent. This study examines whether having a primary care provider (PCP) improves access to preventive services in Maine. While many PWID are connected to primary care, the findings show that preventive care is fragmented across settings, with PCP access improving some outcomes (like hepatitis B vaccination) but not ensuring comprehensive prevention.

Eeg Features And Rotterdam Head Ct Score Predict Early Favorable Outcome In Pediatric Severe Tbi, Xuexin Lu

Presentations

INTRODUCTION Accurate prognostication after pediatric severe TBI (sTBI) remains challenging. We examined the utility of continuous EEG (cEEG) and Rotterdam head CT score in predicting short-term favorable outcome. METHODS 7-yr (01/2018-12/2024) retrospective study of children aged 1.5-18 yrs admitted to our PICU with sTBI and receiving cEEG monitoring per institutional protocol. Early favorable outcome was defined as Pediatric Cerebral Performance Category scale 1-3 at PICU discharge. cEEG features (background, sleep architecture, reactivity, and seizure) during the 1st 12-hrs of monitoring and initial Rotterdam head CT scores were recorded. Demographics, GCS score, pupillary reactivity, injury severity score (ISS), clinical seizure, cardiac …

照顧者指南2026, Chak Kwan, Dickson Chan, Ka Chung, Tom Kwong, Chi Kuen Wong, Meng Soi, Florence Fong

Manual & Guide

A Mineralogical And Geochemical Characterization Of The Amo Meteorite, Karinn Johnson '27, Kenneth Brown, Chad Byers, Thomas Grier

Annual Student Research Poster Session

Meteorites provide a wealth of information about solar system evolution, planetary formation and differentiation, and provide clues to the origins of water and life on Earth. On December 10th, 2024 (4:04 EST), a meteor fall was observed approximately 50 km west of Indianapolis, over the small town of Amo, Indiana (Hendricks County). Several pieces of the meteor ranging from about 1g to >60kg were recovered. A local Greencastle, IN resident collected a 1451.3g sample, of which a 7.5g piece was donated to DePauw University for detailed textural, mineralogical, and geochemical characterization using stereomicroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), …

Fisheries Occasional Publications

In Western Australia (WA), stock assessments for key demersal species, including snapper and red emperor, have traditionally used bespoke integrated models developed in-house by the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD). In line with other Australian jurisdictions, DPIRD is transitioning to Stock Synthesis (SS) as its primary platform for integrated stock assessments of WA finfish. To support this transition, DPIRD commissioned an independent expert review of recent integrated models applied to three demersal stocks. This publication responds to recommendations from Professor André Punt (University of Washington and CSIRO) in his 2024 review, which examined assessments for Pilbara red …
