The problem in this study was that at Windland Elementary School (WES; pseudonym) early childhood teachers experienced a 16% decrease in parent satisfaction with the school's ability to eliminate or reduce barriers to parent engagement. Framed by six types of activities that encompass family engagement from Epstein et al., the purpose of this study was to explore early childhood teachers' experiences in establishing and maintaining school-home relationships at WES. This qualitative phenomenological study explored how individuals who experienced incarceration during emerging adulthood understood and made meaning of their developmental, emotional, and psychosocial experiences. Emerging adulthood, defined as ages seventeen through twenty-five, is a critical developmental stage, and incarceration during this period may disrupt identity formation and emotional maturation. The purpose of the study was to examine the perspectives and coping mechanisms of individuals incarcerated during this stage to better understand how early adult imprisonment shapes trauma responses, identity development, and reintegration. The increasing complexity of healthcare delivery in Ghana highlighted the need for accurate and timely data-driven decision-making in clinical settings. The study examined how implementation affects the accuracy of immunization records, the speed of clinical decision-making, and overall immunization coverage rates in Ghanaian healthcare facilities. A quasi-experimental, cross-sectional design was used to compare clinical encounters in facilities that implemented the EIR with those that continued using paper-based systems. Although childhood sexual abuse (CSA) is known to affect survivors’ subsequent self- esteem and interpersonal trust levels, its long-term impacts among African American women were not fully understood. The purpose of this qualitative phenomenological study, which was grounded in attachment theory and trauma theory, was to explore how CSA shapes African American women’s self-esteem, interpersonal trust, and healing processes in adulthood. Medication nonadherence among individuals with severe mental illness (SMI) contributes to relapse, hospital readmissions, and poor patient outcomes. Psychiatric nurses are central to promoting adherence, yet many lack standardized, evidence-based training. This Doctor of Nursing Practice project evaluated the effect of a structured nurse education program on medication adherence strategies, including psychoeducation and motivational interviewing, on nurses’ knowledge and confidence. Clinician burnout is increasingly prevalent in outpatient mental health settings due to high emotional demands, heavy caseloads, and limited organizational resources, contributing to reduced job satisfaction, increased turnover, and diminished quality of care. The gap in practice at the project center revealed a deficiency in knowledge among mental health clinic staff regarding effective stress management and burnout prevention, which led to the practice question: Does educating providers and staff on mindfulness-based interventions improve knowledge, as evidenced by pre- and postsurveys?
