This is a qualitative case study, using a phenomenological approach, which explores the phenomenon of student wellbeing in an international private university in Egypt. Their displacement is the consequence of many factors not least the outbreak of war in 2014. This thesis employed a qualitative approach, combining both desk research and in-depth interviews with 11 participants: nine Tunisian migrant workers and two Tunisian migrant experts. The thesis examined labor shortage in France during the pandemic and the extent to which Tunisian migrant workers managed to bridge the labor shortage relying on the Segmented Labor market theory which was originally developed by Piore (1979), and the two concepts: System Effects and Systemic Resilience. This work is an autoethnographic exploration of the social construction of fatness in contexts of existing and emerging neoliberal state control through the embodied experiences of fat people, following the tradition of ‘fat epistemology’ promoted by the emerging 'critical fat studies' field. The purpose of this phenomenological study was to explore the lived work experiences of Title IX Investigators as they navigate their responsibilities amongst the continuous changes to Title IX policies and procedures. The lived work experiences of 12 Title IX investigators were collected through in-depth one-on-one interviews to provide knowledge and contribute to the limited preexisting literature regarding their role. Recommendations were provided for Title IX coordinators and advisory teams to foster a satisfactory work environment for Title IX investigators.
