The main objective of this study was to assess the current status and readiness of the sector of residential care institutions for children to take part in the deinstitutionalization of children in alternative care in Egypt. The assessment was carried out using an adapted version of the Community Readiness Model (CRM), a tool developed by the Tri-Ethnic Center at Colorado State University. Accordingly, the assessment comprised semi-structured interviews with fourteen key informants to assess the following six readiness dimensions: efforts, knowledge of the efforts, leadership, community climate, knowledge of the issue, and resources related to the issue. The main research question is: What are the perceptions of middle and senior level banking sector employees on gender diversity and inclusion in the sector? Heterosexual live-in relationship is viewed as a stigma in Indian society. However, through a plethora of judgments, the Apex Court of India granted monetary relief and physical protections to couples in live-in relationships. While so a few High Courts had refused to grant protection to the live-in couples by stating that giving such rights and protection would destroy the country's social fabric.

The Institute of Medicine has found that barriers exist that directly contribute to the underrepresentation of racial and ethnic groups in health professional education. Yet, little research has been done to evaluate the barriers that affect athletic training students. An integrative review was conducted to identify barriers that affect students in professional healthcare programs, and 52 articles were retained to create an original survey to measure the barriers faced by athletic training students. The purpose of this phenomenological study was to explore the lived work experiences of Title IX Investigators as they navigate their responsibilities amongst the continuous changes to Title IX policies and procedures. The lived work experiences of 12 Title IX investigators were collected through in-depth one-on-one interviews to provide knowledge and contribute to the limited preexisting literature regarding their role. Recommendations were provided for Title IX coordinators and advisory teams to foster a satisfactory work environment for Title IX investigators.

This study deals with Egypt’s growing challenge of water scarcity in relation to agriculture through understanding farmers’ perceptions and adaptation measures to water scarcity as they are the forefront users of water. Through qualitative research approach, fieldwork interviews with rice farmers in Kafr El Sheikh governorate in Egypt and in-depth interviews with water management experts were conducted to identify farmers’ perceived causes of water scarcity and their adaptation behaviors and practices in relation to the broader policy context of water management. Over recent decades, the usage of nutraceuticals has been exponentially increasing as alternates to pharmaceutical drugs. However, extraction of these therapeutically significant compounds from their corresponding sources requires the use of volatile organic solvents like hexane, ethanol and chloroform which increases the global warming potential. A team of three novice school administrators adopted actions to develop teacher identified, trust-building habits. By developing trust-building habits, novice leaders reduced their cognitive load while navigating the fast pace of ever-changing American schools and striving to better serve students, especially students who are marginalized. The problem of practice addressed is that novice administrators need to uncover their trust-building strengths and address trust-diminishing habits. During a 90-day intervention, the novice administrators collectively grew the trust-building habit of accessibility and individually aimed to develop a trust-building habit of empowerment, care, or communication. Yet, despite the ability to degrade protein aggregates, glia are vulnerable to the accumulation of neurotoxic amyloid aggregates during neurodegenerative disease progress, and even exacerbate their spread. A developing narrative highlights glia as a double-edged sword in neurodegenerative diseases: initially capable of dynamically responding to amyloid aggregate-ladened dying neurons but also capable of inducing chronic inflammation and creating seeding-competent amyloid oligomers. Ableist microaggressions are often subtle and covert negative attributions and behaviors towards people with dis/abilities that perpetuate stereotypes and inequities (Conover et al., 2021). Although limited research exists that has explored the impact of ableist microaggressions, some scholars have noted similar findings to studies to that have focused on racial microaggressions. It presents a broad view of the developments in both fields and tests their effects on real revenues from consumption tax in Egypt from fiscal year 2002 till 2023. Consequently, predicting customer churn prior to its occurrence has become essential. This study proposes a sentiment-based customer churn prediction model in which the sentiment of customers is predicted using Random Forest.
