Purpose In this paper, the gap between the discussion of co-design in the theory and its application in the higher education practice is identified. By contrasting the level of knowledge that the stakeholders possess regarding co-design, the support that the institutions provide them, and their implementation of co-design in practice, it leaves a few general trends, attitudes, and problems.

The purpose of this study is to examine the change management effect on Library’s Personnel Performance In Kogi State College Of Education ANKPA, kogi state .The population of the study was made up of 109 staff. The data was analysed using simple percentage, descriptive statistics, mean, standard deviation and correlation analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The findings revealed that there is a positive relationship between leadership change, communication and technological change on personel performance. Purpose of the study: the prime purpose of this research study is to investigate the fundamentals requirements for workplace satisfaction among library experts in both public and private sector university libraries of Karachi, Sindh.
Design / methodology/approach: the study explores the factors influencing the job satisfaction of Library professionals. This paper examined the level of leadership and job performance of library personnel in University of Abuja, Nigeria. Survey research methodology was used with a total sample size of 202 library personnel in University of Abuja library using simple random sampling techniques. An attempt was made to explore the usage of Web 2.0 applications and Social Networking Sites (SNS) for providing information services by libraries at selected higher education institutes in Europe, North and South America. The websites were surveyed through content analysis method that is used for a qualitative approach, as to find the details of the applications of Web 2.0 tools and SNS. In today’s world of work, employees are expected to show resilience behaviour as the workplace is constantly changing and unpredictable. Therefore, this study was designed to examine the resilience of public library employees at their workplace. A self-administered questionnaire was distributed to all public library staff members in the Eastern Province of Sri Lanka. Despite many advantages, the iSchool movement confronted several challenges. The study examined the assessment of job satisfaction of employees’ in Ahmadu Bello University Library Zaria. Survey research design was adopted for the study. Total population was 359 librarians in made up of professionals and para-professionals. Total enumeration was used for the study. The instrument for data collection was a validated questionnaire. The study aims to examine the nexus between reward system and service delivery of librarians in federal universities in Southwest Nigeria. Descriptive survey design was adopted for this study and the population consisted of 120 librarians in six federal universities in Southwest Nigeria. The total enumeration technique was adopted in the study. Questionnaire was the instrument used for data collection. The data was analysed using descriptive statistics of frequency counts, simple percentages, mean and standard deviation while inferential statistics of Pearson’s Moment Product Correlation and regression were used to test the hypotheses at 0.05 level of significance.
