This study involved an assessment of the effects of a remotely delivered behavioral skills training (BST) package on caregivers' adherence to an intervention plan for children with extensive support needs (ESN) involving an activity of daily living (ADL) skill. Intervention effects were assessed in a non-concurrent multiple baseline across participants design. The study included interobserver agreement and treatment fidelity measures during both baseline and implementation phases, as well as graphical and statistical analyses of intervention outcomes. In recent years, there has been a noticeable uptick in the availability of sustainability courses and programs within higher education. Americans are polarized along party lines across a variety of sociopolitical issues, including climate change and sustainability issues. Sociopolitical messaging often triggers biased processing that results in defensive rejection or biased elaboration (i.e., counterarguing) of belief-incongruent information. The current research examined whether exploratory learning activities, primarily applied in STEM-education research, can foster belief updating about polarized sustainability issues. Exploratory learning encourages people to engage with learning materials and arrive at their own conclusions before receiving direct instruction/messaging. This study aimed to compared the differences in jaw position measurements in protrusive and open/close positions on a static virtual patient created using 3dMD System to those from a dynamic articulation of a virtual patient (MODJAW) as well as measurements between the Cadiax and MODJAW. Three techniques were utilized in this investigation: Angle-resolved polarized Raman spectroscopy (ARPRS), Electrical &Thermoelectric power measurements, Magneto-optic Kerr effect (MOKE) spectroscopy. ARPRS and MOKE experiments were constructed during the course of this work. ARPRS was used to study the anisotropy of 2-dimensional black-arsenic phosphors (b-AsxP1-x) as a function of arsenic concentration (x). Recurrent tumor formation and progression despite aggressive chemotherapy and radiation significantly contributes to the poor prognosis. Recurrence is likely due to mesenchymal cells breaking off from the primary tumor, infiltrating the parenchyma to establish secondary tumors. Mesenchymal cells initially undergo an epithelial to mesenchymal transition, characterized by a loss of cell-cell adhesion, increased migration and increased proliferation. Physiological adaptations were investigated following a strength-endurance (S-E) block prescribed with accentuated eccentric loading (AEL) or traditional resistance training (TRAD). Recreationally trained participants (n = 11 males, 6 females, age = 23.2 ± 4.2 yrs, body mass (BM) = 81.3 ± 22.2 kg, height = 172.1 ± 10 cm) completed a four-week block of concurrent resistance, sprint, and change of direction training. Previous literature has suggested an apparent P300 sensitivity to self-relevant stimuli. To further explore this relationship, we asked participants to submit 10 photos, each of a particular category (e.g. footwear, plants), to be used as either targets or distractors in a given condition of an oddball task. Furthermore, we attempted to see whether the effect of self-relevance on the P300 could be induced in a participant by allowing them to study a set of unique photos which would then be used as targets.
