The framework guiding this study is the theory of planned behavior (TPB), developed by Fishbein and Ajzen. This project aims to identify and address the factors hindering the effective utilization of the simulation lab at Grady Memorial Hospital. Despite the simulation lab’s potential to enhance clinical skills and decision-making abilities through realistic medical scenarios, it remains underutilized. This evaluation project was a pretest and posttest design to assess the impact of educational interventions. Educational workshops, email communications, and awareness campaigns were the primary methods used to increase the understanding and utilization of the simulation lab.
