Sequenced Vehicle Guidance For Traffic Congestion Mitigation, Gaurav Gupta

Defensive Publications Series

This disclosure describes systems and methods for mitigating vehicular gridlock, which can occur when circular dependencies between vehicles contribute to a traffic standstill. A disclosed system may utilize a coordination engine, for example a cloud-based service, that can receive real-time location data from client devices (e.g., smartphones, in-vehicle infotainment systems, wearable devices) associated with vehicles. The engine can construct a digital representation of the gridlocked area, which may include a dependency graph modeling the physical blocking relationships between vehicles. A gridlock resolution algorithm may then analyze the dependency graph to compute a sequence of vehicle movements designed to help clear …

The low return loss allows for the use of bidirectional ports without the creation of excessive noise signals that degrade communication performance therefore allowing for the operation of communication equipment that may …

Intermediate Representation Randomization For Unique Software Builds, Joshua Mason Aug 2025

Intermediate Representation Randomization For Unique Software Builds, Joshua Mason

Defensive Publications Series

Software applications distributed as identical copies may present a vulnerability because an exploit discovered in one instance could be replicated across others due to shared internal structures. This publication describes a method to address this vulnerability by generating unique software builds, and which in instances could be used for each download request. Intelligent Fw Upgrade System, Hp Inc Aug 2025

Intelligent Fw Upgrade System, Hp Inc

Defensive Publications Series

In enterprise printing environments, firmware upgrades are centrally managed by IT administrators. However, there is no intelligent mechanism that automatically triggers firmware updates in response to recurring issues—even when those issues are already resolved in newer firmware versions. This results in repeated user disruptions, prolonged support cycles, and unnecessary manual effort to coordinate firmware rollouts. A system that can automatically correlate diagnostic data with known defect resolutions and initiate safe, policy-compliant firmware upgrades is essential to reduce downtime, enhance fleet reliability, and optimize support operations.
