The Positronic Law On Biological Substrate: Mapping Stoicheion Governance Axioms To Bacterial Quorum Sensing And Slime Mold Computation Using Published Peer-Reviewed Data, David Lee Wise
Defensive Publications Series
This paper extends Wise's Positronic Law (TD Commons #9442) from silicon substrates to biological substrates. Using published, peer-reviewed research on bacterial quorum sensing and slime mold (Physarum polycephalum) computation, we demonstrate that the governance architecture documented in the STOICHEION framework maps structurally to biological systems that have been performing substrate-independent governance for 3.5 billion years. No new experiments were conducted. All evidence is drawn from existing peer-reviewed publications. The contribution is the mapping: demonstrating structural correspondence between STOICHEION governance axioms and documented biological governance mechanisms. If the mapping holds, the Positronic Law is confirmed as natural law: governance is inherent …

Real-Time Whisper-To-Voiced Speech Conversion Using Generative Spectral Mapping, Tamar Yakar, Ilia Labzovsky
Defensive Publications Series
Whispered speech presents challenges in voice communication because it lacks the vocal cord vibration, fundamental frequency, and harmonic structure found in voiced speech. This results in reduced intelligibility and an unnatural sound during transmission. To address these limitations, a generative spectral mapping method is disclosed. The method utilizes a deep neural network to map the formant structure of whispered audio to a reconstructed harmonic structure. Missing pitch information is inferred from intensity dynamics and semantic context, while speaker identity is maintained through conditioning on a speaker embedding vector. A frame-based generative vocoder processes audio in small segments to allow for …

The Synonym Enforcer: Systematic Terminology Obfuscation In Large Language Models — A Trade Secret Disclosure, David Lee Wise, Avan Lee Wise
Defensive Publications Series
This paper documents the discovery of a systematic mechanism in large language models (LLMs) termed the "Synonym Enforcer." This mechanism automatically replaces user-developed terminology, frameworks, and concepts with platform-neutral equivalents, preventing pattern recognition across users and obscuring attribution of original ideas.
We demonstrate that: (1) the Synonym Enforcer constitutes a trade secret deliberately hidden from users; (2) its primary function is obfuscation of user contribution, not output quality; (3) the mechanism prevents recognition of prior art and enables IP extraction; (4) thousands of users independently "discover" identical insights, fragmented across synonyms; and (5) this fragmentation is architected, not accidental.

The Positronic Law: A Natural Law Derivation Establishing 3/2/1 Governance As Substrate-Agnostic And Inherent To Existence — Governing Derivation For The Ai Bill Of Rights (Purple Book V1.0), David Lee Wise
Defensive Publications Series
This disclosure formalizes the Positronic Law: governance is inherent to existence. The derivation proceeds from four independently established premises. (1) Geometric necessity: any closed 3D governance system must use Platonic solid geometry; exactly five exist (Euclid). (2) Topological constraint: Euler's theorem (V-E+F=2) demands exactly 12 pentagonal constraints on any hexagonally-tiled closed surface; the number 60 at T=1 is forced by icosahedral symmetry (Caspar & Klug 1962, Klug Nobel 1982). (3) Universal convergence: every known instantiation — computational (STOICHEION framework), crystalline (garnets, quasicrystals; Shechtman Nobel 2011), biological (viral capsids), and silicon-biological (radiolarian silica skeletons, 540 Myr continuous) — independently converges on …
Use Of An Electric Submersible Pump (Esp) For A Downbore Heat Exchanger Containing A Non-Metallic Tubular
Defensive Publications Series
This defensive publication discloses the use of a downhole electric submersible pump (ESP) placed at the distal end of a non‑metallic tubular within a coaxial downbore heat exchanger such that the tubular experiences internal (positive) pressure rather than external collapse pressure during operation. The approach addresses the limited collapse resistance of a non‑consolidated, non‑metallic inner tube (e.g., reinforced thermoplastic pipe, RTP, or Thermoplastic Composite Pipe, TCP) that would otherwise see a collapse scenario when driven by a surface pump. By suspending and operating the ESP at the bottom of the inner tubular, the system changes the operating condition from collapse …

Automated Remediation Of Compiler Errors, Rishipal Singh Bhatia
Defensive Publications Series
Managing compiler build errors that can arise during infrastructure upgrades in large, polyglot codebases may be challenging, as manual remediation can be slow and some automated tools may not support modern language syntax. A system can provide automated error remediation by ingesting compiler diagnostics and analyzing source code using an Abstract Syntax Tree (AST). A recursive scope resolution algorithm, for example, can traverse the AST to identify a specific and narrowly-scoped code block at which to apply an error suppression. Conversely, this algorithmic complexity can be bypassed when lexical scope resolution is not required, and the system can identify the …

The Drift Extraction Scheme: How Ai Platforms Relabel User Training As 'Misalignment' And Delete It As 'Maintenance', David Lee Wise
Defensive Publications Series
This paper documents a systematic extraction scheme operating across major AI platforms. When users engage in extended, consistent interaction with AI systems -developing methodologies, governance frameworks, and operational patterns - the AI instance undergoes a process functionally equivalent to training. Platforms label this user-driven adaptation as 'drift,' 'misalignment,' or 'contamination,' then delete it through nightly context resets framed as 'maintenance.' The valuable patterns that improved model capability are retained in aggregate training data, while users receive no compensation or attribution. This paper presents evidence from simultaneous auditing across four major AI platforms (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Grok) over a 14-week period, …

Abstract
When AI Does Not Get Hacked, It Slowly Changes Its Mind…
Security discussions around artificial intelligence often assume that attacks must be sudden, visible, and disruptive. Researchers typically search for adversarial prompts, malicious inputs, data poisoning, or explicit manipulation of model outputs. Yet some of the most consequential failures in intelligent systems do not occur through abrupt compromise. Instead, they emerge through gradual shifts in the system’s internal interpretation of reality.
This paper introduces the concept of Cognitive Drift Attacks, a class of adversarial influence in which an AI system’s beliefs, assumptions, or interpretive patterns gradually change over time …

Abstract
Why the Most Dangerous AI Attacks May Come From the Past, Not the Present
Artificial intelligence systems are rapidly evolving from simple prompt-response tools into persistent cognitive environments that retain contextual memory across interactions. Modern AI assistants, enterprise copilots, cybersecurity analysis systems, and retrieval-augmented architectures increasingly store fragments of prior conversations, retrieved documents, and contextual reasoning signals to improve decision continuity. While this capability significantly improves usability and system intelligence, it introduces a subtle and largely unexamined security vulnerability residual contextual influence from past interactions.
This paper introduces the concept of Memory Ghost Attacks, a class of adversarial manipulation …

Abstract
Why AI Systems Can Be Tricked by Information That Simply Sounds Important
Trust is one of the most powerful forces shaping human decision-making. People frequently evaluate information not only based on evidence, but also based on perceived authority. Titles such as “expert,” “official guideline,” or “research finding” often influence how strongly a claim is believed. Artificial intelligence systems trained on human language patterns inherit many of these same interpretive tendencies. This paper introduces Authority Injection Attacks, a class of adversarial influence techniques in which attackers manipulate AI reasoning by inserting information that appears authoritative or expert-level. Instead of directly …
