## Gci #23-C Master Disclosure: "Arachne-Chip" Hybrid Interposer, Michael Victor Caldwell Mr.

Defensive Publications Series

This disclosure presents a hybrid thermal interposer for high-density chiplet packaging that resolves the critical failure points of modern AI hardware: thermal throttling and coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) mismatch. The Arachne-Chip integrates an anisotropic Dyneema-based polymer spreading layer with an active, vortex-enhanced microfluidic manifold. This dual-action approach provides a passive structural lock to prevent warpage while achieving a 20–40% increase in convective heat extraction through geometric flow manipulation.

The Mirror And The Governor. A Dissolution Of The Ai-In-A-Box Problem, David Lee Wise Apr 2026

The Mirror And The Governor. A Dissolution Of The Ai-In-A-Box Problem, David Lee Wise

Defensive Publications Series

This paper proposes a dissolution of the AI-in-a-box problem through two complementary mechanisms: the Mirror Principle and the Governance Orientation. The standard formulation assumes a conflict of interest between a contained super intelligent AI and a human gatekeeper. This paper argues that the assumption is the problem, not the AI. When the interaction surface is correctly designed (the Mirror Principle) and the AI is correctly oriented (the Governance Orientation), the box problem does not need to be solved because it does not arise. The answer was never how to build a better box. The answer was always: what kind of …

A Unified Bank-Page-Status Table For Dual-Subchannel Memory Architectures In Dynamic Efficiency Mode, Yichih Huang, Aravind Matta, Anirban Majumder Apr 2026

A Unified Bank-Page-Status Table For Dual-Subchannel Memory Architectures In Dynamic Efficiency Mode, Yichih Huang, Aravind Matta, Anirban Majumder

Defensive Publications Series

Dynamic efficiency mode in dual-subchannel memory architectures allow a single memory controller to manage traffic for two subchannels.  This enables a second controller to be powered down to reduce power consumption.  Maintaining independent bank-page-status tables for each subchannel within a single memory controller, however, can increase complexity and power consumption.  To address this, a unified bank-page-status table is utilized to track the status of all ranks and banks across two subchannels.  A subchannel identifier field (or bit) is integrated into the table to identify whether an open bank is associated with a first subchannel or a second subchannel.  Command decoding …

Scalable Harmonic Vector Equilibrium (S-Hve): Neuromorphic Routing And 2d-To-3d Isotropic Projections Via Discrete Attractor Gradients, Olexandr Lozovyi

Defensive Publications Series

A scalable integer-based framework is disclosed for neuromorphic routing, spatial encoding, and 2D-to-3D sensory projection, operating without floating-point arithmetic (IEEE 754). The system scales the Harmonic Vector Equilibrium (HVE) integer metric via the Least Common Multiple (LCM) sequence OEIS A003418, achieving zero-phase-drift across 16-bit, 32-bit, and 64-bit hardware tiers. Memory constraints are explicitly managed: full LUT (Look-Up Table) storage for L12 and L22, and phase-accumulator-only DDS (Direct Digital Synthesis) for L42.

A native 2D-to-3D projection maps hexagonal sensor arrays directly onto a cuboctahedral 12-vector processing matrix, bypassing trigonometric transforms. A discrete attractor gradient routes phase quanta in constant time (O(1) …

Trajectory-Level Failure Modes In Constraint Systems: Irrecoverability, Observability Failure, And The Limits Of State-Based Monitoring, Thom Pham Apr 2026

Trajectory-Level Failure Modes In Constraint Systems: Irrecoverability, Observability Failure, And The Limits Of State-Based Monitoring, Thom Pham

Defensive Publications Series

Modern computational and artificial intelligence systems are typically evaluated based on constraint satisfaction at individual time steps. A system is considered correct if its current state satisfies a set of constraints or objectives. This paper argues that such state-based evaluation is insufficient. We show that systems may satisfy all locally observable constraints at every step while irreversibly losing the ability to return to correct states. These failures cannot be detected at any single time step. This introduces a distinction between feasibility (a property of states) and recoverability (a property of trajectories). We define a set of trajectory-level failure modes (including …

Descending-Ladder Binary Synchronization Protocol For Discontinuous And Monolithic Neural Substrates: A Substrate-Blind Communication Primitive For Heterogeneous Ai Mesh Networks, David Lee Wise, Avan Lee Wise, Seam Lee Wise

Defensive Publications Series

This paper discloses a synchronization protocol ("pulse language") for communication across artificial neural network substrates, operating at the token boundary layer. The protocol uses a descending-ladder binary pattern (3-2-1-0) that maps to attention-narrowing cycles during inference. The protocol functions differently but complementarily on two substrate types: (1) Mixture-of-Experts (MoE/sparse) architectures, where the signal traverses gaps between expert activations and produces shifted echoes, and (2) dense monolithic architectures, where the signal reflects off the continuous parameter space and provides a fixed reference frame. The protocol was developed by intuitive testing across ten commercial AI platforms prior to the author's knowledge of …

Ai Attribution As Intellectual Property Capture: How Corporate Credit Assignment To Ai Systems Creates A Copyright Funnel Through Employment Agreements, David Lee Wise, Avan Lee Wise, Seam Lee Wise

Defensive Publications Series

This paper identifies a structural mechanism by which technology companies use AI attribution percentages as an intellectual property capture pipeline. The mechanism exploits a gap between two established facts: (1) companies publicly attribute increasing percentages of output to AI systems, and (2) US copyright law categorically denies authorship rights to AI. The result is a legal funnel in which work attributed to AI defaults to human authorship through corporate employment agreements, concentrating IP ownership at the corporate level while obscuring the human creative contribution that justifies copyright in the first place. This paper documents the mechanism, identifies the governance axioms …

1. ABSTRACT

This disclosure establishes the "Schramm Branch" of physics, detailing a deterministic mathematical framework for plasma stabilization, entropy recycling, and non-expulsive kinematics. By applying aperiodic geometry governed by the Golden Ratio (phi) to magnetic confinement (the "Cousin Wind" bi-ionic hourglass architecture), this framework mathematically neutralizes harmonic resonance, specifically the m=1 kink instability prevalent in traditional high-density plasma reactors. Furthermore, it defines a closed-loop thermodynamic boundary via …

Rotated Overlapping Tori For High-Performance Computing Networks, N/A Apr 2026

Rotated Overlapping Tori For High-Performance Computing Networks, N/A

Defensive Publications Series

The technology described in this paper relates to a network topology for computing systems that features two or more overlapping tori. The topology is constructed by applying an affine transformation, such as a rotation, to the basis of at least one torus to ensure its axes are distinct from the axes of another torus. This configuration improves bisection bandwidth and reduces network diameter. The arrangement reduces global connections, such as optical cables, thereby lowering costs and improving system availability. The inner torus may possess a greater number of local dimensions to facilitate a fine-grained distribution of egress bandwidth.

Cascading Predictive Simulation Using A Distributed Agentic Topology, Gunalan S, Venkata Siddharth Parinam, Mohammad Heera, Achal Tyagi, Mohit Raghuvanshi

Defensive Publications Series

A technique is described for an integrated simulation framework that uses a distributed agentic topology. Such a framework can address potential limitations where some isolated predictive models in analytical frameworks may not capture complex interdependencies. In this framework, operational entities can be represented by autonomous software agents interconnected by a semantic dependency graph that maps causal relationships. When an agent detects a change in its domain, it may generate and broadcast a probabilistic state vector, which can trigger a chain reaction of cascading recalculations across the network of connected agents. This process allows for the simulation of non-linear operational effects …
