The objective of this research is to explore how communication technology and social media affects the intergenerational relationships between older persons and their adult children in Bangkok. Using Bengston and Schrader's (Bengtson and McChesney 1998) measurement framework for intergenerational relationships, this study examines how communication technology, namely the smart phone and its accompanying applications, Line and Facebook, has impacted the relationship between thirty older persons and their adult children. The main overall goal of this study is to investigate the application of modified chitosan as a potential vector for apoptotic gene delivery to gonadotropin-releasing hormone receptor (GnRHR)-expressing cells (i.e. testicular cells and mammary cancer cells). This study reported Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone-modified Chitosan (GnRH-CS) nanoparticle as a promising vector for targeted gene delivery, and a GnRH peptide was used for active targeting of a transgene in GnRHR expressing cells. The PCR technique is always a definitive confirmatory test of Ehrlichia canis infection. However, the drawback of PCRs test is crucially needed of laboratory equipments. Synbiotics, a synergistic combination of probiotics and prebiotics, are now highlighted as one of the most practical nutritional supplements in red tilapia farms. The aim of the present study was to assess the effect of the dietary inclusion of Jerusalem artichoke, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, or their combination, on serum biochemical, growth performance, intestinal morphology, immune parameters, intestinal bacterial count and protection against Aeromonas veronii in juvenile red tilapia (Oreochromis spp.). It is widely used in clinical dermatology such as acne, acne scar, photoaging, wrinkles, psoriasis, skin neoplasia and seborrheic dermatitis. Retinal is a pivotal key to regulate keratinocyte proliferation and differentiation in the epidermis resulting in epidermal thickening and inhibit collagen destruction in the dermis. Flavobacterium columnare is Gram negative bacteria which caused columnaris disease in various kinds of freshwater fishes. This study is the first report of F. columnare infection in freshwater culturing Asian sea bass in Thailand. Phenotypic characterization, antimicrobial susceptibility test and quinolone resistant-associated genes of F. columnare were performed. A total 15 of F. columnare were isolated from diseased fishes and phylogenetic analysis revealed that these isolates were belonged to genetic group 2 and 4. A total of 809 samples of pig rectal swab from slaughterhouses (n=441) and pork from retail market (n=368) were collected in the border provinces among Thailand, Cambodia, Lao PDR and Myanmar between October 2016 and March 2017. The objective of this study was to determine resistance to extended-spectrum ß-lactams (ESBLs) and colistin in Salmonella enterica and Escherichia coli. A total of Salmonella (n=463) and E. coli (n=767) were collected and determined for the ESBL-production and for the Minimum Inhibitory Concentrations (MICs) of colistin and; the presence of ESBL gene and mcr gene. In this study, we aimed to detect antimicrobial resistance determinants and virulence factor genes in V. parahaemolyticus isolates from cultivated oysters and estuarine waters in southern Thailand. A total of 594 V. parahaemolyticus isolates were collected from pooled oysters (n=361) and estuarine waters (n=233). The samples were collected monthly between March 2016 and February 2017 from Thap Put district, Phang Nga province in southern Thailand. All cats were divided randomly into 2 groups; control group (n=12) received placebo and treatment group (n=14) received PCSO-524 for 60 days. Alpha-mangostin (AM) is in the xanthone group and a main compound extracted from mangosteen (Garcinia mangostana Linn.). It is effective in antioxidant, antimicrobe and anticancer activities. However, the underlying side effects on normal cells, especially in hematopoiesis have not been investigated completely. In this research, it was aimed to elucidate the possible effects of AM on hematopoiesis using zebrafish (Danio rerio) embryos as a representative model. The results showed that AM could cause the zebrafish embryonic mortality with the concentration dependent manner. The median lethal concentration (LC50) of AM at 72 h was 5.75 ± 0.26 µM. น้ำมันเมล็ดมะรุมเป็นแหล่งของกรดไขมันไม่อิ่มตัวเชิงเดี่ยวที่ดี และมีฤทธิ์ทางชีวภาพสูง งานวิจัยนี้ศึกษาการสกัดน้ำมันจากกากเมล็ดมะรุมหลังการสกัดเชิงกลด้วยคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ภาวะเหนือวิกฤต โดยทำการทดลองในช่วง 40-70 องศาเซลเซียส และ 150-300 บาร์ที่อัตราการไหลคงที่ 10 กรัมต่อนาที เป็นเวลา 300 นาที ในเครื่องสกัดขนาด 130 มิลลิลิตร ร้อยละผลได้น้ำมันของเมล็ดมะรุมโดยใช้เครื่องอัดสกรูเดี่ยว คือ ร้อยละ 12.50 กากเมล็ดมะรุมมีน้ำมันเหลือ ร้อยละ 12.31 จากการสกัดด้วยปิโตรเลียมอีเทอร์แบบซอกห์เลต ผลการศึกษาพบว่า องค์ประกอบของกรดไขมันของน้ำมันจากกากเมล็ดมะรุมที่สกัดด้วยคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ภาวะต่าง ๆ และการสกัดด้วยตัวทำละลายมีองค์ประกอบที่ใกล้เคียงกัน โดยมีกรดโอเลอิกปริมาณมากกว่าร้อยละ 80 ภาวะที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการสกัดด้วยคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ภาวะเหนือวิกฤต คือ ความดัน 300 บาร์ อุณหภูมิ 60 องศาเซลเซียส สามารถสกัดน้ำมันได้ร้อยละผลได้สูงสุด คือ ร้อยละ 10.46 ซึ่งคิดเป็นร้อยละ 84.97 ของปริมาณน้ำมันที่เหลืออยู่ในกากเมล็ดมะรุม และมีความสามารถในการละลาย คือ 9.59 กรัมน้ำมันต่อกิโลกรัมคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ นอกจากนี้ยังมีฤทธิ์ต้านอนุมูลอิสระ และฤทธิ์ต้านการอักเสบสูงสุด คือ ร้อยละ 91.02±0.62 และ 42.87±2.89 ตามลำดับ และมีปริมาณ แอลฟา-โทโคฟีรอลสูงสุด คือ 246.06 มิลลิกรัม/100 กรัมของน้ำมัน

งานวิจัยฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา แนวคิดของผู้ประกอบการที่ส่งผลต่อการออกแบบบ้านประหยัดพลังงาน ขนาด 135-259 ตารางเมตร รวมถึงศึกษาลักษณะการใช้งาน และทัศนคติของผู้อยู่อาศัยที่มีต่อรูปแบบบ้านประหยัดพลังงาน โดย วิธีการสัมภาษณ์จากผู้ประกอบการ และแจกแบบสอบถามกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ที่เป็นผู้อยู่อาศัยในโครงการบ้านประหยัดพลังงานที่เป็น กรณีศึกษาทั้ง 2 โครงการ ได้แก่ เสนาพาร์ควิลล์ และ เสนาพาร์คแกรนด์ จำนวน 90 ตัวอย่าง สำหรับข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณและใช้การ สัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก 10 ตัวอย่างสำหรับข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ การศึกษาแนวความคิดบ้านประหยัดพลังงาน ทั้งด้านสถาปัตยกรรมและด้านงานระบบที่ส่งผลให้เกิดการประหยัด พลังงานภายในบ้าน ค้นพบว่า บ้านประหยัดพลังงานมีช่องเปิดระบายอากาศ และ สัดส่วนอาคารต่อที่ดิน สูงกว่ามาตรฐานกำหนดไว้ อีกทั้ง ระบบ Solar cell ที่ช่วยให้ลดค่าใช้จ่ายไฟฟ้า ค่าใช้จ่ายเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 700 - 4,100 ต่อเดือน ซึ่งจัดอยู่ในระดับค่าไฟฟ้าค่อนข้าง ไม่สูงมากหนักเมื่อเทียบกับบ้านขนาดเดียวกันในโครงการอื่นๆ อันนี้เป็นตัวแปรสำคัญต่อการออกแบบบ้านประหยัดพลังงาน ผลการสำรวจด้านครัวเรือน และการใช้งานพื้นที่พบว่าผู้อยู่อาศัยบ้านประหยัดพลังงานทั้ง 5 รูปแบบ ส่วนใหญ่มี สมาชิกในครัวเรือนจำนวน 4 คน มีรายได้ครัวเรือนประมาณ 100,000 ขึ้นไป ช่วงเช้า – ช่วงเย็น จะใช้งานส่วนพื้นที่ห้องรับแขกเป็น หลัก เฉลี่ยอยู่บ้านต่อวันเป็น 17 ชม. นอกจากนี้ผู้อยู่อาศัยทั้ง 5 รูปแบบ การใช้ระบบภายในบ้านที่คล้ายกัน คือ การใช้ เครื่องปรับอากาศ เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า และแผงโซลาเซลล์ ผลที่ได้รับจากบ้านประหยัดพลังงาน (ก่อนอยู่) ทั้งด้านสถาปัตยกรรม และ ด้านระบบของบ้านประหยัดพลังงาน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และ ความพึงพอใจต่อบ้านประหยัดพลังงาน(อยู่อาศัย) ทั้งด้าน สถาปัตยกรรม และด้านระบบของบ้านประหยัดพลังงานอยู่ ในระดับมากการปรับปรุงด้านสถาปัตยกรรม 3 อันดับแรก คือ ปรับปรุง รูปแบบบ้านให้มีระแนงกันแดดเข้าถึงตัวบ้าน รองลงมาคือ รูปแบบบ้านน่าจะเหมาะสมกับราคามากกว่านี้ และ อยากให้ใช้สีกับตัว บ้านมีความโดดเด่นมากกว่านี้ ผู้อยู่อาศัย ต้องการให้เพิ่มแบตเตอรี่เก็บไฟตอนกลางคืน ข้อเสนอแนะด้านอื่นๆ อยากให้ปลูกต้นไม้ที่ …

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางการออกแบบโมบายแอพลิเคชันในการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกสำหรับผู้พิการทางการเห็น 2) เพื่อรับรองแนวทางฯ 3) เพื่อประเมินโมบายแอพลิเคชันทางการศึกษาตามแนวทางฯ และ 4) เพื่อสร้างต้นแบบโมบายแอพลิเคชันทางการศึกษาตามแนวทางฯ ประชากร คือ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และ โมบายแอพลิเคชันทางการศึกษา ตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเนื้อหาหรือการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้พิการทางการเห็น หรือด้านเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษา หรือด้านการเรียนผ่านโมบายแอพลิเคชัน หรือด้านการบริหารองค์กรซึ่งทำหน้าที่ดูแลสิทธิของผู้พิการทางการเห็น จำนวน 21 ท่าน และโมบายแอพลิเคชันทางการศึกษา จำนวน 82 แอพลิเคชัน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์สำหรับผู้เชี่ยวชาญ แบบประเมินรับรองแนวทางฯ แบบบันทึกการประชุมกลุ่ม และ ตารางประเมินโมบายแอพลิเคชันทางการศึกษา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าสถิติ คะแนนรวม ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แนวทางการออกแบบโมบายแอพลิเคชันในการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกสำหรับผู้พิการทางการเห็น สรุปเป็นประเภทได้ดังนี้ 1) ด้านการเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นศูนย์กลาง 2) ด้านการเรียนแบบร่วมมือ 3) ด้านการจูงใจผู้เรียนโดยไม่เน้นการวัดประเมินผล และ 4) ด้านความรับผิดชอบในการเรียนของตนเอง ผลการประเมินโมบายแอพลิเคชันทางการศึกษาตามแนวทางฯ มีดังนี้ 1) คะแนนเฉลี่ยด้านการเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นศูนย์กลาง 2.98 คะแนน จากคะแนนเต็ม 20 คะแนน 2) คะแนนเฉลี่ยด้านการเรียนแบบร่วมมือ 1.45 คะแนน จากคะแนนเต็ม 10 คะแนน 3) คะแนนเฉลี่ยด้านการจูงใจผู้เรียนโดยไม่เน้นการวัดประเมินผล 4.21 คะแนน จากคะแนนเต็ม 12 คะแนน และ 4) คะแนนเฉลี่ยด้านความรับผิดชอบในการเรียนของตนเอง 2.18 คะแนน จากคะแนนเต็ม 5 คะแนน ผลการประเมินต้นแบบโมบายแอพลิเคชันทางการศึกษาตามแนวทางฯ มีดังนี้ 1) คะแนนเฉลี่ยด้านการเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นศูนย์กลาง 19.2 คะแนน จากคะแนนเต็ม 20 คะแนน 2) คะแนนเฉลี่ยด้านการเรียนแบบร่วมมือ 9.8 คะแนน จากคะแนนเต็ม 10 คะแนน 3) …

การพัฒนารูปแบบการสนทนาในคอมพิวเตอร์สนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันตามแนวคิดสุนทรียสนทนาเพื่อส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมเชิงนวัตกรรมสำหรับภาคีเครือข่ายสุขภาพ, รติกร เพมบริดจ์

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนารูปแบบการสนทนาในคอมพิวเตอร์สนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันตามแนวคิดสุนทรียสนทนาเพื่อส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมเชิงนวัตกรรมสำหรับภาคีเครือข่ายสุขภาพ 2) ศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบฯ และ 3) นำเสนอรูปแบบฯ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการพัฒนารูปแบบ คือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 20 ท่าน ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษา ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการสอนผู้ใหญ่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านนวัตกรรมการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการทดลอง คือ ภาคีเครือข่ายสุขภาพในโครงการสร้างเสริมความเข้มแข็งและพัฒนาขีดความสามารถในการควบคุมยาสูบของประเทศไทย จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ แบบประเมินรูปแบบฯ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบวัดพฤติกรรมเชิงนวัตกรรม แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นการเรียนด้วยรูปแบบฯ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลความแตกต่างเฉลี่ยของพฤติกรรมด้านนวัตกรรมของผู้เรียนก่อนเรียน ระหว่างเรียน และหลังเรียน ด้วยสถิติ Repeated Measured Anova โดยกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบการสนทนาในคอมพิวเตอร์สนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันตามแนวคิดสุนทรียสนทนาเพื่อส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมเชิงนวัตกรรมสำหรับภาคีเครือข่ายสุขาภาพที่พัฒนาขึ้น ประกอบไปด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ (1) องค์ประกอบด้านสมาชิกและผู้ประสาน (2) องค์ประกอบด้านโปรแกรมการสนทนาออนไลน์ (3) องค์ประกอบด้านเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์พัฒนาศักยภาพ (4) องค์ประกอบด้านการเก็บข้อมูลออนไลน์ ผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบการสนทนาในคอมพิวเตอร์สนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันตามแนวคิดสุนทรียสนทนาเพื่อส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมเชิงนวัตกรรมสำหรับภาคีเครือข่ายสุขภาพพบว่า ภาคีเครือข่ายสุขภาพมีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความสามารถด้านพฤติกรรมเชิงนวัตกรรรมหลังเรียนด้วยรูปแบบการสนทนาในคอมพิวเตอร์สนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันฯ สูงกว่าก่อนเรียนและระหว่างเรียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05­

การวิเคราะห์ลักษณะสมบัติของประชากรจุลินทรีย์และรูปแบบของเมตาบอไลต์ในคีเฟอร์ที่มีศักยภาพเป็นโพรไบโอติกด้วยเทคนิคทางอณูชีววิทยา, อัญชิสา กุลทวีสุข

คีเฟอร์เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์นมเปรี้ยวที่ได้จากกระบวนการหมักโดยกิจกรรมทางเมตาบอลิซึมของจุลินทรีย์กล้าเชื้อผสมของแบคทีเรียกรดแลคติก ยีสต์ และแบคทีเรียกรดอะซีติก อาศัยอยู่ร่วมกันแบบพึ่งพาในโครงสร้างพอลิแซ็กคาไรด์และโปรตีนที่เรียกว่า เม็ดคีเฟอร์ ในประเทศไทยพบการผลิตคีเฟอร์ภายในครัวเรือนหรืออุตสาหกรรมขนาดเล็กโดยได้รับความนิยมในกลุ่มผู้บริโภคที่ใส่ใจสุขภาพ อย่างไรก็ตามผลิตภัณฑ์ดังกล่าวยังขาดข้อมูลสนับสนุนในเชิงวิชาการ พบเพียงแต่คำกล่าวอ้างถึงประโยชน์ในเชิงสุขภาพด้านต่างๆ ดังนั้นงานวิจัยนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อคัดเลือกเม็ดคีเฟอร์ทางการค้าจากแหล่งต่างๆ ในประเทศไทย ที่มีประสิทธิภาพในกระบวนการหมัก โดยพิจารณาจากอัตราการเจริญของจุลินทรีย์กล้าเชื้อ ความสามารถในการสร้างกรด ค่าความหนืดของผลิตภัณฑ์ ร่วมกับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโปรไฟล์สารเมตาบอไลต์ชนิดระเหยง่ายและชนิดระเหยยากในผลิตภัณฑ์โดยเทคนิค SPME-GC/MS และ 1H-NMR ตามลำดับ แล้วคัดเลือกเม็ดคีเฟอร์ที่มีประชากรจุลินทรีย์กล้าเชื้อที่มีสมบัติในการเป็นโพรไบโอติกเบื้องต้นโดยพิจารณาจากความสามารถในการทนต่อสภาวะความเป็นกรด (pH=3.00) และเกลือน้ำดี (0.30%) เพื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์ระบุชนิดประชากรจุลินทรีย์ที่เป็นองค์ประกอบโดยเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์สารพันธุกรรมด้วย 16s rDNA/RNA gene sequence analysis ผลการศึกษาสามารถพบกล้าเชื้อคีเฟอร์ในประเทศไทยที่มีประสิทฺธิภาพในการหมักสูง เจริญได้ดีภายใต้สภาวะที่ใช้ในการทดสอบ ให้ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีค่าความเป็นกรดและความหนืดเหมาะสม และมีสมบัติเบื้องต้นในการเป็นจุลินทรีย์โพรไบโอติก ผลจากการวิเคราะห์ทางเมตาโบโลมิกส์สามารถระบุชนิดของสารเมตาบอไลต์ชนิดระเหยง่ายได้รวม 39 สาร และสารเมตาบอไลต์ชนิดระเหยยากได้รวม 52 สารในคีเฟอร์ ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วยสารอินทรีย์หลายกลุ่มที่มีความสำคัญต่อคุณภาพด้านกลิ่นรสของผลิตภัณฑ์ ผลการวิเคราะห์ระบุชนิดจุลินทรีย์ด้วยลำดับนิวคลีโอไทด์บริเวณ 16S rDNA/RNA พบว่าประชากรแบคทีเรียกลุ่มหลัก ได้แก่ Lactobacillus otakiensis, Lactobacillus buchneri, Lactobacillus kefiri และ Bacillus subtilis และประชากรยีสต์กลุ่มหลัก ได้แก่ Kluyveromyces marxianus, Kazachstania servazzii, Kazachstania unispora และ Kazachstania spp. ซึ่งมีรายงานเบื้องต้นถึงสมบัติการเป็นจุลินทรีย์โพรไบโอติก ผลที่ได้จากงานวิจัยนี้แสดงให้เห็นถึงข้อมูลอัตลักษณ์ทางชีวโมเลกุลและจุลินทรีย์ที่เป็นประโยชน์ในเชิงสุขภาพของกล้าเชื้อคีเฟอร์และผลิตภัณฑ์คีเฟอร์ในประเทศไทย ซึ่งมีศักยภาพในการพัฒนาต่อยอดเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารเชิงหน้าที่ (functional food) ในระดับอุตสาหกรรมได้
