The objectives of this research are to examine the acceptance of social media, Facebook in particular, among Myanmar migrant workers in Thailand by applying the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This study examines the social media communication strategies of the Bangkok National Museum (BNM) and evaluates their effectiveness in engaging Chinese audiences within a “producer–consumer” framework. Employing a mixed-methods design, the research integrates a questionnaire survey of 200 Chinese respondents with a semi-structured interview with the Museum Director. Quantitative results show that audiences hold highly positive cognitive and emotional evaluations of BNM’s Facebook and Instagram content, particularly its educational and cultural value; however, behavioral intentions, including interaction, recommendation, and cultural product purchase, remain comparatively low. This study examines how intangible cultural heritage (ICH) integrates into cultural tourism through the case of traditional Thai massage. Employing qualitative methods in using interviews and field observations, it delves into Chinese tourists' motivations, perceptions, and authenticity evaluations. Findings reveal tourists are driven by multiple factors—psychological escape, physical recovery, health consciousness—while strongly attracted by UNESCO heritage status and ritualized spaces. Results indicate tourists often transition from seeking relaxation to experiencing cultural immersion and embodied learning, highlighting Thai massage's dual function as both a health practice and cultural expression. This study investigates how storytelling elements within a traditional cultural intellectual property (IP) drive consumer engagement in the global context. Using Black Myth: Wukong—a modern adaptation of Journey to the West—as the central case, the research examines how plot, character, and verisimilitude influence the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral dimensions of player engagement.A hybrid thematic analysis of 431 comments from Bilibili and YouTube reveals that narrative components activate engagement through distinct mechanisms: plot induces a cognitive–affective–behavioral loop, characters trigger emotional–behavioral transformation, and verisimilitude creates a cognition–behavior bridge. การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการบูรณาการโครงการความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมขององค์กร (CSR Integration) ของกองทัพอากาศให้เชื่อมโยงกับวิสัยทัศน์ พันธกิจ ภารกิจหลักด้านความมั่นคง ยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ 20 ปีและเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs) โดยการทบทวนวรรณกรรมร่วมกับการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งผลการศึกษาพบว่า กองทัพอากาศมีศักยภาพอย่างมากในการดําเนินกิจกรรมความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมขององค์กรที่มุ่งเน้นการช่วยเหลือ สร้างความเข้าใจและความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับประชาชน แต่มีข้อจํากัดสําคัญ ได้แก่ การขาดความต่อเนื่องของโครงการจากการโยกย้ายกําลังพล ขาดระบบส่งต่องาน การประชาสัมพันธ์ที่ไม่ทั่วถึง ซึ่งแนวทางบูรณาการโครงการความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของกองทัพอากาศทั้งหมด 5 โครงการ ได้แก่ (1) โครงการด้านสุขภาพและคุณภาพชีวิต (2) โครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพคนและการศึกษา (3) โครงการสังคมปลอดภัยและวัฒนธรรมรับผิดชอบร่วม (4) โครงการชุมชนสีเขียว และ (5) โครงการพลังงานสีเขียวและการรับมือการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ จะช่วยให้กิจกรรมความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของกองทัพอากาศที่มีอยู่ได้รับการต่อยอดและเชื่อมโยงกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs) จากเดิม 6 ด้านเป็น 13 ด้าน อีกทั้งขยายผลกรอบแนวคิด The “5 Ps” เพิ่มเติมใน 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ Planet People Prosperity และPartnership ที่ครอบคลุม ESG ได้ทุกด้าน รวมถึงเสนอการพัฒนาเชิงนโยบาย 4 ระดับ ตั้งแต่ระดับยุทธศาสตร์ องค์กร บุคลากร และสังคม เพื่อขับเคลื่อนกองทัพอากาศไปสู่การบูรณาการเชิงยุทธศาสตร์และการสร้างคุณค่าร่วม (CSV) สามารถพัฒนาเป็น “กองทัพเพื่อความมั่นคงและความยั่งยืนแห่งชาติ” ได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

การศึกษาพลวัตทางสถานะสุขภาพของประชากรสูงอายุมีความสำคัญต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมระบบสาธารณสุขในอนาคต โดยปกติการวิเคราะห์มักใช้แบบจำลองหลายสถานะ (multi-state model) ผ่านข้อมูลการติดตามระยะยาว (longitudinal data) อย่างไรก็ตาม ด้วยสภาพความจำกัดของข้อมูลประเภทดังกล่าวในประเทศไทย งานศึกษาฉบับนี้จึงได้พัฒนาแบบจำลองหลายสถานะรูปแบบมาร์คอฟ (Markov) โดยประยุกต์ใช้ข้อมูลภาคตัดขวาง จากการสำรวจประชากรสูงอายุในประเทศไทยสองรอบล่าสุด คือ พ.ศ. 2564 และ 2567 เพื่อประมาณค่าความน่าจะเป็นของการเปลี่ยนสถานะทางสุขภาพ ระหว่างสถานะอิสระ พึ่งพิง และการตาย ในช่วง 3 ปี รวมทั้ง เพื่อคาดประมาณประชากรจำแนกตามสถานะทางสุขภาพ จนถึง พ.ศ. 2579 และประเมินความเป็นไปได้ในการบรรลุเป้าหมาย เรื่องอัตราส่วนประชากรสถานะอิสระต่อประชากรสถานะพึ่งพิง ตามแผนยุทธศาสตร์ชาติระยะ 20 ปี ด้านสาธารณสุข ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ความน่าจะเป็นของการคงอยู่ในสถานะอิสระ และการคงอยู่ในสถานะพึ่งพิง จะมีแนวโน้มลดลงเมื่ออายุเพิ่มขึ้น ในขณะที่ความน่าจะเป็นของการเปลี่ยนสถานะจากอิสระเป็นพึ่งพิงกลับมีแนวโน้มเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับธรรมชาติของการเสื่อมถอยทางสุขภาพ และการเพิ่มขึ้นของความเสี่ยงในการเสียชีวิต ซึ่งสะท้อนผ่านแนวโน้มของความน่าจะเป็นในการเสียชีวิต ทั้งจากสถานะอิสระและสถานะพึ่งพิง ที่สูงขึ้นตามอายุ โดยในเชิงทฤษฎี ผลการศึกษายืนยันการดำรงอยู่ของปรากฏการณ์ความย้อนแย้งระหว่างการเจ็บป่วยและการเสียชีวิต (morbidity–mortality paradox) กล่าวคือ ประชากรเพศชายมีความน่าจะเป็นของการเสียชีวิตจากสถานะอิสระสูง แต่มีความน่าจะเป็นของการเข้าสู่สถานะพึ่งพิงต่ำ ในขณะที่ประชากรเพศหญิงแม้จะมีแนวโน้มอายุยืนยาวมากกว่า แต่ต้องใช้ชีวิตร่วมกับสถานะพึ่งพิงเป็นระยะเวลานาน นอกจากนี้ สำหรับการประเมินความเป็นไปได้ของอัตราส่วนเป้าหมาย ที่คำนวณจากประชากรคาดประมาณ พ.ศ. 2579 การศึกษาพบว่า อัตราส่วนภาพรวมทุกกลุ่มอายุที่คำนวณได้สูงกว่าเกณฑ์เป้าหมายเป็นอย่างมาก โดยเฉพาะเพศชาย อย่างไรก็ตาม ค่าที่สูงนี้อาจไม่ได้สะท้อนว่าประชากรจะมีสุขภาพดีอย่างแท้จริง เนื่องจากเป็นผลกระทบจากอัตราการเสียชีวิตที่สูง จึงส่งผลให้ตัวหารของอัตราส่วนมีค่าน้อย อีกทั้งเมื่อวิเคราะห์รายกลุ่มอายุกลับพบว่า ประชากรเพศหญิงที่มีอายุ 81 ปีขึ้นไป มีอัตราส่วนต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์เป้าหมาย ผลการศึกษานี้จึงชี้ให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของการพิจารณารายละเอียดของประชากรอย่างถี่ถ้วน เพื่อค้นหากลุ่มประชากรที่เปราะบางทางสุขภาพ และนำไปสู่การพัฒนานโยบายสาธารณสุขที่เฉพาะเจาะจงสำหรับแต่ละกลุ่มประชากรอย่างแท้จริง

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) วิเคราะห์แนวโน้มโครงสร้างทางประชากร ทุนมนุษย์ และความเหลื่อมล้ำทางรายได้ที่มีต่อการเจริญเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจทั่วโลกในช่วงปี ค.ศ. 1960–2020 (2) เปรียบเทียบผลกระทบของปัจจัยดังกล่าวในกลุ่มประเทศที่จำแนกตามสถานะการเข้าสู่สังคมสูงอายุ ณ ปี ค.ศ. 2020 และ (3) เสนอแนะแนวทางเชิงนโยบายเพื่อการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจอย่างยั่งยืนภายใต้บริบทสังคมสูงวัย โดยใช้ข้อมูลพาเนลแบบไม่สมดุล (Unbalanced panel data) จาก 123 ประเทศ และวิเคราะห์ด้วยแบบจำลอง Fixed effects, Random effects และ Two-stage least squares (2SLS)ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่า โครงสร้างอายุประชากรมีผลต่อการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจแตกต่างกันตามระดับการเข้าสู่สังคมสูงอายุ โดยในประเทศสังคมสูงอายุ ประชากรวัยแรงงานยังคงเป็นแรงขับเคลื่อนหลัก ในขณะที่การเพิ่มขึ้นของอายุคาดเฉลี่ยเมื่อแรกเกิดมีส่วนสนับสนุนการเจริญเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจ ซึ่งสะท้อนความสำคัญของนโยบายด้านสุขภาพ คุณภาพชีวิต และการส่งเสริมการทำงานในวัยสูงอายุ อันเอื้อต่อการบรรจบกันทางเศรษฐกิจ (Economic convergence) ในทางตรงกันข้าม ภาพรวมทั่วโลกและประเทศที่ยังไม่เข้าสู่สังคมสูงอายุกลับพบความสัมพันธ์เชิงลบ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการเพิ่มขึ้นของประชากรวัยพึ่งพิง (ประชากรวัยเด็กและวัยสูงอายุ) และการย้ายถิ่นที่ขาดการบูรณาการทักษะอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ซึ่งส่งผลให้เศรษฐกิจชะลอตัวนอกจากนี้ ทุนมนุษย์ที่วัดจากจำนวนปีการศึกษาเฉลี่ยเพียงอย่างเดียวไม่เพียงพอต่อการเติบโตในระยะยาว หากไม่พัฒนาทักษะให้สอดคล้องกับตลาดแรงงาน ในขณะที่การเปิดเสรีทางการค้ามีบทบาทสำคัญต่อการเติบโตและการบรรจบกันทางเศรษฐกิจในทุกกลุ่มประเทศ อย่างไรก็ดี การเพิ่มขึ้นของทุนต่อรายประชากรสะท้อนข้อจำกัดด้านประสิทธิภาพการใช้ทุนหรือผลตอบแทนส่วนเพิ่มที่ลดลง โดยภาพรวมชี้ให้เห็นว่า ประเทศรายได้น้อยยังมีศักยภาพในการเจริญเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจได้ทันประเทศรายได้สูง ภายใต้การบริหารจัดการโครงสร้างประชากร การยกระดับคุณภาพทุนมนุษย์ และนโยบายเศรษฐกิจที่สอดรับกับบริบทสังคมสูงอายุ

This randomized controlled trial with repeated measures aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of an integrated application supported MBCT program in reducing depression among adolescents with NSSI. The sample consisted of 96 participants who met the inclusion criteria and were randomly assigned to either the experimental group or control group, with 48 participants in each group. Human head lice (Pediculus humanus capitis) are medically significant ectoparasites due to their capacity to harbor pathogenic bacteria and the increasing prevalence of insecticide resistance. A total of 112 head lice specimens were collected from children in Ang Thong, central Thailand. Phylogenetic analysis of the mitochondrial cytb gene identified two well-supported clades, with clade A (69.2%) predominating over clade C (30.8%) in the studied population. Molecular screening revealed a high incidence of bacterial associations, with Staphylococcus aureus detected in 96.4% of specimens and Acinetobacter spp. in 2.7%. The 2024 Doctor of Medicine curriculum at Chulalongkorn University introduced a new assessment system comprising outcome-based assessment system with milestones, a non-tiered grading model with recognition of excellence, a professional development dashboard (PDD), remediation with re-examination, and a faculty-level student profile (FLSP). This study employed a quantitative cross-sectional survey design, complemented by a sequential exploratory element, to compare student and faculty perspectives using a questionnaire across five themes, analyzed with descriptive statistics, Mann-Whitney U tests, and effect sizes (ES). Background: Thailand frequently experiences public health emergencies (PHEs) that severely disrupt pharmaceutical supply chain (PSC) management. This study addresses the urgent need for a specialized assessment tool to identify system weaknesses, support timely risk management, and enhance national preparedness planning.Methods: Utilizing a sequential exploratory mixed-methods design (July 2022–July 2024), the study began with a scoping review to identify existing frameworks. Following this, in-depth interviews with 36 key stakeholders synthesized conceptual domains. Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy has revolutionized the treatment of B-cell malignancies. Nevertheless, relapse due to loss of CD19 expression remains a major clinical challenge. CD22 serves as an alternative target because of its consistent expression on malignant B cells, even in CD19-negative disease. Optimization of CD22-directed CAR design is therefore critical to enhance antitumor potency and persistence. Two novel anti-CD22 CAR constructs were generated from monoclonal antibody clones 24A7G6 and 29H9C8, each incorporating either a 4-1BB or CD28 costimulatory domain. With the high prevalence of mental health issues, especially among college students, research on help-seeking behaviour is needed. This study aims to investigate the theory of planned behaviour, as well as social stigma and self-stigma as extended factors, in predicting help-seeking intention. Help-seeking intention was measured through the intention to use free-of-charge mental health services provided by the university. A sample of 105 undergraduates studying at Chulalongkorn University answered self-reported questions regarding help-seeking intention, attitude toward help-seeking, subjective norms, perceived behavioural control (PBC), self-stigma, social stigma, knowledge about mental health, knowledge about mental health services, and informal help-seeking. This research focuses on Chinese mothers accompanying their children to study in Thailand, exploring their life experiences, identity transformation, and social adaptation within this transnational educational migration phenomenon. A mixed research method (questionnaire survey and interviews) was employed, systematically analyzing data from 151 questionnaires and 13 interviewed mothers. Results show that these accompanying mothers generally possess high levels of education and economic capability, with most abandoning their original professions for their children's education, forming a transnational family structure of husband remaining in China, wife accompanying her child in Thailand. A potentiometric aptasensor was developed for the rapid and label-free detection of Escherichia coli (E. coli), a major food- and water-borne pathogen of public health concern. The sensor utilized a laser-induced graphene (LIG) electrode fabricated by laser engraving on a polyimide substrate, followed by modification with an ion marker, coating with a carboxylated poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC–COOH) membrane, and immobilization of an E. coli-specific aptamer. A promising technique for eliminating CIP from the environment is photocatalysis. The synthesis of C,N-doped TiO2 embedded within magnetite mesoporous silica (MSI) composites is prepared to serve as a promising semiconductor catalyst for photodegradation under visible illumination. This research focuses on the development of two biopolymer-based colorimetric platforms for ammonia detection in environmental water and gaseous samples. To detect ammonia in water samples, an agarose hydrogel membrane containing salicylate, hypochlorite, and sodium nitroprusside was incorporated into a flow analysis system to perform the Berthelot reaction within the gel. Ammonium in the sample was converted to monochloramine in an alkaline reagent stream, and its subsequent interaction with the sensing membrane yielded an indosalicylate blue chromophore, causing the gel to change from pale yellow to green–blue as the ammonia concentration increased. Climate change has increased the frequency and intensity of extreme temperature events (ETEs; heat and cold waves), concomitantly affecting PM2.5 fluctuation. However, limited research has investigated the interaction of ETEs and PM2.5 on mortality, particularly in tropical regions where the interaction could influence differently from cold countries. A two-stage time-series using distributed lag non-linear models was employed to estimate region-specific relative risks and 95% confidence intervals (RRs and 95% CIs) of ETEs and PM2.5 on daily cardiovascular and respiratory mortality. การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สถานการณ์และรูปแบบการใช้สารเสพติดร่วมของผู้ใช้สารเสพติดที่รับการบำบัดสารเสพติดในโรงพยาบาลรัฐบาลในเขต ภาคใต้ และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยคัดสรร ได้แก่ อายุ เพศ อาชีพ ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพสมรส อายุที่เริ่มใช้สารเสพติด ระยะเวลาการใช้สารเสพติด การดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ การสูบบุหรี่ ภาวะซึมเศร้า ความวิตกกังวลขณะปัจจุบัน การวิตกกังวลประจำบุคคล การเผชิญความเครียดด้านการมุ่งแก้สาเหตุปัญหา การเผชิญความเครียดด้านการจัดการกับอารมณ์ และสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว กับพฤติกรรมการใช้สารเสพติดของผู้ใช้สารเสพติดหลายชนิดร่วมกันในภาคใต้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเพื่อตอบวัตถุประสงค์วิจัยข้อ 1 คือ ผู้ใช้สารเสพติด จำนวน 111 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่างเพื่อตอบวัตถุประสงค์วิจัยข้อ 2 คือ ผู้ใช้สารเสพติดหลายชนิดร่วมกัน จำนวน 211 คน ทั้งเพศชายและหญิง ที่มีอายุ 20 – 59 ปี ที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกตามเกณฑ์คุณสมบัติที่กำหนดไว้ ซึ่งเข้ารับการบำบัดรักษายาเสพติดแบบผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลรัฐบาลในเขตภาคใต้ ได้แก่ โรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์สงขลา โรงพยาบาลมหาราช นครศรีธรรมราช โรงพยาบาลสิชล และโรงพยาบาลพระพรหม จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยมี 5 ชุด คือ 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการใช้สารเสพติด 3) แบบประเมินภาวะซึมเศร้า 9Q 4) แบบวัดความวิตกกังวล STAI 5) แบบวัดการเผชิญความเครียต และ 6) แบบสอบถามสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติไคสแคว์ และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สันผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. จากผลการศึกษาสถานการณ์และรูปแบบการใช้สารเสพติดในภาคใต้ พบว่า ผู้ใช้สารเสพติดเพียงชนิดเดียวมีเพียง 23 คน (ร้อยละ 20.7) และผู้ใช้สารเสพติดส่วนใหญ่มีพฤติกรรมการใช้สารเสพติดหลายชนิดร่วมกัน 88 คน (ร้อยละ 79.3) จำแนกเป็นใช้สารเสพติดสองชนิดร่วมกัน 76 คน (ร้อยละ 68.5) และใช้สารเสพติดสามชนิดร่วมกัน …

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาต้นแบบระบบการบริหารจัดการงานบำรุงรักษาอัจฉริยะ (Intelligent Maintenance System:IMS) สำหรับโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมระบบอัตโนมัติ โดยประยุกต์กระบวนการค้นหาในปริภูมิสถานะ (State Space Search) เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการวางแผนบำรุงรักษา งานวิจัยใช้กรณีศึกษาจากโรงงานผลิตสายไฟฟ้าในประเทศไทย ซึ่งมีเครื่องจักรอัตโนมัติมากกว่า 20 เครื่องและอะไหล่มากกว่า 3,000 รายการต่อเครื่องจักร ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยใช้แนวทางแบบผสมผสาน (Mixed-method) ด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและการสำรวจเชิงปริมาณเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการยอมรับระบบการบริหารจัดการงานบำรุงรักษาอัจฉริยะตามกรอบแนวคิดแบบจำลองการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี (Technology Acceptance Model: TAM) และการประเมินความเป็นไปได้ทางธุรกิจด้วยกรอบ (Business Model Canvas:BMC) พร้อมทั้งพัฒนาโปรแกรมต้นแบบด้วยภาษา Python เพื่อจำลองการวางแผนการบำรุงรักษาอัจฉริยะด้วยการทดสอบทั้งอัลกอริทึมการค้นหาแบบไม่รู้ข้อมูล (Uninformed Search) และแบบรู้ข้อมูล (Informed Search) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพในการค้นหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่าการประยุกต์ใช้การค้นหาในปริภูมิสถานะสามารถระบุช่วงเวลาบำรุงรักษาที่เหมาะสม โดยพิจารณาจากต้นทุนการบำรุงรักษา อายุคงเหลือของอะไหล่ และค่าความเสี่ยง อีกทั้งระบบยังสามารถจำลองสถานการณ์บำรุงรักษาในเดือนที่กำหนด งบประมาณต่อเดือน ปรับเปลียนอายุการใช้งานคงเหลือของอะไหล่ รวมถึงจำลองการชำรุดของอะไหล่เพื่อให้การวางแผนบำรุงรักษามีประสิทธิภาพสูงกว่าวิธีการบำรุงรักษาตามรอบแบบเดิม ข้อเสนอจากการวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นถึงศักยภาพในการพัฒนาระบบการบริหารจัดการงานบำรุงรักษาอัจฉริยะเพื่อใช้งานเชิงพาณิชย์ และต่อยอดสู่กลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมอื่น ตลอดจนการพัฒนาอัลกอริทึมขั้นสูงเพิ่มเติมเพื่อเพิ่มความฉลาดของระบบให้สอดคล้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเทคโนโลยีและอุตสาหกรรมในอนาคต

การวิจัยเชิงทดลองฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลฉับพลันของ การเพ่งความตั้งใจแบบภายใน (internal focus) และการเพ่งความตั้งใจแบบภายนอก (external focus) ที่มีต่อความสามารถในการเคลื่อนที่เปลี่ยนทิศทางทางด้านข้าง (Side-step cutting: SSC) ตัวแปรทางชีวกลศาสตร์ และความเสี่ยงต่อการบาดเจ็บของเอ็นไขว้หน้าหัวเข่า (cutting Movement Assessment Score: CMAS) ในกลุ่มนักกีฬารักบี้ฟุตบอลเพศหญิง จำนวน 13 คน อายุระหว่าง 18–24 ปี โดยให้ผู้เข้าร่วมทำการเคลื่อนที่เปลี่ยนทิศทางด้วยขาข้างถนัดและขาข้างที่ไม่ถนัด ภายใต้เงื่อนไขการเพ่งความตั้งใจแบบภายใน การเพ่งความตั้งใจแบบภายนอก และเงื่อนไขควบคุม ใช้รูปแบบการถ่วงดุลลำดับ (counterbalance design) เพื่อกำหนดลำดับเงื่อนไขการทดสอบ โดยเว้นระยะห่าง 7 วันระหว่างแต่ละครั้ง วิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างทางสถิติของค่าเฉลี่ยของความสามารถในการเคลื่อนที่เปลี่ยนทิศทางชีวกลศาสตร์การเคลื่อนที่เปลี่ยนทิศทาง และความเสี่ยงในการเกิดการบาดเจ็บของเอ็นไขว้หน้าหัวเข่า ด้วยสถิติ paired-sample t-test และ one-way ANOVA with repeated measures ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้เข้าร่วมงานวิจัยสามารถเพ่งความตั้งใจไปยังตำแหน่งที่กำหนดได้อย่างถูกต้องตามเงื่อนไขการเพ่งความตั้งใจที่ได้รับ อย่างไรก็ตาม ไม่พบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติของระยะทาง ความเร็ว และตัวแปรทาง ชีวกลศาสตร์ภายใต้เงื่อนไขการเพ่งความตั้งใจที่ต่างกัน ส่วนคะแนน CMAS ของขาข้างที่ไม่ถนัดภายใต้การเพ่งความตั้งใจแบบภายนอก (3.25±1.15) มีค่าต่ำที่สุด (p = 0.07) แสดงถึงคุณภาพการเคลื่อนไหวที่ดีและความเสี่ยงต่อการบาดเจ็บที่ลดลงสรุปผลการวิจัย การเพ่งความตั้งใจแบบภายนอกแม้ไม่ส่งผลต่อผลลัพธ์ด้านความสามารถในการเคลื่อนที่เปลี่ยนทิศทางและตัวแปรทางชีวกลศาสตร์โดยรวม แต่แสดงแนวโน้มที่ช่วยให้คุณภาพการเคลื่อนไหวของขาข้างที่ไม่ถนัดดีขึ้น โดยสะท้อนผ่านคะแนน CMAS ที่ต่ำกว่าเมื่อเทียบกับเงื่อนไขอื่น ชี้ให้เห็นว่าคำชี้แจงการเพ่งความตั้งใจแบบภายนอกอาจมีศักยภาพในการพัฒนารูปแบบการเคลื่อนไหวในขาข้างที่ไม่ถนัด ทั้งนี้ควรมีการศึกษาเพิ่มเติมด้วยการเพิ่มขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างและศึกษาผลของการเพ่งความตั้งใจในระยะยาวเพื่อยืนยันผลลัพธ์ของการใช้คำชี้แจงการเพ่งความตั้งใจ
