Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
This paper introduces the concept of Directed Single Valued Neutrosophic Graphs (DSVNG) and explains how to determine the degree and total degree of vertices, considering both indegree and outdegree, along with the maximum and minimum degrees of a DSVNG. The properties of these aspects are analyzed through examples. Additionally, the paper identifies the effective edges of a DSVNG and explores the effective indegree, effective outdegree of vertices, as well as the effective maximum and minimum degrees in relation to indegree and outdegree with examples.

Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
Fourier transform is one of the oldest and well-known technique in the field of mathematics and engineering mathematical works. As the concept of uncertainty has been introduced in the mathematics, most of the works gravitate towards the use Neutrosophic set. So, it is also important to study the Fourier transform in the sense of Neutrosophic set. In this paper we have applied the Neutrosophic Fourier transform in solving heat equation, and integral equation. Where detailed examples are given to clarify each case

(M,A,N)-Fuzzy Neutrosophic Sets And Their Topological Structure, Samajh Singh Thakur, Saeid Jafari
Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
In this paper the concept of (m, a, n)-fuzzy neutrosophic set is introduced and its basic operations are studied. It is shown by examples that the class of (m, a, n)-fuzzy neutrosophic sets properly contains the class of q-rung orthopair neutrosophic sets. Moreover, a topological structure on (m, a, n)-fuzzy neutrosophic sets is created, and the topological notions such as closure, interior, subspace, connectedness, and separation axioms, are extended to (m, a, n)-fuzzy neutrosophic sets and explore their properties in (m, a, n)-fuzzy neutrosophic topological spaces.

Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
In this paper we define the notion of possibly paraconsistent sets. We introduce algebraic operations on them and we analyze their properties. Moreover, it is shown that our class can be considered as isomorphic to the classes of intuitionistic and weak rough sets (with the assumption that intersection, union and complement are understood in an appropriate manner). Hence, the framework of paraconsistent sets can be treated as a new semantics for three-valued logic. Two less typical operations on possibly paraconsistent sets are studied too. They do not give us de Morgan algebra but rather a bisemilattice with only one absorption …

Key Performance Indicators In Technology Firms Using Generalized Fermatean Neutrosophic Competition Graph, Wadei Faris Al-Omeri, M Kaviyarasu, M Rajeshwari
Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
This study investigates fermatean neutrosophic digraphs, generalized fermatean neutrosophic digraphs, and the out-neighborhood of vertices inside generalized fermatean neutrosophic digraphs. It looks at the qualities and characteristics of generalized fermatean neutrosophic competition graphs and their matrix representations. It also establishes the minimal graph, competition number for generalized fermatean neutrosophic competition graphs, and relevant features. Finally, the paper addresses a practical implementation of these ideas.

Plithogenic Forest Hypersoft Sets In Plithogenic Contradiction Based Multi-Criteria Decision Making, P. Sathya, Nivetha Martin, Florentine Smarandache
Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
Plithogenic based decision making approaches are more versatile and accommodative with regard to attribute handling This paper introduces the concepts of Plithogenic Forest hypersoft set (PFHS) and develops a Plithogenic centered decision-making model with PFHS representations. The Plithogenic method of devising decisions based on contradictions is integrated with the newly introduced representations of PFHS to develop a robust decision-making technique to deal with attributes and sub-attributive values at a larger scale. The integrated method proposed in this work is applied to a decision-making problem of site selection for establishing manufacturing plants. The core attributes are identified and the respective Plithogenic …

Integrated Merec-Cocoso Approach Using Score Function Ofneutrosophic For Location Selection Of Special Economic Zone, Debashis Ghosh, Bahnishikha Roy Muhuri, G. S. Mahapatra, B. S. Mahapatra
Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
Special economic zones (SEZs) are essential if a developing country is to boost economic growth. The selection of an SEZ site might be viewed as a multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) difficulty because of the many conflicting aspects connected to different locations. This work presents a flexible neutrosophic MCDM approach for optimal SEZ site search. The single-valued neutrosophic sets transform the qualitative evaluation of the criteria for SEZ alternatives into a quantitative evaluation. The method based on removal effect on criteria (MEREC) approach is improved in a neutrosophic environment to ascertain the relevance of every characteristic of SEZ alternatives. We suggested a …

Conservation of natural resources like water, soil, and biodiversity is necessary for ecological balance and human survival. This article aims to identify potential ways to conserve natural resources while maintaining a balance between ecology and human survival. An integrated neutrosophic CRiteria Importance Through Intercriteria (CRITIC)-Multi-Atributive Ideal-Real Comparative Analysis (MAIRCA) approach is developed to handle uncertain and inconsistent information. The linguistic assessments of the criteria are quantified through single-valued neutrosophic sets (SVNSs). The CRITIC method evaluates the criteria weights to avoid subjective and biased assessments. The MAIRCA approach is improved in a neutrosophic context to identify the ranking of the alternatives. …

Neutrosophic Rhotrices For Improved Diagnostic Accuracy Through Score Rhotrix Computation, Ananda Priya B, Gnanachandra P, Saeid Jafari, Florentin Smarandache
Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
We introduce neutrosophic rhotrices, which serve as a novel extension of neutrosophic matrices. The primary objective is to establish the foundational structure for neutrosophic rhotrices and to define crucial operations that can be performed on them. We explore the concept of neutrosophic rhotrices in depth, outlining the fundamental operations necessary for their effective manipulation. Furthermore, we investigate the essential properties of neutrosophic rhotrices utilizing these newly established operations. In addition, we provide an algorithm designed to enhance decision-making processes in medical diagnostics, supported by an illustrative example to clarify its application.

Mechanistic Study Of Dna Ligase Iv-Mediated Double-Strand Break Repair In Non-Homologous End Joining, Tasmin Naila, Alan E. Tomkinson
Biomedical Sciences ETDs
Non-homologous end joining (NHEJ) is a crucial double-strand break repair pathway in mammalian cells, resolving DNA damage from ionizing radiation and during V(D)J recombination. Although DNA Ligase IV is the only mammalian DNA ligase involved in NHEJ, it functions as a single-turnover enzyme in vitro. Recent cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) studies revealed two LigIV molecules at the NHEJ synapse, supporting the hypothesis that two ligase molecules are needed for DSB repair by NHEJ. This study aims to validate this hypothesis by providing evidence for coordinated ligation at optimal distance and polarity preference for catalytic activity by LigIV. We determined that coordination …

Methods For Efficient Computation Of Neutron Multiplicity Distributions And Snm Sample Characterization, Jawad Ribhi Moussa
Methods For Efficient Computation Of Neutron Multiplicity Distributions And Snm Sample Characterization, Jawad Ribhi Moussa
Nuclear Engineering ETDs
This dissertation advances neutron multiplicity counting (NMC) by developing a hierarchy of computational methods that combine deterministic and stochastic techniques with modern machine learning for improved special nuclear material (SNM) characterization. A system state-updating Monte Carlo method is introduced in addition to a dynamic point kinetic model based on a backward Master equation (BME) formulation. These models, along with newly developed distribution reconstruction methods, enable more efficient computation of neutron count distributions in a fixed detector time-gate. NMC limitations associated with finite-size and neutron phase effects are also addressed by extending the BME model to account for time-gated neutron count …

Learning - and teaching - about the Constitution is not easy, but it is important. It was written so long ago by some powerful men that many of us cannot easily relate to. But they conceived of a living, breathing document whose intentions would guide future generations. Today we will begin to explore why it is important to strive to make the Constitution seem real and applicable to our lives. The Constitution provides guidelines for how government should work. And it provides for the basic individual rights and freedoms we enjoy in the United States.

On Extension Of Metricspace To Neutro Hypermetricspace, Kianoosh Polvan
Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
Polvan introduced the impression of strong neutro metricspaces. He demonstrtated this impression depending on the neutro precepts from the neutro function one of the impressions of Smarandache. In this study, we introduce an extension of neutro metricspaces as neutro hypermetricspaces and investigated their qualities. We show that neutro hypermetricspaces are an extension of metricspaces and analyzed the relations between metricspaces and neutro hypermetricspaces. The basic impressions such as open positive-ball subsets and open negative-ball subsets are defined and are presented by some finite and finite neutro hypermetricspaces. Based on the open positive-ball subsets and open negative-ball subsets, we demonstrate the …

Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
Leadership in education needs to transcend, be responsive, and be adaptable to the boundaries of school leadership. Distributed leadership refers to various organizational stakeholders with a transformative framework and methodology. This paper proposed a decision-making methodology to evaluate distributed leadership in education based on multiple criteria and alternatives. The multi-criteria decision-making is used to deal with multiple criteria and alternatives. The Multi Attributive Border Approximation Area Comparison (MABAC) approach ranks the alternatives. The neutrosophic set was used to deal with uncertainty and vague information in decision-making problems. This study used the neutrosophic HyperSoft Set. Neutrosophic HyperSoft Set is a new …

Unveiling Uncertainty: Neutrosophic Set-Based Algorithms For Robust Decision-Making, A. A. Salama, Huda E. Khalid, Ahmed G. Mabrouk
Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
Traditional decision-making methods often struggle with inherent uncertainty and imprecision in data. Neutrosophic set-based algorithms offer a novel approach by incorporating degrees of truth, indeterminacy, and falsity. This paper explores the structure and implementation of these algorithms, highlighting their potential to handle real-world complexities. The application of neutrosophic sets in medical diagnosis is presented as a case study, demonstrating how the algorithm aids in evaluating probabilities for various diagnoses under uncertain conditions. The paper concludes by discussing limitations and potential applications in diverse fields.

For centuries, acequias and small grist mills in northern New Mexico villages played a major role in the agricultural economy of the region following the introduction of wheat from the Old World to the Americas. Wheat, in its ground form as flour, was a staple during the Spanish colonial period of the region. To process raw wheat, local mills (molinos) were essential infrastructure as were the acequias (ditches) that powered them. Most molinos were built from logs and were situated near the banks of watercourses. The wheel and axle were driven by the gravity force of water drawn …
