Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
The notion of Neutrosophic sets first introduced by Smarandache in 1998 as a generalization of intu itionistic fuzzy sets. Furthermore, Al-Tahan in 2022 introduced the notion of NeutroHyperstructures. Inspired by this research, in this study, we extend NeutroAlgebra and NeutroOrderedAlgebra by introducing two new concepts: NeutroHyperring and NeutroOrderedHyperring. These new concepts enrich the existing framework by incorporating neutrosophic elements, enabling the exploration of complex relationships and uncertainties within algebraic and ordered structures. Furthermore, NeutroHyperring applications on the NeutroRing is also introduced.

Modeling Social Evolution, Involution, And Indeterminacy: A Neutrosophic-Cultural Algorithm Approach, Antonios Paraskevas, Florentin Smarandache
Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
Neutrosophic Sociology, or Neutrosociology, is the study of sociology using neutrosophic scientific methods for understanding the dynamics of social systems within complex environments. When a social change occurs, the society evolves with respect to some parameters, regresses with respect to others, and remains the same or experiences an unclear change (indeterminacy) with respect to another set of parameters. This mirrors neutrosophic logic: true (), neutral or indeterminate (ℐ), and false (ℱ). The main concept of cultural algorithms is a generalization of the idea that evolution has at its base both racial learning within species and social learning within human societies. …

A new area of study called "neutrosophic graph theory" uses neutrosophic logic to expand on traditional graph theory to include ambiguous, indeterminate, and uncertain information. This paper gives a thorough introduction to neutrosophic graphs, including their definition, components, uses, and difficulties. Neutrosophic graphs let you show and analyze relationships that aren't clear-cut because they give vertices and edges different levels of truth, indeterminacy, and falsity. Image processing, social network analysis, pattern recognition, and decision-making in the face of uncertainty all use neutrosophic graphs. However, we still need to resolve issues like interpretability and computational complexity. All things considered, neutrosophic graphs …

This talk will begin by discussing how myriad types of organizations in society shape the onset and dynamics of civil war. Drawing on insights from the Foundations of Rebel Group Emergence dataset, I highlight how varying structural and sociopolitical conditions facilitate the rise of rebel groups from different types of pre-existing organizations. We then turn attention to how these organizational roots continue to shape interactions between combatants, as well as civilians, during the course of the conflict. Although the scholarship on civil wars predominantly focuses on …
