This article explores how scientific communication with disability can foster social inclusion through an awareness of the challenge of conveying ambiguous perceptions across fields. This is a timely topic because inclusive communication facilitates equity and subsequent participation in academic and socio-cultural settings by persons with disabilities; however, the existing body of literature does not take an approach that represents an intrinsic indeterminacy of human perceptions. Absent this intrinsic human quality, research results oversimplify abilities and failures to include persons with disabilities. This study examines the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Dominican Republic SMEs through a PESTLE-neutrosophic analysis. PESTLE stands for Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Legal and Environmental factors. Neutrosophic is the Philosophy of Indeterminacy. Therefore, we focus on the factors relative to AI adoption in the Dominican Republic—specifiers to the benefits and drawbacks, as well as, the unknowns of operating with AI—with the intention of illuminating attention. The findings support a phased approach for SMEs to view indeterminacy as an opportunity for competitive advantage through improved operational efficiencies, enhanced customer experience, and more informed decision-making. This study expands upon neutrosophics by establishing a novel neutrosophic model for the evaluation of ventilatory capabilities of Peruvian league 1 soccer professionals in response to an urgent need for such scientific studies to accommodate uncertainty associated with generally physiological measurements. The union of neutrosophic statistics principles with spirometric results and cardiopulmonary exercise testing produces a neuto model that effectively operates at 93.2% accuracy measured by 3 factors—(1) identification of asymptomatic ventilatory deficiencies, (2) assessment of respiratory compensatory thresholds reached during play, (3) participant identification for ranking by neutrosophic determination of results and application of aggregation operators. In recent years, Guayaquil fell prey to higher levels of organized extortion compared to territorialized criminal organizations over territory, institutional weaknesses, and socio-spatial inequalities. Thus, while extortion emerged as an increasingly specialized crime, there are limited empirical studies to evaluate the crime's spatiotemporal nature or its determinants. This study addresses the phenomenon of prioritization of risks during large-scale audits as risks evident in the complicated environment and uncertain information are challenging to mitigate. The importance of the topic is that for complicated entities with high uncertainty, high impact, and low/high probability of audit detection, proper allocation in this resource sensitive 21st century is needed for effective audit. This manuscript examines the routing of mobile prenatal clinics in Ecuador, focusing on maternal and infant health in vulnerable, hard-to-reach areas. This assessment is significant because even with new developments geographically expanding access to mobile prenatal clinics, there remain accessibility gaps for vulnerable women located in hard-to-reach, topographic regions where it's uncertain if they truly need services or can assess whether they can travel to a clinic. The FAIM (Fuzzy-Neutrosophic Academic Integrity Model) is a novel approach developed to assess academic integrity among university students under conditions of uncertainty. This model emerged as a response to the challenges posed by the sudden shift from face-to-face to virtual education during the COVID-19 pandemic. This environment saw a notable increase in dishonest academic behavior. FAIM integrates fuzzy logic and neutrosophic reasoning to capture the complexity and indeterminacy of students’ conduct. Key variables associated with academic dishonesty—motivation, justification, and opportunities—were examined across three simulated scenarios. The need for an automatic fusion of heterogeneous, generally untrustworthy geospatial sources into spatial ontologies necessitates prioritization when conflicts arise or lower qualities emerge. Unfortunately, most existing literature does not offer systematic, evaluative, analytical criteria for determining the trustworthiness and polyhedral quality of such sources, which, in turn, causes quality deficiencies in spatial relations of the final product. Scientific production is a key performance indicator in higher education, which has motivated the search for factors that may influence its development. This study aims to analyze the impact of intellectual capital and organizational climate on scientific production at the National Intercultural University of the Amazon in Peru. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) is used, with a sample consisting of 90 professors. Professors were surveyed using the neutrosophic 2-tuple linguistics model. The neutrosophic 2-tuple linguistic method allows teachers to express their opinions linguistically, which is more appropriate in complex decision-making situations. This question builds upon the issue of Ecuador's minors not being liable as growing juvenile delinquents and those between 16-18 not receiving punishment for their actions will only foster more juvenile delinquents and complicate public safety and socio-protective efforts. This question is increasingly urgent given the recent upsurge in juvenile delinquency—grave crimes—and the vulnerable balance that exists between juvenile rights and social equity.
